I booked a time slot for the Do It Yourself bath. I often book this at other grooming places because I like being the one to handle my anxious pup & choose which shampoo to use. The tub was so dirty. Stains and dog hair all over. There weren’t shampoo options, just a big gallon jug of watered down mystery premixed soap. No aprons or towels. The groomer was right next to me working on another dog. I felt like I was invading their work space. I was given a paper thin towel & told that all the other towels were being washed. It was not a clean or accommodating experience.

I booked three dogs for four days, and was a nervous first time boarding pet parent. ComeSitStay answered every phone call with delight in their voice. I trust this company with my animals. Highly recommend doing business with this company.

Worst grooming we’ve ever had. 80.00 plus dollars. Our poor elderly dog is horrified. Thank you for skinning him like a chicken. We could have cut his like this. His tail looks like a hotdog. Never again.

It has been about 6 months since we last took our doggo here. The front desk gals were always so nice. Our boy likes to play hard which can understandably be a handful and they overall did well with him. But he always came home smelling like urine. Question how clean it was.

I took my huskie in for grooming and a play day. I asked for deshedding nails clipped and they offered hair trimmed between his pads I said yes. Nothing was done. I think they hosed him down and that’s it. We now have more hair on our floors than prior to him going from us getting it out. We will not be back

We've used their service twice for half a day of dog sitting while we run errands around town. So far so good, our pup is young so he's scared around many dogs but hopefully he'll come around. The place is simple and clean as we can see. We've only worked with front desk staff, so far they've answered all our questions and concerns. Haven't used any of their grooming services yet.

CSS in my opinion if very Iffy. They really do take good care of your dogs, and obey your rules if needed for your dog, but I’ve seen some crew members handling dogs roughly.(Slapping or grabbing scruff hard). The staff does a good job answering questions and concerns. But when it comes to there team members, they are not treated fairly. I witnessed the same girl cleaning a huge room all by herself, as I could see her struggling, there were 3 staff members gossiping and laughing while watching her scramble to clean the room before closing. I had talked to that girl, and she had explained how she had been cleaning almost everything by herself as staff members sat there watching her and didn’t even ask if she wanted help. I’m my opinion the staff could do better and help the crew members clean up the store instead of jus standing there gossiping.

Both of my dogs (even the cynical one) love going to Come Sit Stay! Renee and her staff are amazing and treat Hamilton and Hilde like their own. If you want frills, this isn’t the place for you. But if you want to drop your furry munchkins off with no worries and know they’ll have a blast, be loved and come home tired, Come Sit Stay is your place!

We have been taking our dog to ComeSitStay for years and would not go anywhere else. The drive is far for us but completely worth it as they take such great care of him. Our dog has become very anxious as he has aged, yet he still gets excited every time we drop him off. The staff is attentive, caring, personable, and professional. We cannot say enough positive things about Renee (owner). We are so thankful for ComeSitStay and highly recommend it!

I highly recommend Come Sit Stay! The staff is amazing and I trust them completely with my two dogs. We recently boarded our two dogs for a week there and they did such a great job making sure our dogs were comfortable and especially for having patience for our older, less sociable dog. I will definitely be using them again!

Did a doggy daycare to trial run this place before doing a weekend boarding. They took great care of our pups for both, they also offer grooming. One suggestion I would have is an extra staff person on Saturday mornings at open. Had to wait around 20 minutes to drop off for boarding as the line of customers was so long out the door

Don't bring your pet here if they have grooming anxiety. The 1st time we had him groomed here he was sort of a pain. I felt terrible and left a nice tip for the groomer. They suggested medication from the vet. I took him to the vet and we talked about his health and what was safe for him. The vet wanted him on the lowest possible dose of the medication. We took him a 2nd time to Come Sit Stay after giving him a dose of his anxiety medication.After the groom, it was suggested that that dose didn't work and to try a higher one. I apologized, left another nice tip and said I would get the dose increased or medicine changed. I called the vet to confirm what that dose was or to see if we needed a new medication. I tried to make an appointment for our dog again and now the groomer said they will not groom him and he needs to be fully sedated.So we went from trying the medication to help our dog to be comfortable to they won't even see him again.So now I am left with a dog who needs a groom and the work of finding a new place that will probably just make him more anxious. Thanks Come Sit Stay for a disappointing experience.

This might be my first review ever, but I love this place too much not to leave one! My dogs are my family, and there is just no where else I would trust them! Every staff member goes above and beyond to take care of our pups, and are constantly posting photos on Facebook so we can check on them while we are out of town! The owner is also there so much, making sure that everything is going well and helping to make sure that all of the dogs are happy and healthy! The second we turn into the parking lot my pups starting going crazy with excitement! I live close to mid-town, but this place is worth the drive :-)

Used the grooming only a few weeks ago. This place is FILTHY! Dog hair everywhere, stuck to walls and floors, dirty wet towels thrown all over the place. My dog left with more of other dogs fur on his body than his own. The smell is terrible. I passed the "daycare" room and counted 30 dogs and no people in sight, just dogs going crazy. I will not go back.

TLDR; Poor communication resulted in my dog being isolated for three days for the health of other dogs only to catch an infection from your location.I'm a bit unhappy with my experience. We scheduled our dog to stay with your location for a few days because he had been well taken care of previously during your daytime care.When we set up a longterm plan, including overnights, we asked if you needed any additional information and were told no. On arrival, they didn't have our dog listed as staying long term because they had gotten his name completely wrong in their system. They then informed us that they needed updated shot records to allow him to interact with other dogs. While this is perfectly fine, I have concerns that this wasn't brought to our attention until we got there that day. It bothers me that this information didn't get conveyed to us when we asked, what information they needed for a long term stay. Fortunately, he got to stay with their establishment but had to isolate for three days until our vet could fax them his up to date shot records.I don't know what the quality of his stay was during the remaining days there but I do know that he caught an upper respiratory infection as a result from the stay.I'm upset that a place that has earned the trust of my family, let us down. I don't think you all deserve 1 or 0 stars for this experience but it is worth mentioning the frustration on my end of seeing my dog ill. I look forward to better experiences in the future.

We used their babysitting & boarding services. I was nervous about leaving my pups at daycare and this place gave me anxiety over it. The workers seemed to know nothing about my pup’s day, how they interacted etc. They don’t have petcams. They smelled so bad, like they had been swimming in urine. Not just once but every single time. I took them 2-3xs a week for a period of 2-3 months. I just thought it was normal. It isn’t. Your pups should not be soaked in urine at the end of the day.

I cannot say more AMAZING things about this place. My home flooded and they took in my whole clan for 6 months and cared for them just like they would care for their own dog. Renee and team are truly special and if you want a place where your dog will feel at home this is where you should go.

Our dog is always excited when we drop off him off here. We've had nothing but great experiences every time we've boarded our pup or had him groomed. It's a huge plus that the dogs get to play with each other all day. The prices are very reasonable too. The location is a bit far for us, but everything else makes the drive worth it.

We have always used comesitstay for our other dogs, and have always been happy with them. Unfortunately we left our 5 month old German Shepard and ever since he came home from being boarded there. He has been nothing but sick to his stomach and he also came home with a respiratory infection.We thought nothing about the respiratory infection. Now 2 months later and he continues to have stomach problems. Many vet visits and hundreds of dollars we are putting all the pieces together and reading others reviews. I don't think we will be using them again. Sadly we are trying to find him a different home only because we can't continue to pay for all the vet visits and I can't afford anymore medicine and expensive dog food. I am heart broken and angry.

I really wish I could report better results, but I'm extremely disappointed with ComeSitStay. My 8 month old puppy came back with two separate wounds with no notice or explanation when we picked him up. I had to find one while petting him on the way home & the other the next day. To top it all off, when I upload pictures of the injuries for verification, ComeSitStay flags them for removal (I assume, I've never had pictures disappear after multiple uploads), rather than responding or allowing consumers to be fully informed.The initial service was good & we appreciated them posting pictures of our young Cane Corso pup while we were on summer vacation. They humored us when we called to check in on Frank (he was 8 months old & this was the first time he had been boarded). The price was also really reasonable.However the day after picking up our pup, I was petting him & found a large, deep 3" scabbed-over scratch on his side & a puncture wound on his chest. I took pictures & have added them multiple times. I understand dogs get into scuffles, but they didn't mention it when we picked him up. They should have been responsible & notified us so we could have addressed his wound care immediately.

This place is amazing. If you've ever been wary about day care I would encourage you to try out CSS. They treat my boy Jax like they're own and he's always happy and worn out when we pick him up! Employees are fantastic, owner is fantastic. Can't say enough great things!

I worked there for two days as a trial run and enjoyed it! Employees were nice, they keep the facility very clean, the dogs get to run, play, and don't stay cooped up all day, plus the building is huge! Renee, the owner, is super awesome and I wish I could have worked there as a permanent employee but the driving distance was too much for me. When I told her that, she was very chill about it and instantly asked for my address so she could mail me a check for my hours worked.For those who complained that their dogs smelled bad/were dirty/got sick when they picked them up: don't send your dogs to play with a bunch of other dogs if you want them to stay clean. Also, any dog around lots of other dogs has the chance to get sick. The employees can clean and clean, but the risk is still there.For anyone who complained the groomers shaved their dog when they asked for it to be kept long: your dog was probably matted, even if you "brush them everyday", and they will get shaved if they are matted.

We love Come Sit Stay for our boarding needs. The staff are always so pleasant and our dogs seem well cared for when we return. We like knowing that our two dogs can run and play throughout the day and we appreciate the extra care that they take to ensure that our older dog is happy. ComeSitStay is the best place for your pets. I love it and more importantly my dogs love it. I have been a customer for over 3 years thanks to a recommendation from a friend. They know my dogs by name, know their behaviors (what is normal for them and not normal), and are literally the nicest staff of all time. I cannot leave this review without telling you about Renee, the owner. A few times I have been contacted directly by her while I was out of town to let me know if something happened with one of my dogs. For example, one of my dogs had some stomach issues and she contacted me and let me know how she was acting, if she ate her food/drank her water, and her recommendation if she needed to go see the vet. Even on things that are minor and do not require the vet, her staff inform her so that she can contact the pet’s owners. Renee and CSS understand that pets are very important family members 😊 Some other noticeable items that stick out - Their incredible customer service, they have never made an error in our reservations, they have a knowledgeable answering service (on weekends and after hours), their employees watch the dogs very closely, they separate the dogs into groups by size and how they get along with other dogs, they can handle dogs with all different levels of needs and ages, and lastly, I always see the same employees there which speaks volumes about the management/environment. I am no expert on dogs, but I am an expert on knowing what my pups like and they LOVE CSS – send your dogs, you won’t regret it! Thank you for all you do Renee, Abby, Libby & team!!!!

Beware. There have been many many injuries to dogs here. They also have a separate room for dogs that are “troublesome”. There was a dog in one room all day..no attention..barking I had asked that they take the dog for a short walk just to get him to possibly calm down. Their response was that they don’t offer walking service ? The staff doesn’t watch the dogs. Half the time they’re on the phones…not even looking up to check the dogs. I am surprised people still take their pets to this place. Horrible.
