I love the roll of scrap flooring I got here! It was cheap and durable enough for my 2 rabbits who try to eat everything. It makes their room look a lot nicer too. The sales staff was very helpful and polite. I'll go there again for sure.

I walked into Carpet Land and had a great experience! They are very knowledgeable about what they do. I felt like they genuinely cared and wanted to help me find what I was looking for. I wanted a good carpet that I could create large area rugs with for my home as I have a lot of hard work floors. They were wonderful through this process. They communicated with me when the order was complete. I was able to pick up my order in less than a week. Specifically, Doug Butolph was a ROCK STAR at assisting me through this process. He has exceptional customer service and was willing to go over many options. I have already returned to make a second order!Thanks again, Sarah

Tim was great to work with he stopped at her house took measurements and then stopped when the job was done to make sure it was done correctly couldn't ask for a smoother transaction very easy to deal with and Lorenzo was the carpet installer and he was great he worked all day and didn't complain a bit and did an excellent job even cleaned up after himself after we said we would do it for him so he could go home he stayed anyway and cleaned this is a very reputable company and I recommend this to anybody looking for an easy way to deal in carpet purchasing and installation

The processes of picking the flooring was easy. The people were very friendly and knowledgeable. But the quality of installation and professionalism by their contractors were terrible. To start, there was weed being smoked in their vehicles but in my driveway, they left multiple razor blades in my driveway but to top it all off...I have not paid my final bill and we've had to replace and reglue multiple areas of the new flooring that hasn't even installed for a total of 2 months. I've attached a few photos of the things we've had to reglue.

I could not recommend Carpet Land any less. Communication was basically non existent, I had to CONSTANTLY call for updates as they wouldn't update me otherwise. If I could give zero stars, I would.They pushed off initial install by 2 weeks because pieces were broken, even though the tile arrived at their store over a week before initial install date.Once they did come to install (showed up at 4PM instead of 8AM like expected), they tore up out existing tile (almost the full 1st floor) and only then we found out we had the wrong tile. They claimed it was ordered correct but sent to them incorrect, when they should have checked that it was correct before sending it to my house and having someone rip up the floor.While waiting for the correct tile (see pictures attached of how our house was left for over a week) I spoke to the owner, Mike, on the phone multiple times, each time he acted like I was bothering him and was very short. I couldn't get any sort of refund for this major mistake until I physically went to the store. The only reason they agreed to refund me (which I haven't seen deposited into my account in 2 weeks) was because their supplier gave them a discount. The only discount I received was an insulting 3% of our total cost! Mike completely refused to take responsibility for this mess. If my wife and I didn't notice it was the wrong tile, they would have installed it and then had to come back, tear out again, and install the correct stuff, so we basically saved them money. Even if you ordered it right, you should have some process to verify it's correct before sending it to the customer!When tile did arrive, we found out after a day that they didn't order enough (even though they did come measure ahead of time), and we would have to wait even longer.When the final batch of tile showed up, they dragged out the install process and only agreed to finish it in 2 days (they only had a couple hours of work to do the 2nd day) because I demanded they finished it immediately.All in all, this was a 3 week disaster where we had no stove, our fridge was completely out of place, no toilet on our main floor because of this, and they had to come uninstall/reinstall our laundry 4 times due to different delays.To cap it all off, on the last day, a couple of the workers stole a couple cans of pop from us! Yes it's only a couple cans of pop which cost $1 at most, but it's the principle of it. If I walked into a grocery store and grabbed a pop then left, wouldn't that be stealing?Horrible HORRIBLE experience. They've lost a customer for life.

Roger was a wonderful salesman. Didn't try to over sell. Was very personable. Gave us what we wanted. When it came to install Adam was amazing. He took his time and was very detailed on his work. As an exterior contractor for a living I know what to look for and these guys don't cut corners anywhere. I am beyond pleased and will return for the future!

We installed carpet and tile throughout our house. The whole experience was stress-free, even fun! Jared was amazing to work with - very friendly; he was also great with communication and suggestions. He knew we had a deadline and made it work! Everyone who came into our home was professional, friendly and hard working! We would definitely recommend Carpetland to anyone in the market for new flooring.

When we moved into our house two years ago we had carpet land replace all of the carpet. This year we needed some replaced because one of our pets ruined it. They did a fine job with replacing some of the areas but they left razor blades and staples in areas of the house, with little kids this is incredibly dangerous. When it came time to do our living room, we had discovered the area was worse then we thought, so we had them remeasure a larger area to be replaced.When they came back, they missed a section of the area that was re-measured, and also a part of the original quote that was supposed to be replaced. I had them come back and measure the area that was missed and explained the situation. They measured the area that was missed (and already paid for) and sent me a quote charging me again for the area to be replaced. I argued this with my salesmen, Kevin, and got nowhere. He passed me along to Mike, who I missed a call from.That was on July 7th, I have been trying to call Mike and email Kevin ever since. I have received nothing from them, or the other associates I’ve spoken to at carpet land.All I want is the job to be finished and not be double charged for an area of carpet that they missed in the installation. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend working with carpet land. They may be able to deliver on quality, but their customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever had to deal with.

Absolutely great experience. We spoke with salesman Doug and he was incredible. Here is why... we explained we are looking for resale value. We needed low expense with higher resale perception. He was educational on what colors do what, as far as making rooms seem bigger, and matching laminate snap wood floors with what color of carpet. I HATE to shop. And I bet we spent 20 minutes there. My kinda shopping. Wasn't just fast, it was educational and fast. Which is what you want. We told Doug what we were after and he fit our needs. Highly recommend the company, and HIGHLY recommend asking for doug.

My fiancé and I worked with Doug. His customer service was outstanding. He allowed us to express our wants and needs but also threw in some expert advice. He truly went above and beyond. I am a known worry wart so I had called probably about 10 times and each and every time he was just as friendly. When we were finally finished with the process it had felt like we had made a friend. Doug will always be my go to for any carpet needs now and I truly hope he is recognized for his outstanding service.

For cash and carry carpet this is the only place you can go that I found in Omaha. They have the largest selection of neutral carpet colors I've ever seen for every price point you can hope for.I was in the market for a small piece of carpet for a baby room so I wanted a pink hue, which had to be ordered. I tried to order it later in the day that I first went in but the invoice Chuck sent was wrong. I was told I would be sent a new one within a day but did not receive it. I waited until the next business day to follow up and also heard nothing. I finally called the next day and placed the order with Bailey directly, and found that she really knows her stuff and gives great customer service.Unfortunately the wasted days made a huge difference in the arrival time of my carpet and it wasn't ready on time. If it had been ordered when I wanted it to be it still would have made it to me before my installation date I had planned but that wasn't the case.Everyone who tried to help me with it was very understanding and sympathetic l, especially Mike, but ultimately the carpet was late and I couldn't get to installing it until much later than I wanted to because of that. I don't know if I'd go here again unless I had a wide open time frame or had it scheduled to be installed by carpet land themselves. Great price, less great communication, good making up for what they could. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Had a great experience from beginning to end. Rick took the time to explain all of our options, had kept in touch along the way. Installation contractor was on time and worked hard to ensure the job was done right. Quality products, lots of options, great pricing, solid customer service. I went here because many of my friends and relatives recommended Carpet Land, I too highly recommend them!

As a contractor, I've worked with Carpetland dozens-and likely hundreds-of times over the last 12-15 years. They have a fantastic selection, great service, and always the best prices. I've sent many, many clients there to select flooring over the years and I always get positive feedback. "They were so nice", "I couldn't believe all the options", "We've shopped other stores but Carpetland prices were way lower" are some of the common responses I receive. This place is the best!

We had a good experience up until the install. We paid the additional $300+ for them to move our furniture and they literally threw everything into the master bedroom (only room upstairs that didn’t get carpet) to the point we couldn’t access it at all.My sons bed frame was thrown on top of the master bed, and tubs that we had our kids stuff in (with lids) were thrown/dumped everywhere. We made sure the floors were completely clear except for the large furniture (dressers, beds, etc..) so there wasn’t any clutter that they needed to pick up. They did place the large items back into bedrooms, just not into the correct rooms.We just finished rennovating the upstairs and they banged up the walls, new door jams, new baseboards, railing and had dirt everywhere. It was a disaster.We requested they wear boot covers and they didn’t. They finished up the job and just left everything as is. Didn’t even attempt to clean it up or apologize for the mess they made.Afterwards I emailed our sales rep, Dallas, and he must have forwarded my email and photos to the manager. The manager called me the next day and said what they did was ridiculous and unacceptable. He stated that he needed to speak to his manager and he would call me the next day and make it right. This was in October and the last time I have heard from anyone at Carpetland. I have reached out requesting a call back but still haven’t heard anything.I rarely ever leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this experience was extremely frustrating.Price was reasonable and sales staff seemed very nice and willing to help. Only complaint I have is with the install and how the manager has handled my concerns.Edit: received a credit for install on 12/5/2022.Thank you!

Mike was rude and unprofessional. Sounded condescending when he learned I work in retail. And asked questions such as “who pays your rent?” Also my mom’s floors were done by them, they were supposed to measure the floors to replace them but never showed up and continue to avoid calls.

Unfortunately my experience with Carpet Land was less than satisfactory. The customer service needs attention. Delayed responses to scheduling, incorrect estimates, and communication between Carpet Land and their contractors is poor. The contractors themselves did a good job. I'll cut out the middle man next time I need some work done. Overall, this company has wasted enough of my time. Mike (the owner), you can refrain from contacting me as well. Thanks

Experience started out great. Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the flooring and even came the same day to measure. We then had to call Carpet Land for a week to try to get our quote, when we finally did receive the quote 8 days later it was incorrect. Salesman was unapologetic and honestly didn't seem to care to help us at all. Customer Service could use some attention.

Highly recommend Carpetland in Omaha. Every person I interacted with in the store was friendly. We had great communication with Rick, the sales person who helped us! He was always prompt in responding to any questions - and I asked a lot! Chuck, who came to measure and Jacob, the LVT installer were both really helpful as well. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Carpetland. After shopping around at the start I have to say they've got the competition beat hands down on every count - especially NFM!

THIRD TIME IS A CHARM! After getting measurements and bids from two other companies and having odd experiences with both, we decided to give Carpetland a shot. Boy so happy that we did! Our salesman Doug was an absolute professional and the installation crew was amazing! I have never seen anyone work so quickly! Our entire house was completed in 4 hours and we were amazed! I highly recommend Carpetland for anyone who is on the hunt. Try this place FIRST and save yourself some time and irritation.

Could have used a higher degree of professionalism from the sales side. Human stuff like miscommunication happens. This was next level.They weren’t the cheapest, but we chose CL because they had our selections in stock and scheduled us the soonest. Neither ended up being the case.We had mix ups at every stage, first the tile wasn’t on the order. Then the tile crew didn’t know what went where. Then the wrong carpet was sent (though we chose everything in person and even took pictures, somehow it didn’t get entered). On install day, no one had even picked up our carpet from Lincoln. On the first rescheduled install day, no one told us they weren’t actually coming.Cue the storming off from the owner when we went to RE-select our choices. It was awkward to say the least.Echoing another review about COVID safety-- specifically at the retail store in Omaha, only a couple of employees consistently wore masks.Would I recommend them? Maybe, the final product does look fantastic and the install crew was top notch. But consider whether you’re cool with that level of drama + living out of a suitcase in your own house for an extra week while the sales staff argue and scramble.
