Alcove was the third place to give us a quote for a sunroom addition but we knew they were the right company after taking with Eric. Communication was always excellent and if Eric didn't know the answer he would find out. We were excited to start our project, but then final results have blown is away. The sunroom is where our whole family spends the day and we couldn't be happier! The before and after are two completely different houses! Alcove is the first place I will call of we ever need anything else done and they are the only place I recommend when people are looking for an honest contractor that stands by their work through the whole process and after. Alcove did a great job replacing our shake shingle roof. Eric was out the same day I called to assess the roof and make recommendations. His quote was very reasonable and his crew was hard at work the very next morning after we accepted the estimate. Alcove removed and replaced our deck for us so that we could access the foundation below for repairs. This company came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Eric responded immediately when I called about water damage to my ceiling. His crew arrived the next day to stop the leak from my windows. When the new windows arrived they were installed quickly but with great attention to detail. The new windows are a great improvement and the damaged ceiling looks like new. Quality of installation of my new roof and new gutters/downspouts was pretty high. Eric's dealing with the insurance company resulted in more cash to work with. Eric regularly keep contact with us through the process, which was comforting and fruitful. We had to be patient with Alcove, though...it took an entire year before they got it all done (there was a high volume of hail damaged roofs in Omaha to deal with)...but it was worth the wait.

I was very pleased with my dealings with Ken “Eric”Hansen and his work crew. They were great about keeping me up to date on their progress and their schedule.My daily schedule caused me to be around at different times throughout the process so I was able to observe the work crew at a variety of times. They were conscientious about their work area. The guys cleaned up after themselves throughout the day, so I never had to worry about stepping on scraps of wood or metal.My husband and I are thrilled with our deck. We had a very poor job that needed corrected immediately. Eric came over, gave a fair quote on a very timely assessment, and had his boys out within a week to start the project. They worked an honest eight hours and finished the job within the two day window he quoted. The job was done properly, on time, and Eric represents his company flawlessly. Good, honest workers are often hard to find, but they're absolutely found at Alcove.

Alcove tree service thinned out a huge maple tree in front of my house. They delicately dropped several large limbs that were close to my neighbors house and thoroughly cleaned up the yard afterward.I am a real estate agent in Omaha NE and Alcove has performed several repairs for many of my clients. Alcove has always been willing to expedite repairs in time sensitive situations, which is critical in my business. I never think twice to recommend them to my buyers and sellers.

The project moved fast! The work happened over the weekend so I didn't have to take time off from my work. They didn’t come too early and they talked nice to my dog. :- ) It was as basement wall stabilization project paneling repair… access to the block wall. Outlet power lines were nicked during the panel removal process, but I didn’t need the outlet so the lines were abounded in place by terminating in an electrical box with solid cover. Yah! The existing trim on the paneling was carefully removed and reinstalled for a unifying décor feature since drywall replaced the paneling. Stabilization anchors access was made with 12x12 plumbing access panels. It provided a tidy look and I am happy! Very reasonable and super easy people to work with. <
