Everyone around is knowledgeable and friendly, but if you're lucky you'll find Isaiah in the yard on the forklift, was extremely nice and took it upon himself to escort us around the yard to load the list we had after showing it to him. Sullivan at the picking list area is extremely well versed and pretty much could see the vision in my head. Definitely glad to make the drive from McCook for this place. Thanks guys!

Purchased a serta radford king from menards the measurements were off on two mattresses we purchased, very uncomfortable like sleeping in a bowl but wont measure out for warranty ,regret purchasing a mattress from Menards now.Cant do anything about it and stuck with a $1000 mattress that is trash.

So far everything I've ever received from Menards has held up and it's done its job and I like their product in comparison to other big box stores around the area in North Platte Products seem to hold up in good Standard usage

Rented rug doctor for 24 hrs, was late returning by 50 min and they charged another day but couldn't take and use it for the paid time. That is not right I should been able to take it back for another day WHAT A JOKE!!! WON'T BE USING THEM AGAIN.

I love walking around Menards. We recently bought a house and have gotten several supplies here. WE built our own cabinet for the kitchen and that has given us the confidence to do more projects around the house by ourselves. Also, the pet supplies selection is very big. We bought a large dog line with a stake and a dog toy. The line works awesome and is strong enough for our large dog. WAY TO GO MENARDS.

I had to talk to three different people, on the phone, before I could find out about the part that was ALREADY PAID FOR. They claimed it couldn't be found and turned away the people picking it up. Suddenly they found it when I called. Ridiculous experience.

I experienced great customer service from Brenden in the Lighting Department. He was knowledgeable and understood how I intend to use the LED light that I purchased. It cost more than I had anticipated, but also had several features that my previous purchase did not. In the end, I decided with a 5 year warranty, $50 is only $10 per year -- and who knows? It might last longer than that! I hope Brenden continues to work for Menards.

Went in to look at kitchen and paint supplies and went to go upstairs, worker young 20’s with short blonde hair and dark blue vest was insanely rude to us for no reason, we stated we were looking around and he said “buy something or leave”, we didn’t know what to say and nervously laughed, and he said “you think it’s funny you can leave” we didn’t start an argument or try to get under his skin we were just looking around. find better employees that make customers who pay your bills feel welcomed!!

We bought two different RV sewer hoses and they both leaked called. had to go to two different stores in two different towns, and they would not do anything other then replace it but we can not test to make sure no leaks in store so we have to try out againBad customer experience

I am deeply dissappointment with them..I feel they purposefully trick you into spending more on items that is supposedly marked down. Today I was in the store and browsing the garden area when I came accross these metal stools that they had on special..red stickers..marked down to 39.99. I took the stools and eventually went to pay..only when I got to the car I checked the receipt and they scanned the item 79.99! I went back in to go make sure I looked right and yes....the price where I found it was 39.99. I called a manager and showed her and she just said there is nothing she can do as it was probably someone who had it from another area and dropped it there but my item was not the one for sale for 39.99. She went on line to check if my item was indeed from another area in the store but their system showed it as not even available at that store! She did not even offer a discount of any sort for the problem just told me take it or leave it basically..i can get my money back or of I still want it I have to pay 79.99. I get that people drop things whipe shopping..but that's why they should have workers in that area making sure the products on the shelves are the actual ones listed..if I had not looked and probably alot of people before me did not..ended up being tricked to pay double for a product that they thought was marked off. I am shopping at Menards daily for large property company but I will definitely be moving business away from them and rather start ordering from Home Depot from now on.

Starting at three stars walking in the door. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Kaliann helped us put together a custom counter to match a sink purchase making the process streamlined and painless. Another nice older lady associate gladly gave up an empty cart so we didn't have to carry our goods like the short sighted fools we actually were when we entered a Menards super store and said aloud to each other, 'we don't need a cart,' more foolish words nary having been spoken. Plus one star for each good thing. Will shop there again.

Went to Menards today and had my elderly mother with me. I had one item to pick up and knew it would be in the back corner of the store. As I was trying to figure out how to not have her walk so far and also not panic if I left her by herself ( she has dementia) ... up came Larry Burns. He asked if we needed help. When I gave him the item number, he told me that he would go get the items for me. What a lifesaver, he was for us today! Thank you Larry & God bless!

I live in Cozad 50 miles away from Menards in North Platte, Ne. I bought new bathroom sink, vanity, faucet and all I needed to replace the sink. The gal who helped seemed knowledgeable. She told me what faucet I would need, so I picked one. Get it home and it’s for a sink with 2 holes mine only has 1 hole. So I drive 100 miles round trip to exchange the faucet. I get it home, take it out of box and it’s dripping water, also the gasket is missing. I luckily had a gasket to use.I get the faucet installed and it won’t attach to my white tubing. I call them, they told to bring it back and they’ll exchange it. It’s already installed in my sink. Another 100 miles, price of gas.They have lost my business. I WILL NEVER DARKEN THEIR DOORS AGAIN.

DO NOT under any circumstances special order anything from this store. You have a 50% chance of them loosing it and having to roll the dice again OR your order NEVER coming in. Good luck canceling an order and getting a full refund too, there are multiple not stated customer VERY unfriendly policies. I will NEVER risk my money and time with this business again.

My fiance and I have been to this Menards several times since we bought our home. We have always had good in store service from the employees and generally can always find what we're looking for.I would love to give a shout out to one particular employee, Angela. We were looking at resin and paint with an uncertainty on which brands were best for a DIY project we are working on. Angela was working in the paint and stains area and was able to not only point us in the right direction but give us her recommendations based off her own DIY project. The items she recommended were not high dollar and worked out great for us. Angela went above and beyond by making our experience personable and keeping the prices reasonable.

Warranty return process on a 6 month old refrigerator was a nightmare and felt very disrespected from management. If it wasn't for a very helpful person in appliances, I would never return again. As it sits, you lost thousands of dollars in sales in an upcoming project.

I called about an online order...technically not this stores responsibility, however I'm not intrigued by trying to find out why I haven't received my $300 order using an email service. So, I call i get transferred to Rebecca in customer service....who, I think should be capable of this task, but I was wrong. Either that or she just didn't feel like working...🤷‍♀️So she transferred me to plumbing...well, I didn't order any plumbing, but James answers the phone and proceeded to go above and beyond for me. He was able to track down my order and tell me exactly when I can expect it delivered. Thank you very much James!I appreciate the great customer service you gave me.

Worst experience. We tried to do a tax exempt for our church and ran into so many problems. The person that was suppose to help us left and when we went to check out the system did not recognize the tax exempt, so more time spent. Some were helpful, but overall very disappointed with the service.

Terrible experience with the building department and delivery team. Endless delays and errors. Project delayed by 2 months due to poor systems, decision making, quality control and work ethic. There are other options for your build check into them over Menards. Seems like the rebate is there to act as Band-Aid for poor customer service And you compensate from all of the wasting money you will incur throughout the rest of the project due to their oversight.

Biggest crock don't even have order ready. An didn't even know what was on backorder. Had to wait 30 min for order. Didn't bring scanner to pick up area. Get your job right love it or leave it..... don't think you deserve that 1 star

I don't even have to think about this one I love this place the employees are helpful but I go there enough to now we're everything is at one thing my hubby and I have been talking about is the materials the pick up out side well sometimes we just need a few peaces of backer board and we're in a hurry that day oh ya backer board id water proof and you install it on before your tile on walls, counters ,floors . So anyway then we have to get off go and have to wait in line some times which move pretty fast wait in line purchase a mask because we don't know how to save ours ever then walk all the way to the back corner of the store to grab a pick up paper for the backer board walk all the way back wait in line again to pay for it then run out side get in sour truck drive to the back have the gate look it over go look for it for the backer board load it up go back to the gate then we go by then at least 25 -35 minutes have gone by anyway my point why can't have order,pay pick up drive threw in the back .that would be great ok I made this sound so crazy long but I will do it by the time I'm back in my car I am already have my hands full of different things:-)(◔‿◔)

Selection is good but...we bought a washer and dryer. I call to set up delivery. The guy tells me 3pm tomorrow. So I leave work early to be there intending to go back to work. The truck pulls in at 7pm !!!!! Only 1 guy. I paid for delivery so my husband in his late 60s wouldn't have to lift the washer and dryer. The guy was helpful with the installation but I paid for delivery and set up. Not too happy with losing hours at work and not completing my work but my husband has to help get them in and out. What if he wasn't here???

I am 67 and disabled. Needed 2 heavy exterior doors and 10 4x8 sheets of siding. Talk about help. The people in the pick area had the doors ready and loaded everything. Everybody back there deserves at least a pizza lunch

Not pleased at all with my most recent experience there!! I was asked the gal at the front if someone could grab the item I needed since I cannot wear a mask. She said no. Told me to order online... and when I explained that I would be paying with cash and not a card- she just shrugged at me. Really? They lost out business for good... to bad too... we’ll be building a house soon...
