Way better local grocery store I would rather go here than Walmart any day. Food seems a lot more fresh great home town vibe and they don't harass you and force you to use self checkout. I would highly recommend you guys go here instead.

Got two pounds of hamburger meat at Gary's on 4th street. Went home and fried it up finding not my hair but longer hair in the meat. Price is about 5.50 per pound. What a waist. Tossed out the meat and ordered pizza for my very hungry family. I Will Not Be Going Back to this store.

Locally owned...prices may be slightly higher than big box but worth it. The points system is convenient and Meat department is fresh and very good quality, produce dept good, fresh with good competitive prices.I always believe ma-n-pa business deserve all the attention we can give them.

Gary's SuperFoods transition to Westfield Sunmart is as expected. Immediately higher prices . And a few sub par transplants from the closed SunMart have bad attitudes. Be very wary of any fresh produce i.e. fruits, vegatables etc. This is a common theme at Sunmart and Garys on East 4th. Quality trumps Quantity everytime but they dont seem to realize that yet.

This was a great grocery store to stop at on my way through NE! The deli had great options for our dinner and they even had a little sit and eat area for us!

8:45pm. And they had all of the coolers covered up. They close at 9pm... rather disappointed... this area sure could use a real meat market/butcher... is there one in north platte? Besides Walmart and garys...

The meat department used to be amazing. It's gone downhill. Some of the meat was dried out from being in the case too long, the music was playing so loud the man waiting on is couldn't hear us and had to keep asking us to repeat ourselves.

I was craving pistachios but didn't find any. As I passed an end cap I saw a single jar of peaches on a shelf. I have spent years looking for spiced peaches around the OKC area. I was so happy to find them! And yes, I still like them!

They now have carts that you can ride. That's important for people who need them. An employee asked about helping me. He loaded 2 packs of spring water into my cart. That was very well appreciated.

I love to go here and stack up on my Gary's points all year long cause when the holidays come around I can use my points towards a turkey or ham! And the owner Gary he is great...!!! He always has a smile on his face and is willing to help his customers with anything they may need

I love Gary's superfoods! Yes it is more expensive than your traditional Big Box store but you are supporting your local economy! They have a great selection of gluten-free items and Specialty items as well. Their meat department is one of the best that I've ever seen in any type of grocery store! Employees are nice and they actually seem to care about the job that they're doing it seems like they are treated well by their employer.

Love the small town feel of this grocery store. I once did a comparison of the things I bought with the local Wal-Mart and there was only a $3-5 dollar difference. I'd say that is it more than worth it. Love their meat department most. One of only a couple places I will buy my meat. (The other is direct from a local rancher.)

Always good customer service. Reminds me of a mini King Supers in Colorado. Great sales. Beats other competitors in sales. Love the little eatery. The only negative is at times the store will have a spoiled meat smell when you walk in or ammonia smell as you walked by the meat counter. I did purchase a pound of prepacked hamburger that had strong odor when frying it. I didn't buy any hamburger for awhile. Gave it another try months later. Was fine. Seems the quality of the meat isn't like it was when they moved to town. But, everything else is good!

*Very, very expensive*. Very poor quality fresh food. I have, through several meat purchases, got old pork chops, that were beyond dates, smelled bad and discolored to look fresh, hamburger that was old and smelled very bad. Rancid ham. If you're on fixed, retired income, forget purchasing here. Just because it's local, doesn't mean better, just means this store has a monopoly in the area.Personally, I shop out of town and done so for several years now. Have out of town doctors, so that's my routine. I also shop and purchase online, don't have to drive, park, fight rude, stupid people. I also support our Farmers Market. I also grow a patio garden and do my own fresh garden produce, that I can't get at the Farmers market.

Although I don't really shop for a whole lot of items here 🤣 I watch 😃 on sale in The meat 🥓🍖 Dept and I'll get my essentials, but I am really happy that they are only three blocks from my house so I do make use of them 😉 being so close just about daily X2 some time

We ran in during the crazy snow storm. They had everything we needed and my kids got to ride in the fun car-carts.
