I had a fenced installed about 6 months ago. We had 2 fences installed one double gate one single. Both within a couple months broke I called multiple times to get them to one out and fix it and finally they sent out someone who emailed me at work that the fence was fixed. The larger gate was never worked on and still broke the smaller gate they said they fixed the boards they screwed the bolts into completely cracked the board. So what that being said for what I paid over $5500 the craftsmanship for the gates is absolutely horrible. I will try to upload a picture If your thinking of getting a fence you might be ok hopefully you don’t need gates. I will post pics

We just had our 4ft black chainlink fence installed by this company and I can't say enough great things about this company. From day one our sales person Mark was not only super personable but very professional. The end result turned out great and it didn't break the bank. We had a board on board, 6 foot fence installed and we are very happy with it. From the estimate to the install they were helpful, patient and professional. I asked them to come out twice for the estimate because I had more questions, which they were able to answer everything and find solutions for our problems. Edited: 5 star to 2 star.This company failed me. Install in winter come spring things went wrong. Told them my gates are installed so poorly. They came out and replaced one but told me the other was going to cost 400$. They did put a piece of wood over the gap but it looks so bad and doesn't help. (photo added) But why should I be paying another 400$ to replace a gate not even 6 months old at the time.Called them again cause my dogs were opening the gate now. They told me it’s probably my dogs pushing it open with their head. Weird, since i pushed it open with my hand. Whatever I’ll put a lock on. Yet again, the gate door keeps coming open. Called again told they’d be out in two weeks. Never to be seen or heard from.They also said that gates can have a gap of 3 inches but my gap is so big that it’s able to open with the lock!!! (photo added) There is no privacy or security with this fence.Finally, to add to the mess. We had them do another property that has no animals but does have a pool. Surprise, surprise the locked gate cannot stay shut. Drive by you will see the rock that is put to keep it shut.These people have a 5 star rating for a reason. We had our fence done in the middle of winter (couple days before Christmas). They were quick and clean. Then we had them do my fathers house, again quick and clean. With the weather being nicer we started noticing issues, boards with missing nails and other small things. We called and they fixed the issues that day. I normally wouldn't leave a bad review unless it was really bad. I asked for a 4' gate but they put in a less than 3' gate. Mark acknowledged they screwed up and offered to make it right. He asked if I could work with them and I agreed, Instead of having them redo the whole side, I asked if they could just put the gate to open from the inside and make a spot for the electrical box to attach to the fence. He told me no problem, but all they did was reverse the gate. I called about the electrical box, and the owner said they won't do that. I let it go, whatever. But then my gate latch will not close so I ask the owner if he could take a look at it, considering I saved them $$$ by not replacing the whole side with a new gate, and possibly a simple fix? Explaining how my gate was screwed up at the time, he was still very standoffish and said he'd look at it next time he was in the area. I guess he was never in the area because I never heard a word from him about it. Also there are gaps between the wood planks so you can see into the fenced in area. Large gap between the gate and post.Edit to respond: you are right I should have had you redo that side, I definitely regret that!I you specifically said you would check it when you were in the area and if it was a simple fix to get the gate to stay latched , you’d take care of it, which you never did. You completely misrepresented our conversation. I was not “complaining “ as you put it, I was trying to explain the past issues to see if we could work something out. You were quite defensive and said you didn’t know anything about the wrong size gate.Service: Security fencing & metal cage installation

So many good things to say about this great company from beginning to end of installing a 6-ft cedar privacy fence for both me and my neighbor. Aksarben Fence & Gate was one of the first ones we called and Mark was able to meet us within a week. He was very knowledgeable, attentive to what we were asking for in the design, patient as I changed my mind multiple times, and great at giving ideas to navigate our sloped lots and huge trees right on the lot line. They met their estimated install schedule, in fact they were a week earlier than expected. Troy installed our fence and you can tell he knows what he's doing as he carefully navigated our landscaping. He was a very hard worker and even on the hottest days of the summer he installed a high quality fence. He called the day prior to his arrival to let us know when they were going to start digging posts as well when they would start the fence. I had a small billing error (possibly due to me changing the design multiple times) and when I pointed it out to the owner Robert, he fixed it right away. This company is very fair and honest! For the record we called about 6 companies for estimates of which 3 never returned our calls. Aksarben's bid was competitive with the others and the good vibes we got from Mark sealed the deal for us to choose them. Robert and his team built me a Beautiful privacy fence! I had an issue with the gate, but he sent his guy out too fix it and made sure I was satisfied with it. It turned out Beautiful! They were very professional and fast! I was very happy with how reasonably priced my new cedar fence and gate cost! My husband and I highly recommend this company! Great Job!

After a not so great experience with one of the big name fence companies in the area for our last house, I was a little hesitant about going through the whole process again. From the first email I sent to making the final payment, I could not have been more pleased with Aksarben fence. They are so responsive and great to work with. The owner, the salesman, the laborers and the office...everyone was so nice and helpful. Not only were they affordable (we got MANY quotes) they were also super fast from booking to completion. You won't regret going with these guys! Fence looks great!!

They were the only company that actually came out to do a bid when they said they would, and I’m very pleased that was the case. The other reviews about communication aren’t wrong, but I never had an issue getting answers/solutions if I was the one to call them first. The minor irritation in lack of forward communication is absolutely irrelevant when compared to the craftsmanship of the fence and the politeness and helpfulness of every individual we had the pleasure of working with—one of the installers even helped me chase down my dog when he decided to make a mad dash for freedom 😂 Overall, they’re a phenomenal fencing company and you’d be wrong to go with anyone else.Service: Wood fence installation

I really liked the guy I met with when he gave me the bid so I decided to go with this company for my new chain link fence. He told me that once they were done I would do a walk through with the installers before being invoiced - that wasn't true the company told me he shouldn't say that but my expectations were not met there. He told me they would spread the excess dirt around the yard but ended up with a pile of dirt in the backyard. Now spring has come and I turned on my sprinklers and even though the sprinker heads were flagged when the fence was installed, I have had to pay $900 in sprinkler repairs. Overall annoyed by my experience. The fence itself is fine and does it's job and my salesperson was great but I wouldn't use them again.Service: Chain link fence installation

We contacted many Fence companies when we decided to put up our fence. All seemed to be about the same, except for one... Aksarben. Robert was very responsive. He answered the phone every time we called, came to estimate our job when he said he would, and started the job when they said they would. Even when we had a delay, that was caused by us... they were right back on the job when we cleared it up.We have just completed a year long, ground up renovation of our house. Our fence was one of the smoother tasks we had done. Well done Robert and crew! Our fence looks FANTASTIC!

We had an issue with another local company and were getting the run around so I decided to call Robert and being told in the past that " yes we have you on the schedule but not sure when our crews will be out" was getting old and to hear Robert say, " I can get it in next week" was a blessing and I didn't believe it because of being lied to for over a month. Well, it was done in a week! So when Robert promises something, he delivers!!! I'd highly recommend Aksarben Fence. Quality work done at a good price and installed on time!!!!

Had over 330' of shadowbox wood fencing installed and they did it very quickly and efficiently with little to no mess. After a few months we needed a post looked at and they came out within hours and fixed it as well. Great product and great professional service! Definitely recommend to anyone!

Our experience with aksarben started off well, and then turned sour. We had asked them to place our fence in winter which was not an easy task. They beat most in quotes however what started off right quickly turned out poorly. The fence was placed in Feb. and immediately they placed a gate that wouldn’t allow you out of your own yard. We called they came out and replaced it, then pieces of the fence started coming apart and they said they forgot to put a screw in. Next we had a storm come through and knock down a panel of fence. It didn’t fall under their warranty but we requested information regarding the product warranty and we had never received a copy of our contract. Finally they sent over the contract but after two attempts: they will not respond to us to get the warranty on the actual fence. As a past customer we no longer matter and said they were too busy and wouldn’t accept repair calls. So unfortunately we chose a company that we thought would help us with our large purchase of maintenance free fencing but has been one thing after another. So if you want to work with a company that abandons you after they are finished....then good luck to you. I’m a fairly reasonable person and understand it is a busy season but responding to your customers in a timely manner and providing them with the details of their purchase should always be number one.

Robert and his team were professional and great to work with. He came out to bid on May 15th and less than 10 days later we are the proud owners of a new privacy fence. The style of fence we wanted was a little different than a standard privacy fence and they provided quality work at an affordable price. I would recommend Aksarben Fence to friends and family.

Well after reading all of the great reviews, I decided to call this company and get a quote/estimate from them. The man who answered, was rude and basically said they are too busy and they are filled up for the year. Added there is a shortage of material too. Didn't even say they would come out to do an estimate, and didn't let me know when to check in with them in the future. Need to work on their customer service skills, even if they are busy! Disappointing

Although I thought the owner was very nice at first and seemed a wealth of knowledge, that quickly turned sour. I had waited to see if he would be able to do our fence, as he was not sure if he would have supplies and wasn't taking clients originally because of covid. I moved into my house and met with him right away. I questioned the bid and description he emailed me , as I was expecting a drawing of the fence. That was apparently the first irritation on his part. He gave me a drawing at our next visit. He said to expect an invoice after giving 50 percent. A day or 2 went by and I emailed him curious about when to expect. He proceeded to tell me he was not sure if I was the type of customer he would be able to help. He said first the contract and now this. He said it would be sent when the office got it typed up. He felt I would be micromanaging their every step. OMG!!! WHAT A BABY. They were just questions. Get over it. He made it seem like it was still a go. I proceeded to get approval by my builder on the plans and a week or more went by. I apologized for asking questions(even though I was like really). He never responded to emails or anything. The day I sent approval their office mailed me back my deposit (which still took days) and still no reply by the owner. I received the check in the mail. Its getting later in the year and he wasted my time. I posted my experience on a Facebook group for my neighborhood and somebody said count your blessings. Although their fence looked good they had had nothing but problems since installing in July (3 months old). Apparently this company has HORRIBLE customer service and owner doesn't appreciate his customers enough to just answer tge questions. His company must have tons of money to be able to turn customers away and waste their time over stupid stuff. BE WEARY, apparently if you upset the owner you are screwed.

After less than 120 days, paying close to $4,000 and referring 2 other families, our gate won't latch. We were told the post was warped and warranty wouldn't cover it.
