11/12/2023This store was OK. It was well laid out and clean. We didn't find what we were looking for, but I did manage to find some snacks that were reasonably priced. The cashier seemed disinterested.Three stars 🌟 🌟 🌟

The pharmacy staff is always amazing! I have a prescription that is particularly difficult to fill due to shortages and they almost always have it within a day or two when possible. The pharmacy technicians always have a positive and friendly attitude and try their best to help! For example, one of my prescriptions auto-filled to a different brand and I didn’t want to take that so they returned it and got my preferred brand within 10 minutes! I used to work as a pharmacy tech long ago and I hated it, people were always so rude to me, so for them to have a positive attitude always is saying something. Even when I’ve had to wait in long lines, I’ve had good experiences here! The only challenge is the turn from W Center during traffic haha

They never schedule enough pharmacist to cover breaks. So they shut down the pharmacy for a half hour every day. Super inconvenient for customers hire more pharmacist and pay them more if you have to. It's ridiculous multi billion dollars company can't hire enough staff to cover breaks.

I’m honestly an in and out customer when it comes to places like pharmacies and gas stations well today, Thursday the 3rd of August I walked in with 2 intentions 1 was to break an $100 bill because the person who is towing my car to a auto body shop and they were going to be at my house in an hour , anyways the 2nd was to buy a Mountain Dew for my grandma. I was on the phone with my grandma because I was asking her what she and my cousin wanted. I, asked if they can break an $100 bill this older heavy set caucasian woman says she can’t because her registers just got pulled which I understand because I work at Arby’s on 84th which is up the street so I said to her that’s okay because I was planning on just venturing to Walgreens which is down the street. I went to the cooler to get the sprite my grandma asked for I walk back to the counter the lady ahead of me bought something had no problems I had a $100 bill and 4 $1 bills in my hand I set the drink down on the counter the same lady who told me about her register is telling me once again about the $100 bill except she had an attitude and I didn’t mention anything about me using the $100 so I remained calm and told her I have other money but she was still on her rant. She was talking about how I have my $100 and “a few” dollar bills out until she realized what I said then she proceeds to scan the sprite. She tells me knowing that I got the drink out the freezer that my drink is warm I told her in a calm voice that that’s fine my grandma just needs something to drink then tells me to have a nice day and honestly I feel like the only reason I got treated this way is because I’m a African American 270lb male with dreads because she had no problems with any other customers. I feel as if she was profiling me to because she could’ve done it but that’s here nor there I just didn’t like how I was being yelled at

Waited 20 mins in the drive thru and was the only one in the drive thru. Watched the techs casually talk and help other people at the counter when I was there before them. Then the tech walked up and said, last name, date of birth, etc. never even apologized for the wait. Truthfully his body language was, what do you want and I hate being here. Will be moving to another pharmacy and I have been there for years.

Racial profiling problem at this location. Short asian and overweight lady kept asking me if I needed help and following me around, hadn’t even had chance to ask the person who was with me what they wanted from the store. Rudely interrupted us clearly trying to decide on an item to purchase asking the same question again. I let them know they already asked and it was clearly loud enough that you didn’t need to chase me down to ask if I needed help again, too excessive and annoying behavior. I usually come here with no issues, but today you won’t be getting my money anymore.

I used the CVS app on my phone to locate a soft neck brace that my husband desperately needed.I paid with credit card It was supposed to be available for pickup at 5pm. It was not. It was an incredible cluster F up. The staff was polite, caring and unable to process the order. Typical CVS. They have online coupons they announce by text and email. I go on and save to my cvs card, half the time it's not recognized. Their whole system needs to be overhauled, as the only thing I can count on is frustration

Don't bother calling, pharmacy can't be bothered to pick up the phones. Sat on hold for over an hour so they could pick up and hang up on me.

Showed up 10 minutes before the pharmacy closed and they couldn’t be bothered to administer a vaccine. They chatted amongst themselves for 5 minutes and said come back tomorrow.That kind of staff.

The store is awful! The bathrooms are disgusting every single time I am in here to pick something up. The mens room reeked and had urine all over the floor. There is never anyone at the register because they have one person running the whole store at a time. I seen one of them running the register, door greeting, stocking, and hanging those yellow tags, and taking trash to the back in a cart all at the same freaking time! Who treats their employees like this? The staff is wonderful, don't get me wrong. But this place needs some serious changes. The store manager BETH is a racist. I overheard her telling a store employee about how she disowned her daughter for dating a black guy! I am highly offended and will not be returning. That was the last straw. Its really making me rethink the CVS brand as a whole if these are the types of people they are letting run their stores.

I usually have a good experience here but the other day I did not I was refused to my medication because I was 2 days early. Apparently they go by the pick up date. The medication that I use is not supposed to be missed for taking but thats exactly what happened due to a non gentleman there who threw a tantrum because i was early by a couple days. So a long story short I was unable to pick up my medication an I missed taking it Due to this person. I often wonder if they do this to other people with their medications that are you know more important than mine. I wouldn't like to imagine someone being refused Medication Critical to their health because there are few days early. Very unprofessional and i expected more caring staff, but i was wrong. So much for caring about peoples health.

The male cashier was very nice and probably the only reason I gave them any stars at all! My husband and I were picking up a few things after heading home and we never go to cvs so we were unaware that they closed at 8 and we got there at 7:55. We were making our way back to the registers while laughing and talking. Then some lady stops at the end of our aisle and yells “COME ON GUYS! LETS GO! THE STORE CLOSES AT 8 NOW!” Then walked away and wouldn’t even check us out she made the other male employee do it. My husband and I were very angry and we both don’t think we deserved to be yelled at.

This has got to be the worst CVS in Nebraska and it's probably vying for tops in the Midwest. They are out of everything and when you are a CVS app subscriber they'll send you offers that they won't support or products they don't carry. The staff who work there should be taking care of seniors at an old folks home.

Stopped in a hair after 8 am to look for cereal of all things... Not only do they sell cereal, but they had the kind I was looking for (Special K)! Staff was friendly and no lines at all. Convenient location right off West Center made it easy to stop!

Tried to make a return for an order purchased online. Store manager Beth told me they weren't allowed to process returns made online even though their website tells you you can make returns in store for online orders.Came home and called CVS to process the return, they were perplexed as to why I was not allowed to make the return in store. The rep I talked to said that you are absolutely allowed to make returns in store for online orders.

Drive-thru has mechanical issues, so you cannot use it to pick up prescriptions at this time. Even so, the pharmacist was very helpful tonight.

This is literally the slowest pharmacy you will ever go to. They just spend the time talking to each other. Math is really hard for these pharmacists. Avoid it like the plague!
