I went in yesterday to return a bag of unopened dog food that my puppy cannot use, and the lady at the cash register was very rude, almost like I was making her do her job. The manager that came up to talk to me was little nicer, but she told me that they do not accept returns on dog food, when online it does not say they do not accept this type of return. I would have been happy with even store credit, but since they were not transparent about their return guidelines, I am not sure if I will be back.

Very helpful lady at the register when I came in. Get further back in store and 2 other employees ask if they can help. I don't go shopping here often, but when I do it feels like a old familiar and friendly place.

I stopped by this location just to check it out, Tractor Supply will always have high quality products for the outdoors laborers and enthusiasts alike. I didn’t go to look for anything in particular. But as always, I did find a gem at a very affordable price.

I have been a regular customer at our local Orscheln farm & home In Junction City, KS for over 20 years. But since it was taken over by Tractor Supply the customer service and product availability as gone down hill. My last visit was the last straw and will be my last visit. i will drive an extra 40 miles and pay more for the same goods if that is what it takes to not shop there again. I purchased a 330' roll of goat fencing and when they loaded it on the back of my truck I could tell it was to small to be 330'. There was no tags on the roll and it looked like it had been re-rolled. I questioned it and asked to see anther roll that was tagged. The could not find any rolls of this brand tagged. The other brand was tagged and it was 3 times the size of the roll in my truck.They said it was just the difference between brands. when I showed them that the net listed seven 100’-foot rolls of that brand and that six were on the pallet and that they would be the same size if they were a loosely rolled as the one on my truck. That did not convince them so I the wraps on the roll and came up with 25 wraps the outside wrap measured 3.5 feet around even if every wrap measured the same it is still only 100.5'. I offered to purchase the more expensive fence if they would give me the same $50. of that i got on the roll I bought. and was told no. The Manager had still not come out to see what was going on or to talk to me. So, I went in and found him, only to be told I would take that roll or get a refund. I live 40 miles away I was not going to drive home then back when the roll was to small. I was also sure if i left the lot and returned that he would accuse me of using part of the fence and try to return a partial roll. this was after I reminded him that I had been a customer for over 20 years. He said he had never seen me before. When I asked the service rep helping if he had seen me before he said he could not remember every customer. This person has been working there since i first started coming in the store. He also worked for my Daughter-in-law for several years when she was a manager at that store, obviously he was afraid of losing his job. another sign of bad management. If this is the type of atmosphere Tractor Supply is promoting, I want nothing to do with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff here is very helpful and insightful. They have everything from a variety of dog food to different types of bolts. I highly recommend you stop here for any type of supply needs.

Great folks here! Just a warning though bought the less expensive riding lawn mower at home and didn't get the warranty, I ate it all with no help, the numbers they gave me to call gave me call backs from condo shares and salesmen calling forever, 0 help don't buy lawn mowers from people who have 0 customer care after you bought it, go to a reputable honest dealer. Just trying to help, I have one cheap for sale if you want a good price on one, and don't give them your phone #, but I have had great luck with everything else! And I love this store!!!!!

The staff is very friendly. If they don't know the answer to your question, they don't act like they know. The gentleman I spoke to offered a lot of tips and helpful items I might need for my rescued baby bunnies.
