I called and spoke with the manager. We’re traveling and thought we would get our dog groomed while we’re in the area. We have a Golden Retriever and she usually gets groomed every 6-8 weeks. It’s been two months since she’s been groomed. I requested that she gets bathed, full body and nail trim. Basically just maintenance. She doesn’t have mats, fleas or any other issues. She’s also very nice. He refused to give me a price until I told him how much I pay back home. I wouldn’t tell him because I didn’t feel that had anything to do with their rates. Since I wouldn’t tell him, he said he couldn’t help and hung up on me! Wow!!

Don't go here. Total scam. They wanted to charge my dad $350 to bathe and cut his shih tzu. He decided against it and they charged him $90. For what? He went back and asked them what this was for. When he left there. They had refunded him $50 When he checked his bank. They had recharged him the $50. They will also charge you $15 If the dog pees, they will also charge you $15 If they have to take the dog outside, they will also charge you $15if the dog bites. They take your credit card ahead of time so they can charge you whatever they want. Beware if you do go here and get scammed. Just remember, I warned you.

Called for an appointment. Quoted $89.99.. but that there may be more charges. Depending on the shape of dogs coat, if they pee on the floor etc. You must leave give them a credit card when making the appointment, day of appointment you will meet with a stylist and get an exact price, if you decide not to go with them then they charge you $19.95..

My dog had a blowout and I just needed an emergency bath. They quoted $90. Then when they'd checked her out they wanted $2000 to pamper her. Out of your mind. $393 for bath, nail trim and sanitary shave. She doesn't look any better than $120 petsmart groom. Do not use!

I took my cat here months ago to get groomed and he's never had issues in the past with me or any vet technicians. The cut came out fine but, the issue was that they cut a few of his quicks. After his visit he's no longer comfortable with letting me cut his nails and freaks out around anything that sounds like an electric razor. It sounds to me that they were being to rough with him and didnt give him a chance to figure out his surroundings. Its been almost a year since then and he's doing much better but now I can't get any cat groomers to take him when I have to tell them that according to these groomers "he was aggressive" when he never had any prior issues.

This is by far the best pet salon in Omaha! I don't mind paying more for a groom because I know my pet is in good trusting hands and will be groomed to Happy and Healthy every single time. I can tell that Morgan (the owner and MasterGroomer) loves animals and her passion shows in grooming. The salon has all kinds of pet gear too.I give 5 Stars every visit.

These jokers offer the worst haircut in town, but they make up for it with a terrible atmosphere, high prices and a staunch lack of professionalism. If you are looking to get charged 90 dollars for only a shampoo this is the spot for you. If you want you dog to be actually groomed i would recommend seeking a different establishment altogether. Also side i would pay 250 a dog for quality service, but this simply does not offer that.

This place is pretty good the staff and owners are very friendly and love animals but they do over Exaggerate on there skills saying you won’t see any hair for minimum 3 weeks which isn’t true. Also after only 48 hours they do go back to smelling like dogs which is fine. Although they did do a good job all together they have a lot less hair and my dogs loved them I would have to say they did a great job on the flee treatment I haven’t seen not one since all in all I would say they are good at what they do they just over sell a bit much

Wow, do I have so many good things to say about this business. They were so amazing, I felt like they genuinely cared about my animals and they would call me every so often to update me about how my dogs were doing. I recently adopted a dog and I KNEW he was going to have really bad behavioral issues but wow.... they took care of it amazingly. The quality is exceptional and I will try my best to bring my dogs back as they recommend. THANK YOU!!!! Dino was so happy when I brought him back home!!!!

yeah took our dog here for cut shampoo nails because our normal groomer is ill. Was told on the phone when scheduling an appointment it was Up To $85. Got there to pick up price 150?? Husband brought her home I couldnt wait to see her...her coat is always soft and she smells really nice.. Well let's just say It was no where near worth $150. For a third the price our baby smells great,, gets a bow or scarf and you can tell she was groomed.. This place is a ripoff! We will never bring her here EVER AGAIN.....trick me once...shame on me.... Just make sure you understand exactly what you get and settle a price before the work so no surprises :(

Morgan and her staff really worked hard to get my dog clean and groomed. It had been a long time since he had been groomed. She was very knowledgeable about double coated dogs and even did some research on my dog's breed. They really tried to put both our dog and ourselves at ease. I would recommend Dirty Doodles any day.

I decided on two stars instead of one because my dog was cleaned and deshedded, mostly. I was told I wouldn't see another hair for a long time which I already knew was impossible because, ya know, dogs but rather just a hype for the business. I urge anyone considering making an appointment to be a well informed consumer as I was not and it led to a poor experience with the business practices. You do have to provide a credit card for cancellation fee charges. Make sure you ask what that fee is before you schedule!!! I also would suggest discussing pricing before scheduling as you pay before the appointment. I've read in previous reviews that they won't provide costs until the evaluation is done but I requested a list of prices and it was provided to me when I picked my dog up. Per the request of the shop I will not share their costs or discourage anyone from calling but know EVERY detail before you make that appointment. They say the phrase "We are a bit pricy but.." a lot.I chose this place because I try to support small businesses in my immediate community but we won't be returning. I am sure others like this place but it's not a good fit for me or my dogs. They do just fine for the professional groomer at the doggie daycare they frequent and comes home just as clean for a large fraction of the price. Plus, they give our dogs treats.

Extremely overpriced and dishonest. They charged extra saying my dog was aggressive and bit the groomer. This was not the first time my dog has been groomed and every other person that has groomed her compliments on how well she does nor has she ever been aggressive. Morgan told us her groomer had to go to the hospital for stitches. Being in the medical profession I know that usually an animal bite does not get sutured and if her groomer actually went to the hospital someone would be asking for proof of rabies vaccine which I was never asked for.

Wow… still a bit in shock of what this place charges. I asked them to do a basic trim and grind for my dog and they wanted 85$. I asked why it costs so much and the answer was something like they need to walk and get to know my dog??Definitely not what I was looking for.I walked out and told them they’re charging far too much for something so basic. The woman in the lab coat then told me I had a negative attitude. To be fair, I definitely did. I guess I get upset when I’m getting ripped off.If you’re into over spending this is the place for you. Wish the best for them since they’re a ma and pa small business, but they need to rethink a few things.

This place over charges for everything. They even charge if your dog bites at the equipment not the groomer. Then they tell you your dog is aggressive. Had a coupon for $35 off, the dog had brushing and bath and nail trim so the price was $100. Then they called and said he was aggressive towards the blow dryer they called my daughter told her this and she told them not to blow dry him, then they tell her over the phone that it will cost another $30-$35 for him being aggressive towards the dryer. Her dog has had multiple baths done with nail trimming and we have never been told he is aggressive. He even lets the vet cut his nails and give him shots and no reaction.

Dirty Doodles LLC on Grover Street is a true specialty salon! Best dog groomer in Omaha! You pay for what you get - an awesome job! I've taken my babies to places that charge $40 and they look horrible. Never again. My babies deserve the best - Dirty Doodles will always get my business. My puppies have never looked so good and they were happy when I picked them up. Morgan is passionate about what she does - she knows her stuff. Her work is priceless - 5 stars for sure!

Just because they call themselves a "specialty salon" does not make them special. When I dropped my babies off, she bragged about how they were a family shop, that she did the grooming and her husband did the books. Yet when I had an issue suddenly she had to contact her "manager" who was of course unavailable. The haircuts were of poor quality, but the price was 3 times what I have paid in the past, even at high end groomers. The end result for both dogs was uneven with multiple notches in the ears and the body was patchy with no blending. I was charged a total of $140 for a small dog. Including a $20 "overdue fee" even though it was only 8 weeks since his last cut. On a side note, nearly all of the positive reviews I have found all use the same buzz words and phrases I was given as reasons for why a sub par groom cost such an outrageous amount, and poor reviews on their facebook page magically disappear.

I will always come to Dirty Doodles because it is a specialty Grooming Salon. They take such great care of my puppies and they always feel safe and secure. My dogs look like a million bucks walking out. Morgan explains all that goes into grooming a dog - the other salons I've been to do not do the indetail work that Dirty Doodles does. 5 stars for sure!

Dirty Doodles, and groomer Morgan, are excellent! My very dirty, matted soft coated wheaton, Molly, was transformed to a beauty, groomed to wheaton standards. I hardly recognized her! Past groomers have shaved Molly and made her look like a schnauzer. Morgan provides an estimate of costs prior to grooming, so the total cost should be no surprise to any customer. I love this shop!

We are very happy with Beans (aussiedoodle) haircut, I dropped him off with some mats in his coat; along with being long overdue for grooming, but he came back adorable. Megan and the staff were pleasant and easy to work with.

Morgan was very professional and knowledgeable. Bringing in a Timberwolf is no easy task, yet she handled him with excellence. Phebz can't wait for his next appointment, fairly priced and very reasonable business for the work that needs done!Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything! The groomers, all staff, cleanliness, the owners. Would not go any place else. I feel comfortable leaving my girl for a few hours. For me, that is tough ❤

This place is a scam, it is very overpriced. You can get similar service elsewhere for a much lower price. It feels very “for profit” and not “for dogs”. The staff is also quite rude. I would do zero stars if possible
