Had our Corgi groomed there once before. We had a good experience that previous time. This last groom we were told that we had to come and get her after her only being there 30-60 mins. The staff knows she's aggressive and that her sedative just needs some time to work. This staff member did not try and work with us at all. She DEMANDED that we come and get her NOW. We tried to work with her but she was incredibly rude. She wouldn't wait for the sedative and she wouldn't kennel the Corgi a few hours until someone could get off work to get her around noon. Yes, this Corgi is aggressive when groomed but with patience it can be done. They were incredibly unprofessional. The LEAST they could have done is kennel her for a few hours until our lunch break so we could pick her up. They tell customers that they don't believe in muzzles and sedatives. With many owners that is their only option. If they are so "caring" about pets then they would work with people in this situation.

Love the workers here. They are so friendly, caring.I love that they are diffrent areas for diffrent dogs the are friendly to play together. My little guy so enjoys visiting with the other small ones like himself. This place is super popular and busy and books up quickly. Last i heard if you havent already gone there, that they cant accept any new dog appointments. They are just so booked up and slammed busy.But id keep rechecking every so often if this changes. Once your in, your in. Like a big old family, where family reunions are plentyfull. Very well recomended. In down town Millard area next to Hobby Lobby!Cant wait for our Chip's next grooming. :)

Went here for years and was very happy. Then the groomer moved. So a new groomer was doing are dogs. They weren't getting groomed the way we wanted and started giving corrections. The groomer felt like we were asking to much and the owner asked us to find a different place for are dogs to get groomed. We were disappointed that that offering corrections, for the time are dogs got groom, ultimately ended with us changing groomers😒

We have been here many times they are always great with our pup and outstanding customer service my mothers dog also atends the doggy daycare here on a regular basis and loves it the staff are very attentive to your pups needs will recommend everytime. Also great affordable prices.

I loved working here! They keep their shop very clean and take great care of the dogs. All of the dogs seemed to really enjoy being able to run around after their groom to socialize and relax. The groomers are very caring and have formed great bonds with their clients and the dogs. The daycare accommodates dogs with different play styles and sizes along with giving them time to rest and a few potty breaks outside throughout the day.

Great place to take your dog. I've taken my lab to many different groomers and this is the only place she's excited to go inside. The other places she cowers if I take her back again. She always smells so nice and is soft for days! When playing with other dogs, she may get covered in slobber, they wipe it off before handing her off to me. My only complaint is they're so amazing, they really book up fast.

All About Dogs has the most competitive pricing in the area for dog grooming. The first time we took our dog, things went smooth. We both disliked the way he looked, but that surely has more to do with how we communicated the look we wanted. Our latest experience was a bit more rough. I would preface by saying that we were difficult customers that day, and needed to cancel our grooming appointment midway through the day. All About Dogs told us they'd just charge us half a day of daycare. Great, no problem. When we picked him up, though, they said "Actually, since we turned away other dogs for your dog, we're just going to charge you for half of the grooming" which was more expensive.I wasn't so put off by the cost. It was more about the change in our agreement.Also, our dog was very anxious when we picked him up. He normally loves being at the groomer's, but the energy of the place was uncomfortably anxious, even for me. I felt like they were doing ME a service by letting me bring my dog.In the end, we took our dog to Come, Sit, Stay. They are a bit more expensive, but they're open later, are much more relaxed (and fun for the pups), and do an AWESOME job with the grooming.

First of all I never write reviews but this place deserves one. It was my first time here today and the people were SO nice and welcoming and filed my dogs nails in less than 5 minutes AND did an amazing job. To top it off it was only $10! I will forever go here as long as I live in Omaha! HIGHLY recommend! Your dog will thank you :)

The women who work at All About Dogs are the kindest, sweetest animal lovers. They always make my dog feel safe and comfortable. They are also extremely supportive and kind to their customers. They made me feel safe and comfortable leaving my little guy in their caring hands for the day. I would HIGHLY recommend bringing your dog to this establishment. Reasonably priced, and do good work! Bath, nails trimmed, and cut for under $50. Lots of other dogs to play with if you want when they're done before you come get them, will also kennel them if you're dog is not the overly friendly type, like mine. Friendly staff, do no appointment nail trims for $10 as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a change from current or have a new dog and not sure where to go.

After being disappointed at Petsmart I decided to try out this place. Took my 10 year old puggle there and the staff were super nice and seemed genuinely happy and interested in my dog. They even suggested the doggy daycare which she did wonderful at. The grooming itself went very well and she looks and smells great. I will be going back!

The best groomers in Omaha, hands down!!!!! If something isn't quite what you want, they fix it immediately! My 2 dogs love going there! Wish ai could take them both there for doggy day care every day! The people that work there truly love all of their customers and it shows! Lori is the best, I also consider her an amazing friend after taking my dogs there for years!!!!

They are so accommodating with my schedule, I am an overnight nurse, they are open early so I drop Lili my Cocker Spaniel off early and I pick her up when I wake up, they have no problem with me leaving her there until I've slept which is a huge help when I have to work again that night. Everyone one on staff is friendly, there are dogs walking everywhere and no one seems to mind at all...they are fairly priced and do a great job, would absolutely recommend to anyone!

We have taken our Nellie to Amanda for at least two years. Nellie loves her and gets so excited when we pull up. Advise is to book at least three appointments ahead. They are very busy. AlwYs treat Nellie like one of their own.

We bring our 2 havanese and our sons schnauzer there all there all the time. The puppies love going and we are always happy with their work. If something's not right they will fix it right away. They groomers are great.

They worked my dogs in which was very helpful however when I picked my 2 dogs up, my corgi had 2 nails bleeding from getting clipped. Also noticed a wound on his ear, not sure if he was bitten or scratched but it got infected and had to make a vet trip for treatment. Will not be returning.

Absolutely one of the best grooming places have been to. I moved to this area about 2 years ago, the ladies who operate it are always so good to me and my dogs. Always accomdating guys I my schedule and most important, my dogs "always " look great. Wd'nt go anywhere else! As far as first reviewers comments, could have been anything that caused the "cut" maybe even after the grooiming was over with.

I took my three cocker spaniels and my silk terrier last Thursday July 23. Received a phone call saying my silk terrier had 4 fleas although we have been putting FRONTLINE on ALL the dogs. Charged us for a flea bath, and then I get my silk terrier home and notice he was cut BADLY on his back leg. I had to take him to the vet to get stitches. Bad place to go!!!!
