Several Vets later and we have finally found one that really took the time to check up and figure out what is going on with our furbaby Zoe. We finally have a diagnosis, Osteoarthritis and Hypothyroidism. Our poor baby 🐶 had been suffering for quite awhile, now, we finally have a diagnosis and medication to help manage her pain and help her feel better and be healthier so she can be her old self again. Thank you so much Dr. Amanda Korkow of Tender Hearts Veterinary for being such an awesome, competent and compassionate Doctor to our furbaby! Truly grateful! Couldn’t recommend her enough!! If you are looking for a vet for your furbaby, go to them ASAP! Best most comprehensive exam ever. :)

During a cross country road trip, my tiny dachshund fell victim to his less-than-adequate spine and was hollering out in pain. I called 6 clinics between Cheyenne, Wy and Omaha, NE and when Tender Hearts heard my little guy howling in the background, they had me bring him in as soon as possible. Dr. Amanda and her staff took my guy back, got some radiographs, and got us back on the road with a very clear treatment plan, resources in case of worsening, and peace of mind. With a few days of crate rest and medication, my dachshund was visibly more comfortable and is now back to his normal self! I can't thank Dr. Amanda enough for taking us in that day. Horrible place do not recommend for you animal care they care only about them selves not the welfare of your pet worst place in town. Edit. Will not allow me to reply to the comment below. But you let a helpless kitten die that I had found because worried about a bill that was mine from a previous surgery. while the kitten wasn't mine. Everyone in town says that tender heart will take any animal if they are found and will help them but because the person that found the animal had an outstanding balance from an unrelated animal and unrelated incident they refused to take the animal in need. It wasn't mine I was trying to help it by bring it to a business that is supposed to help animals neglected and abandoned. An animal can't ask for help on its own I was just being the arms to bring it to where it needed to be but instead was told that because I was the one who found it I was not allowed to bring it for them to save it.

Called because our 17 year old dog is not doing well. Emotionless receptionist says they can't do anything for 3 days. Heartless. We have to shoot our dog. Thanks.

Leroy (the guinea pig) had to have surgery. Tender Hearts took him in and he was all fixed up within a couple hours. I am super grateful that they could work him into their busy schedule with relatively no notice. Thank you Dr. Meduna and staff!

Was there for my cat has a bad tooth,they did help me out by getting me in touch with a loan place but it will be $185 to pull it she's not been eating well and still have to wait 2 weeks to get it done. Nothing for her pain now. Other places want$400 so all in all okay but no free help for lower income people.

Absolutely love this place, the vets are amazing, very gentle and kind hearted. We have never had to wait long to see the vet. They are amazing and will answer any questions you have whether big or small. Reasonabley priced. Highly recommend this place

Our dog became quite ill during a road trip. We left a message at the clinic on a Sunday night, which was promptly returned. They fit us in first thing the next day, handled our dog gently and lovingly, and evaluated her problem thoroughly and professionally. Excellent experience.

This veterinarian service is registered as an emergency veterinarian service but it says on their answering machine if you are a regular customer then leave a message for the veterinarian on call. I'm not a customer so when my dog needed emergency services when I left a message I never heard back from them. If you're not going to help people in need of emergency services don't post that you do that!!!

My boy Dunkin D had a issue on the road far away from home, called them up and said bring him him we will work him. Clean office, nice staff under a hour the vet called me and explained everything, thank you Tender Hearts for seeing my boy, they all very nice and friendly!!

My dog Jax means everything to my family and I, especially my 2 year old daughter. He ingested about 8 foot of carpet string and it had become a blockage. Of course it couldn't happen before I paid my bills and became broke. He became extremely dehydrated and wouldnt move from 1 spot for hours on end. We were afraid he would die because I couldn't afford to take him in before my next paycheck. Noone else would help us without full payment up front. But tender hearts helped us and my dog passed his blockage without need of surgery. I honestly cant thank them enough for helping my dog survive. Jax is alive because they really care about your animals well being.5 stars and I will be bringing him there for any vet needs from now on.
