I started using Butcher's Block Pet Treats with a new Sheltie about a year ago. He is not food motivated - sometimes could care less about treats or things to chew. However, he loves their Tendons, Ribs (tail waggers) and Bones (champs). I like my dog getting something substantial, quality and natural; not something engineered and factory produced.I had a problem with a product one time and reached out to them. They immediately responded truly caring about my experience and righted the situation personally and quickly.This is a local business to me which I didn't know until recently. They only use USA sourced quality beef. Nothing imported. No questionable sources.

Good place to load. Little tight but not bad. Fast loading.

The loading dock area is a little bit tight to back into and the dock doors has those steel guards on each side so you can damage your trailer door if you dont be careful.But they are very courageous, I back in and was done in not time.

I do not recommend the “Butchers Prime - Behamoth”. It’s caused our pit/mastiff mix sick for two days, she vomited after a while with pieces of the bone. Now every time she eats she’s vomited, still seeing pieces of the bone.

Horrible place I will give it 1 star because I had to. Very bad customer service we went and the little Asian lady kick us out just because she didn’t like us because we were Hispanic. Racist worker! Told us not to waste her time being there
