I Always find what I'm looking for. Good displays , clean aisles and shelves , courteous staff.good deals using the Bakers Valued customer card. I like the option on keypad for alternate id simply put in your phone# associated with the card. This is the only grocer that I have found the Cudahy Bar-S 1/4 lb Beef Hot Dogs. 12 in a package 3lb $11.86.

Recently heard a new Cash App Deposit and I'm randomly don't know where to start so I went to the Money Service and the employee told me this Location doesn't support Cash App Deposit.Is it because it's Recently added here that no employees haven't heard of that yet?

Clean. Products were stretched out over the whole store. Doesn't sell rhubarb....at all....ever. fresh or frozen. Please consider that this is a small store with limited space. You can get your essentials. Not much else.3 Star rating is because on the Sunday before Thanksgiving they only had 2 lanes open and no self serve available. I went to Hy-Vee instead because I wasn't going to stand in a line for 20 minutes to purchase 3 items

Good grocery store they a good selection of foods usually find what I need, also want to warn people they have police in here don't feel safe with police around in here when shopping as a customer would rather not see them in here

It's interesting because of not using instacart this visit I had to refresh my memory some because still get stumped here and there with the rearranging and remodeling inside the 72nd Baker store! 👍🏻🤗

What happened to this Baker's? Used to be my favorite store. No more Organic section. Apparently the organic stuff is all spread out throughout the store with the regular groceries. I don't like that, makes things hard to find. The store looks unorganized and the floors were dirty. The produce section looked horrible, lots of empty spots in the produce section. The bakery also seemed to have a low inventory of product. The way the store is set up now it encourages unhealthy eating, by mixing all the unhealthy food, snacks, in with the very limited supply of healthy food. Couldn't find the organic Cheetos that my granddaughter loves. I am so disappointed. I really don't think I will be frequenting this store too often!

They have recently gotten on the trend that Walmart started a few years ago about putting half of their products behind locked cases.I'm not going to stop shopping here but I have decided that from now on I buy my frozen foods first and the instant I encounter a locked door in between me and what I wish to purchase I am leaving my cart where It is and going elsewhere.Ive also decided to eat more seafood.

This was my go to store, not now.I normally don't write bad reviews.Smaller selection of produce-minimal organic.Overcharged on coleslaw mix, meat department shrimp. Even using card, prices don't match.Phasing out almond milk, probiotic drinks, stopped carrying califlower crust.Cashiers and meat dept-evidently no longer speak. No, "hi what can I get you" or "thank you."If I wanted generic products and no service, I'd go to Wal-Mart. I can get service healthy products and selection for the same price elsewhere. A little farther drive.$.50 or .60 off a gallon per month is okay but not worth it if I can't get what I want.I'm a single guy who spends $5-800 per month on healthy food.I've been a loyal customer for 13 years.They have changed. Time for me to change too.

Every time I shop here, without fail, at least one package of meat that I bought is spoiled. I stopped shopping here, but went back today for convenience since it’s close by and decided to give them another chance. Got home, opened a brand new back of chicken breasts, and they were spoiled. I don’t think they keep the meat fridge cold enough. I called and asked if I could return them, and a rude man answered and said no one was working customer service that day and that he didn’t know how to help me. Not his fault, and I can understand that, but he yelled at me for asking a simple question and sounded very annoyed. So now I have spoiled chicken and I have no idea if I’ll be able to return it.

Got here at 7:40am to buy some notebooks and pencils prior to going to a job. The only available option to check out was self check out. I asked the lady to ring me out who was standing there watching the rest of the customers work for free checking out their own items. When I asked her to check me out she explained that they don't do that and I could do it myself. It's not that I believe I'm above the work. With six of these running and three employees standing around talking customer service at this store is far down on their priority list. The potential for a bit of extra profit by having the customers work instead of being helped is foreign to me. I have a few business and always treat customers the best that I can. Not the case here at least with the morning shift.

I do not usually do reviews but just went by and saw the one with one star. I shop there, out of my way, and have yet not to experience smiles and helpfulness from the security to the great ladies and baggers at the register as well as the stockers and folks at the meat counter. Sounds like a personal problem.

I asked one of the employees at Guest services for two separate money orders: one for $2.00 and another for $420. She charged me $286.90 and left my account to $0. She clearly didn't follow instructions of what I wanted.

Always need to check out yourself rather you spend 10$ or 200$ worth of groceries and for this reason only I have discontinued my shopping here. It's also getting really old watching stores get scammed when thieves don't scan everything in their cart. And God forbid you say shi* because in today's world the race card is played in every scenario just because so I let God do his job and just smile in disgust..

Closing at 10 now, was 11, was 12, was 24 hours. Is it going to be 9 next month? Also, the lady who was saying they close at 10 said it 4 times between 9 and 9:25. It felt like she was just pushing us out of the store. Also, they turn lights off in the cabinets so you can't easily see what's in there like you can most of the day. I understand having sensors to have the lights on only when there, but no lights is terrible customer service.

I walked in to the store greeted everyone that was working there. Rang the bell for a service rep. A lady in a red hoodie no affiliation to the store logo walked pass me and didn't speak to me. I rang the bell a few times more. 20 mins later the lady from Self checkout came over and helped me. As I was waiting the woman in the red hoodie was looking at me, she was going to closed registers and speaking to staff members. I over heard her say well he didn't ask me when I went pass him. (How am I supposed to know this woman worked for the company.) The whole experience was not friendly or cordial.

It's been losing it's appeal lately. Today the were terribly understaffed & that meant bagging all my groceries. That isn't what was the bad part. I get home & just about anything in a box, one end had been opened. 100 spoons on the floor, ripped soda case & the price of things these days you can't waste things. Had to go outside & get my cart also. I mean come on. Prices are this high at least keep up with the basics. Been going here since they opened but it's about to end if things don't improve & they weren't even all that busy when I was there so there's no excuse for carts out in parking lot & no one to bag.

It never fails🤬. I can call in my prescriptions in the morning, get there 3 hours or more later and they're still not ready. This is the 4th time. I go here because it's in the neighborhood. I'm not sure about Walmart so I may have to look into prescriptions by mail.😕

Wow do not come here at 5 o’clock when everyone is getting off work. It’s a madhouse. Very crowded and had to deal with a rude associate — won’t name names. Sad that a fellow customer was actually more helpful than the associate in helping me fix my problem. I gave a couple stars because it was pretty clean and there seems to be a decent selection and layout.
