Today a tornado warning happened. Instead of being humane. They literally locked 20-40 of us outside. It literally was the most disgusting moment of humanity I could ever dreaded. They locked us out smiling with sirens blaring. In the hood I grew up in. I am so disgusted and will NEVER give them a dime ever again. And you “people” who locked us out should live in shame. As long as you need to until you atone for that. So gross.

Paid for my online order using EBT, but they don't let you check out without having another credit card on file. After receiving my order, my backup card was charged $45. Every time that I called customer service, I was told it was a "price correction" and there was no way they could charge the EBT card instead. I would not recommend doing business with thieves.

I stopped shopping @ Bakers 6 months back because I would get home & most of it expired with in 4 days & it's jyst me & I need my groceries 2 last. Yesterday I just needed a couple things @ since bakers is closer I jyst popped in there. I bought unripe bananas & today there 35% black & brushes. NEVER. AGAIN....

Ordered delivery from the bakers appThey use Instacart as a delivery partner, but my order was placed through Bakers app.Order placed at 9:00am for delivery at 3:00-5:00pm $10 fee (fine)Got an update groceries expected at 6:15It’s 7:57pm still no groceriesCalled bakers on 90th who said call 132nd who said call Instacart it’s not their problem. Cool never using bakers again. Instacart never has never had a problem when I do it directly. The only reason I chose delivery as because half the items were only available through delivery vs. pick upCalled insta cart who said a shopper hadn’t been assigned to my order so yeah. Thanks for wasting my time

Great place and great customer service...average prices but a bit higher than Walmart! They even helped me took what was not on my WIC checks and replaced them for me... You just need to wait in line to be served... US Bank office also available inside...

I just bought some fried chicken 01/24/24 and the chicken taste horrible and I call manager and he going to take care of me but why change the seasoning or flour of the chicken don't like it. Please go back.

The digital coupon works half the time, and the customer service does not didn't want to help. I had to return half of my groceries for a refund. The customer service did not want to help with any solutions.

I liked how organize the and not too big or small the store was. Getting wasn’t a hassle and you weren’t crowded often. I really like coming to Baker’s for their produce. Out of all the grocery stores I’ve been so far, Baker’s has the best fresh fruit and vegetables selection.

9/13/2023 I asked for a 2pc chicken dinner. I realized I didn't have my debit card freaking out a little bit the nice man in the deli gave me $10 so I could have dinner. SO NICE THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!

I love this store mainly because of Store Director and Frances . However, jesslyn was so rude to me yesterday and when I complained to her manager she was in at her register laughing. I returned my items - sad to say I will never shop there again

I only go to this store out of convenience. Their stock is terrible especially if it's on sale. It seems like they've cut the choices of items per brand also. The guy working at the deli would rather be somewhere else and has on a couple of occasions make subtle comments as to try to sway me to not get something by telling me what it costs per pound as if to suggest I won't be able to afford it. I like that they rebranded the store on the outside, when will you remodel the inside?

It is great to see the building facade renovations. The parking lot was quickly patched and resealed but still not very nice. Hopefully they continue to update the inside of the store as well. Great start, keep going! On a side note... One of the most frustrating things is that they don't stock a very good variety of products. Most times I have to go to another store simply because they don't stock what I want and its pointless to go to 2 grocery stores. I will just go to the store that stocks what I want... hint hint ***

Nice employees, good prices, decent selection; however, this location is definitely the forgotten Bakers. Other than some paint here and there, it seems there have been no updates for 30 years, and the environment shows.Update:This location shuts a lot of lights off at least 1 hour before close. Due to my disability, i have had trouble seeing tags in the lack of light. I was given the excuse that the manager wants those lights off. I have made 2 complaints to their corporation, in which I was told that practice is unacceptable and not policy.Welp, it's still happening. Guess it's time to take it further.

Some of the reviews are just Karens who couldn't get their way and it's sad, because this day and age grown people throw fits like children because "they didnt accept my Google pay" ... OK how about you call and confirm or ask before you start shopping and not bringing a physical card? Or "the employee told me to wear a mask" it is their policy their rules if you don't like it dont shop there seriously. Anyways I am satisfied with Bakers my favorite part is the specials on meat section, 3 stars because the store is not as clean as it should be.

They are a good location however, I will not be going back again if they keep all the regular check outs closed. It's been like that on my last two visits, one more visit....if the self checkout is the only thing open I will NOT be back for a fourth visit or any !!!!

They recently remodeled the store, and it looks so much better! On top of that, my family can always find service with a smile, great food, all at the best prices! Many cashiers at this Baker's location are family friends, proving to you the positive attitudes, and the local personality. We always find everything we need.

Be very careful with your personal belongings.Made the classic mistake of accidentally leaving my wallet in my cart, a good Samaritan turned it in. My wallet disappeared mysteriously from Customer Service. Not sure how that happens other than theft from an employee, when the manager has checked every possible place and no one knows what happened or where it may have been set. Very Disturbing that you can't trust a business and location that I have been supporting for 25 years.

What kind of deli closes before 5PM on a Sunday? That doesn't seem reasonable at all. Waste of a trip and time. Will keep going to the location on 132nd and Maple even if it is further out of the way.

One of the most embarrassing experiences /hassle my favorite store bakers that I go out of my way for I live downtown and I purposely will go out of my way to come to bakers because it is my favorite store now Google pay is accepted 99.999% of places except I come to find out not at bakers $200 worth of groceries standing there even with the management doing everything they can Google pay is not accepted virtual cards are not accepted when is Baker's going to step their game up and get with the times how embarrassing I now leave $200 worth of groceries behind after wasting so much of my time that I schedule carefully for my officially a disappointment I'm going to have to shut down the favorite store side of things and no one told me about Kroger pay which is on their app after all that trouble I still left I'm upset and embarrassed I don't suggest using your phone to pay with their non-updated system. Complete disappointment.
