Pleasantly excellent and simple experience from start to finish. This is the first time I picked up my dog and he was ecstatic and full of energy. Usually most often, he is depressed and can’t wait to get home. He was full of smiles this time at Plains and Pine. Shea was wonderful and did a superb cut and wash. This is where we will go from here on out.

The owner, Shae, was very accommodating. She stayed open past her regular business hours to let me come in for the self-serve grooming. I brought in both of my Corgis by myself and just let one or the other kind of roam around while I was grooming the other one. I got corgi hair all over the place and I made quite the mess but she did not mind at all I felt like I was in my own house doing it. Functional, easy to use equipment and overall a good experience. I would say bring a mask if you intend to blow your dogs out so you don't breathe in and choke on all the hair!! Thanks Shae!

ABSOLUTE FABULOUS PLACE! We came from Out of town (Denver, Coloado) and I called 2 days before our trip to visit my dad. Our toy poodle needed a hair cut desperately. Shay was AMAZING and she took 3 hours with my little baby boy. This place is so cute and so well done inside and the care that she gave to me and my precious furry son was out of this world. Even my Oscar loves his haircut. He is so handsome. I gurantee if this place was in Denver, Colorado the BIG CITY - IT WOULD TOTTALLY make it. I will be comming back and Shay did exactly what I asked of her for his cut. It was beyond perfect and we are sorry about the last minute calling, thank you for getting us in. We love your NEW, AMAZING, 5 STAR RESORT.
