Best customer service ever!! Both gentlemen were so knowledgeable and were able to explain the difference between the gummies AND they didn't make me feel stupid either.I walked out of the store with a genuine smile on my face and had such a good feeling. Well it all started out well with going to the 42 degrees in south omaha and I was having some issues with the tyson vape and I got a different vape from the manager and I was not happy with it...I bought it back and still wasn't happy so I went to another store and asked them to give me another one so she called her manager to see what she could do then she said that she wouldn't be able to help unless it was defective or had a burnt taste I was not happy about it so I went on messenger and somehow someone responded to me about it and was very upset that happened and was willing to change it out for me. Unfortunately I just got home from work and I wasn't able to come in so he said that I could come in tomorrow night after work and I was so excited to see if he could help. He was very nice and apologetic about what happened even when it wasn't his fault for me getting treated like that I am so grateful for him and I will be back again. many times for the Rodman vape his name is Josh and I am super happy with how everyone has treated me at this location I work in the area I work Monday through Friday and sometimes weekends I work for Serv Pro and I have told everyone how much your company has done for me so I definitely will be back again as long as he is there 😀 😊 😄

Seemed like a decent shop and didn’t want to give a poor rating based on one of their vendors products. The Ketoret Kratom didn’t work for me at all. At almost double the cost of other brands, it did absolutely nothing for me. I typically take 3 scoops…so I took 2 scoops of my normal brand and 3 scoops of Ketoret as a test and it didn’t work. That tells me 3 scoops isn’t even as potent as one scoop of my normal powder. I wouldn’t recommend the Ketoret Kratom here.

I can’t say enough great things about the Millard location. The service, information, products and convenience are the best in town. I’m a long time regular and from day one to current time I have been treated like family. My 70 year old mother became curious about products for her ailments and quality of life and the store treated her amazingly and she now looks forward to visiting the store for refills.If you have been using another company for your needs or just curious about checking things out I urge you to go in! This is the best place hand's down for anything that you need. The staff at the Millard location make me feel like I'm part of the family and are so gracious and welcoming whenever I stop in. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all the products they carry. they have the best selection of products like kratom, cbd, Delta9 etc it's really impressive. Stop by and say hi check out what they have and I'm sure at the very least you'll definitely meet some very cool people who know how to treat customers right!!

One of the largest and more diverse selection of products in town, but by far the most expensive. Products retailing at $25 online or in other shops, they are selling for $50, & this markup is pretty consistent throughout. Friendly staff though, clean shop. & they open the door for you when you come in. Most expensive shop in town though, easy. Trust on this one.

I love this store. The gentleman that waits on me all the time is very knowledgeable on everything and he always asked me if I've tried whatever and most times I haven't everyone there is very nice. I sent my son-n-law to that store and he helped him alot . The one that always wants on me. I wish I would've written his name down so I could've given to you. Thank you so much for the great people there. They don't treat me like I don't belong cause I'm old.

I’m pretty sure I come in more than I should. But I never feel intimidated about asking anyone anything here. Everyone always has been open about how they thought certain THC products work for them and offer great feedback if you’re unsure of how to much to do of something. I’ve had some issues with disposables and cartridges here but the staff has always seen to my issue and made sure I was walking away with a solid product before letting me leave. Always make sure to check often, sometimes they are getting new stuff in! I have never walked out feeling like I spent more than I wanted to, to be able to get what I need.
