We were referred to Continental Pool & Spa from a close friend, and they were beyond advertised! We met with Brian Pawloski and he listened to what we wanted and what we could afford. There was zero pressure to walk out with a contract while we were shown the on-site demos. My family left the store with all our questions answered and would follow up when we made our decision. A few weeks passed and I was contacted by Brian to let me know of a couple of late model returns that were coming in. He gave us an amazing price and we have been using it quite often over the last 4 months we have owned it. Such easy maintenance and my monthly electric bill may have increased by $9 a month (but that also be from my kids). GO CHECK IT OUT!

My wife and I were looking for a hot tub and stopped in at Continental Pool & Spa to see what they had to offer. CJ Green was extremely helpful and friendly in answering our questions and helping us to select the right model. We never felt pressured to make a quick decision. We decided on a HotSpring Envoy tub which we were able to have a test soak in the showroom and try out the seating positions and jets. Our tub was delivered this morning and CJ set everything up and thoroughly explained how the tub works and how to add the chemicals. We can’t wait to try it out tonight when it is up to temperature!

We purchased a Hotspring Vanguard from them back in July 2023. We spent a day shopping at four different hot tub dealers around Omaha and were most impressed with Continental. Others had cheaper hot tubs but no other hot tub dealers had the reputation that Continental does. We ordered the salt system and could not be more pleased. We had a few questions and they are always around to answer questions or assist us. If you are looking for a reputable hot tub from a reputable dealer look no further. Do your research prior to making this investment. Every person we have spoken with says the same thing, we should have put in a hot tub sooner!

My wife and I were hosting our annual Harvest Party, she had the invitations all made and sent. The invite included the use of the hot tub by anyone that wanted to get in. 5 days before the party I walked out into the back yard and as I passed the hot tub I stopped and did a double take, water was dripping rapidly from under the access panel. Upon closer inspection I determined the circulation pump was leaking. My first call was to Continental pool & spa where I purchased the spa almost 12 years ago. I left a message detailing my dilemma. Emily returned my call a short time later and was quick to solve all my worries! They had the pump I needed in stock and she hooked me up with the best possible price and even had a couple suggestions on the installation process. I live about 40 miles from the store and she was able to put my name on it and hold it for me until I was able to get there 2 days later. Great place to do business! If you’re in the market for a new spa, parts or any accessories check with Emily and she will get you taken care of.

I bought an awesome pool a few years that came with a house…. The pool was built 40 years ago by Continental Pool & Spa and the previous owner directed me to stick with Continental for all my service needs. Over the years they have helped me with service, water testing, openings and closings and even will take my call when I have a quick question. Time and time again they have come through when I needed them and they make my 40 year old pool feel brand new. It shows how good they are that a 40 year old pool is still running the same as it did the day it was opened and the company is still around to service it. Thank you!

Hot tub is descent quality, very pricy. Customer service is aweful. They don’t answer their phones most days. You cannot make an appointment for services even if you go into their location because they wil tell you no one is available. You buy this beautiful hot tub with a good warranty, but they won’t come out and service it or do any follow-ups with you once it gets installed.

We purchased a Hot Spring Pulse from Continental and are beyond happy with our purchase. The delivery crew was awesome and it was freezing!! We have not so great water, but really wanted the salt water option. They have been very patient with us testing the water often and very knowledgeable to help us get up and running with our difficult water. Our system works perfectly and we love everything about our spa and use it daily. Our kids have loved watching the snow ❄️ fall from the tub and we enjoy the extra quality we get to spend with them.

I think this is my fifth hot tub all have been purchase through Continental Pool and Spa. They have awesome support after the sale and responsive in store support staff. To many times now a days you get a brush off but not here everyone truly wants to help. My tub has been the best health benefit I have ever had, no pill can replace what my tub does for me. The best sleep of your life is after a long soak in your tub. I have been a customer of Continental Pool and Spa for over 25 years and have never been disappointed with them. Get a tub and you will not regret it and get it where the people really know their tubs, Continental Pool and Spa.
