I love privately owned pet stores!!! I was not disappointed at all. Great customers service and the pricing was very competitive. I stocked up on most of my breeder and feeder supplies. When I went to check out the owner noticed ALL of my purchases and offered a unexpected discount. I WILL recommended this store to all the professional reptile and mammal breeders in the area. I have been doing business here for a very long time! They have very high quality animals. I have both a cornsnake and bearded dragon (bred beautifully by the way) who are completely healthy and perfect. I would highly recommend getting your reptiles here.

Absolutely horrible! Ive never had such bad customer service in my life. The owner has no respect for the people that walk into his store. He doesn't listen to you or care if hes wrong! Hes a LIAR and a CHEAT and doesn't deserve any customer who walks in. His pets aren't cared for hes got mites in almost all the habitats. When you walk into the store a smell of feces and rot hits you like a rock! Me and everyone I know will never be entertaining that store again.

The reptiles are ungodly overpriced but the accessories are just a little overpriced but they are the only local vendor. They had a jungle carpet python for $500 which you can order online from underground reptiles for usually $100 if they don't have one there's plenty of very reputable online vendors and it's 100% safe. The staff is not bad usually knowledgeable. If your truly terrified of ordering online I would say don't be all my reptiles( 2 snakes a pair of tree monitors, dart frogs, and cave geckos) and their perfect it's just so much cheaper I can only vouch for underground reptiles though since I used to live next to them. If money is zero issue go to barts. I dont do fish so I can't speak on them.I understand this is the only vendor but that only allows a certain degree of price control like an extra $40 to most things but $400 more for a python or they wanted $700 for one tree monitor I got my pair which were captive bred at underground reptiles for $800 for the pair. but hey like I said if moneys no biggie go to them other than crazy prices it's a good place.

Went in for some ich treatment for my goldfish and had a bunch more questions. The guy at the counter directed me to an employee that knew his fish stuff. Very helpful and awesome!!!

Awesome service I go there every Friday to pickup mice this Friday I only grabbed one and there's a 2$ minimum on the card swipe so he told me to just take it and to just get him back next week when I come in love the service owner is helpful and informative my one stop shop for all my reptiles!

Take your stupid ass phone number down. Since apparently nobody there knows how to answer a damn phone. Ive called up there i dont know how many times in the last 2 days just to ask a question, and no body is answering the phone. Why is that?Please explain your stupidity and horrible customer service?
