NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING EXPENSIVE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT !!!!!!!!!We ordered a very very expensive item from Tractor Suppy and were then had nothing but issues.1. We never received a tracking number.2. The shipping company they used really really really sucks! The item was supposed to be here 2 weeks ago and as of today we still have yet to receive it.3. Tractor Suppy has no number so we cant complain and find our order.So we are forced to call the shipping company to find the issue ourselves.The shipping company called us on a Friday saying the item will be late but will arrive on Monday (ok but meant I had to take another day off of work).4. Monday came and went and NO delivery. Called the shipping company and they told be they couldn't find the item and then that it was delivered. When we contested they magically found it in a different state. They promised it would would arrive in on thrusday at the latest. (That means I would have to take 2 more days off work)5. Thursday came and went without delivery. Called them again and got the same story but we had to call multiple of their shipping hubs to find it.6. 2 weeks after it was supposed to arrive, we still do not have it. Got an email last night saying it would arrive today so I took yet another day off work (4 in total) fingers crossed it will show up today.WILL NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM TRACTOR SUPPY EVERY AGAIN!! even if it is a small inexpensive item. I won't ever never shop there anymore!! Hopping Bombgarrs is better at least they have customer service!

I stopped in this store in somewhat of an emergency first thing in the morning. The two "kids" (I guess I'm old now) that helped me were completely knowledgeable of the store and the products. They both were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and asked all the right questions to get there. I wish I would have gotten their names, it was 8 am on August 3rd. These kids need commended.

We went to this Tractor Supply Co. Store to do their inventory. The store was very neat and clean and organized. I was impressed with the items this store carries and will definitely start shopping here more often. As I am guessing alot of people do, I had never shopped in this kind of store because I assumed it only carried farming and tractor supplies....lol. I was completely wrong!! You should stop in one day and check it out...you won't be disappointed you did!!

The other day i was shopping at tractor supply for some dog food and i seen this older person struggling with a 50lb bag of dog food he asked one of the employees there that he needs help loading the dog food they just ignored him and but they were on their phone. So my self being generous i helped him out with his dog food. I will never shop at tractor supply again because of the poor customer service they have there.

North Platt Newbraska. We lost an axle mount on the trailer we were towing . Local Matt stopped to help .Matt took our flat trailer tires called his friend Jamie a metal fabricator. Jamie took us out to his place and fixed the trailer. Matt showed up with three brand new tires on the rims for our trailer. We were back on the road in less than 3 hours. North Platt Nebraska, Amazingly helpful people .

I have mixed feelings about this place... The store is clean and organized with a wide range of country type items. What they don't have, they will try to find. Overall nice vibe... With the exception of 2 employees who are in need of customer relations traing so desperately they should be suspended until reviewed! Orcheln's? Is that you I hear calling?? 😂😠😂 Everything else is Great 👍

Store was a little cluttered! I tripped over stuff sticking out of the racks in two different aisles. The staff was not to friendly. I was passed by two young men working there and neither asked me if I was finding what I needed or if I needed any help and the cashier just acted like she couldn't wait to get off so she didn't have to deal with people anymore. I most likely will not be revisiting this store anytime soon in the future.

It's a store that I visit a lot. Sales representatives are friendly and know their store very well. You would think from the name of the store that all you would find would be tractor parts which they do have some of. These store offer a wide variety of products.
