I swear this store gets worse by the week. Produce is consistently under stocked and poor quality. This is a Saturday afternoon. Tons of basic staples missing. And what’s left is bruised and wilted.

Rude cashier. Took my basket of groceries and literally dumped it out on the conveyer belt. Asked if that was necessary and got a dirty look from her. It was only 6 items, and she could of just picked the items out of the basket as she rang them up! I don't understand why she had to make a big show about dumping them out.Store was out of a few items too for 10am in the morning, pre-cut deli meats were nonexistant, and the deli was closed till noon so i couldn't even get any lunch meat. Every time i go here, I regret it.

Every time I go to this Bakers, I quickly regret it. I have been to bigger parking lots at gas stations. They have way too many cart corals for the size of lot. I love Baker's for their selection. Staffing at this location is terrible. They have a lot of employees in the store but only seem to ever put only one on a register. The line for that one register today went down the aisle and branched out in two different directions. There appeared to be two capable employees standing by the door pointing at the line in what seemed frustration. I do give them kudos for having elderly and special needs employees. I figured the first time it was a one off situation but now it feels like every time I go there.

I like shopping at the Bakers on 120th and Center. It's a large store with a good selection of everything. The store is well-lit and very clean. The produce there is quite excellent they have a pretty good selection of many many items because the story is so large. I usually stop in there if I'm visiting friends in the area and I have to stop and buy a few things before I visit them. It's just a very convenient place I'll give Baker's five stars for the brightly lit Isles and cleanliness and selection of items. And three stars for the slightly higher than expected prices. Just rude I had 3 big orders from insta cart and the cashier was so frustrated her tone changed and her attitude,She called a young man to help her and he also got frustrated like it's not my fault insta cart give these big orders .What happened to good customer serviceWest center road need better service workersThe bagger was the only nice person

Garden produce section was full of fresh fruits, veggies and organic stuffs. Liked small plants and bouquet section, very attractive and great deals. Well maintained and nice staff. Got some good cookies and plants.

Shame on Kroger and Bakers for forcing their employees to work on Thanksgiving. I want to say shame on you for being open at all on Thanksgiving. I realize you think you're doing some wonderful thing by closing at 3 but there are many people who still can't be with their family because they can't travel. I was speaking with a worker at my usual store who confided in me they had to work both Thanksgiving and Black Friday. Even though their family is in town, because they're bakery and their shift starts at 3 am on Friday, and they work until 3 pm on Thanksgiving, they can spend at most an hour with their family because they have to be back in the next day and obviously have to sleep at some point if they're slaving around ovens. All of that could be prevented if Bakers/Kroger/Dillons just CLOSED on Thanksgiving. Retail workers are human beings. Is a single member of the corporate or upper upper management going to be in and visiting stores on Thanskgiving? No. They will be with their families. This is a privilege not afforded to your already underpaid workers. They are the backbone of this store and the only reason I keep going back despite numerous product issues and Bakers no longer being fairly priced compared to their competitors. I keep coming back because the grunt workers you take for granted make me feel welcome and a part of a community. But when Bakers rewards that behavior with this forced labor on the ONE day you could give your workers a chance to be with their families, I sincerely have to wonder why I shop here at all. Your workers deserve so much better than that. It is downright shameful you are open. You are not an emergency business. No one is going to die if you're not open because they can't get King's Hawaiian Rolls for their feast. You have an obligation to the communities you serve to let your workers have a day off. I cannot begin to express how ashamed I feel that you are open on Thanksgiving. I really think you need to re-examine this policy because there is no excuse.

Great grocery store usually find what I need good choices for meat cheese eggs butter fresh fruit, also want to warn people they have police here so stay away from them as they make the shopping experience unpleasant as a customer would rather there be no police there when I'm shopping there, don't feel safe with police in here shopping as a customer

A high-quality store which started as a local chain and is now part of the Kroger brand. They have good people and quality foods.Today's visit was to the pharmacy and had a great experience. The medication I needed to pick up was expensive (though the cheapest in town) and the pharmacy technician wanted to ensure I knew the cost and alternatives. She was super helpful, friendly and handled it expertly. Answered all my questions.

I like this bakers because of how close it is to everything that I need in Omaha, it’s directly 15 minutes from everything I need in the entire city so I wouldn’t have to worry about driving 30 minutes somewhere to get something that I really need when I would only have to drive five or 15 minutes which is a huge bonus but this bakers also has lots of items that most bakers do not and I really appreciate the fact that it is open fairly late compared to other bakers, most of the time this speaker stores always fully packed and never ever runs out of specific things that I need usually, the reason I think behind that is because the most populated places in the city are on the west or north side but since this bakers is in the middle people from those ends of town don’t travel that far for this grocery store because usually they have one closer to their housing district like most bakers are but this one stays stocked only because most people live on those two sides of town mostly

This Baker’s store was my favorite grocery store in Omaha. I even had a boost membership. But after today’s incident, I don’t want to shop here anymore.I went to quick shopping today and saw a deal 2 packs of 6oz raspberries for $2. I was excited and got 2 packs. It rang up 2 for $4. I asked for help and a lady in self-checkout went to check it. When she got back she said it was 2 for $4. I didn’t argue with her. I started doubting myself even though I was sure I saw sign 2 for $2 before she said it was a 2 for $4 sign. I decided to check before I left the store and the sign wasn’t there anymore. $2 is not a big deal, but I don’t understand what was her point. Why she lied about it? She could just say that this deal expired and they didn’t have time/ forget to remove this sign. I left the store with disgusting feelings.

All was good. Stopped in for a few items and was out the door in no time. Some re-stocking was taking place to have the perishable departments ready for the after work rush, other "holes" missing or low items on the shelf were being filled. Business as usual here today folks !

I've been in and out of baker stores for the last 82 years and always loved it was very enamored at a young age with a baker but over the last few years I've fallen out of love with it since it is no longer Bakers. I do not like their discriminatory digital coupons the fact they no longer send me coupons in the mail the fact that no one in the store can even help me set up my phone for the digital coupons and this particular store on 123rd and Center I do not usually go there because I hate the parking lot it is so dangerous.

Stopped Saturday, 9/16/2023 and was admiring the Mums outside. A young man was sweeping the sidewalk being very kind and greeting people. I noticed his nametag was Daniel, he greeted me and he noticed me picking up Mums to purchase. Out of no where here he came with a cart for me to put them in. Helped me load them. I thanked him and he told me to have a wonderful day. I walked in with a smile and thought what amazing Customer Service from Daniel. Later in store I saw him buffering the floors and being very kind of people in his path, always smiling and saying Hello. Now what a Valuable Employee and how lucky you have Daniel. Hope I run into him every time I visit Baker's on 120th and Center. Good Job Daniel!!!

Their online shopping/delivery experience is HORRIBLE! We've had problems with 95% of our orders since we've started using the delivery service which is frustrating because we don't have transportation and we loved bakers.Their online shopping customer service does not help with our problems either. The only thing they offer is to refund our money, which is great, but we are still waiting on a refund that hasn't dropped. We're told it's going to happen..... but that's it. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

This had become my go to grocery store but I'm very confused about what they are doing to the butcher counter. There is no longer a counter and the packaged meat selection has been decreased. I went there the other day looking for a steak and was very disappointed in the selection.

Everytime I go here I almost trip over the now hiring table they leave in front that says no experiance necessary all over it and there is always a solid 10-20 min wait to be checked oit so I figured I'd put in an applocation to help but everytime I follow up and ask to speak to the manager they say their not the ones who do the hiring. And then every time I go back there's always a giant line with nobody working. I havent owned a car since I fell off a roof installing solar panels 4 years ago and it set me back with all the surgeries ive had and its extremely fruatrating to know if I forget something on my list its gona be another 10-20 before I get out of the store again due to their toxic ambition to exploit labor and not hire people.

The staff here is amazing all the time ! Very helpful and always clean. I was surprised when I went in yesterday around 9pm at night and their system crashed and there was no MANAGER to help them. I’m not sure how your management works when it comes to who closes and opens the store but I don’t think that it’s fair to your employees that they are left alone with no support to help when things like this happen. They handled it amazing but they were stressed and I felt terrible for them!! I understand things happened but I wanted to make it aware since I’ve been going to this location for the last 5 years, This is the first time I saw this happened and I hope it is the last.

This review is for the PHARMACY ONLY.Tim, is so rude not only to customers but to my doctors office as well. Completely unprofessional and pure embracement!! His ego is far up his, you know what, he can't take in new information and thinks he is god or something!story: So I brought in a prescription, my Doctors office didn't fax it over. So I used my lunch break and brought in the script. As I am leaving the parking lot in my car, the pharmacy calls and it's Tim. stating he cannot fill my script. Me, thinking there's a shortage asked why not. He told me he couldn't fill because its from a dentist office (Dentist are M.D's) he then proceeded to tell me no Dentist office should be prescribing this, it was an off brand 5MG muscle relaxer for my TMJ. he told me Dentist should only prescribe antibiotics!!! I explained what TMJ is and how painful it is. He still refused to fill it and I informed him he needs to call my dentist office.He was sooooooooo unprofessional and rude to my office I cant believe him! He questioned the DOCTORS authority, if he knows what he's giving out!? he was told he needs to check his book (there is a book of regulations on what Dentist can and cannot prescribe)Tim thought I brought him a fake script and then couldn't stand being wrong he was completely RUDE to the staff at my dentist office. You would think if was fabricating a script it would be for a narcotic or more then 5MG!!!???he told me as a favor this one time he would fill my script.how embarrassing I had to go back and forth with my dentist office and Rude Tim! My dentist office had to vouch for me! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!Mind you I am a female with long dread locs and covered with tattoos. straight stereo typed me over 5MG !!!!!I will NEVER take any scripts to that pharmacy as long as egotistical Tim is working.

I went there after a day off school and it was a nightmare. First the cart boy hit my car. I then went in my store and got my item that did not look fresh at to the register. I saw this bag of chip it said 1.99$ with card. So I decided to buy them. They rang up as 3.99$ with my card put it. I told the cashier and he and the bagger had that look on you face of when you get caught. They said go to customer service but there was no one there. Worst experience ever I would give it 0 stars if I could
