So many things...1) GREAT staff! Never had a problem with anyone there.2) They've permanently closed the door to the mall. It's weird. It's off-putting. It's almost like they don't want any of the mall pedestrians.3) The store has WAY less products for sale in it now than ever since they are using more space for carry-out orders. The items they do have are not what I would normally buy, nor are they at a decent price. While I don't shop at the other store in town, I can order from Amazon and still have my items in 2 days.If you ask me, it might be time to build a larger Target to properly compete with the other store in town, and then close this one since they aren't going to share with the mall anyway.

I bought 16 bags of sweet potato chips from here, online. When they came to me, 7 of the bags had holes in them, and 9 bags were expired. I would give zero stars if I could.

It's a treat to enter this store! Consistantly organized and tidy. Items almost always clearly priced, and with consideration of the nation's current issues, products usually in stock and shelves (as best as can be expected). The small amount of grocery items is a convenient plus. I am not sure why I find their app time consuming but I find that I just get frustrated with it easily. Even though I would enjoy bigger savings if I did use it, so that's on me. Employees have always been very pleasant and helpful. Shopping is just a relaxing and enjoyable experience here.

I appreciate they actually have checkouts open with a cashier! Today I came through and my Target circle took off all my discounts except on the greeting card (I had read the fine print and followed the exclusions), so I stopped by customer service and Barb was absolutely the best!! She checked everything over and was very pleasant and friendly. Granted I only got 20cents back, but she was glad I brought it to attention and was friendly about the whole thing. Thank you Barb!! My only complaint is that this store doesn't some items I can get at other Targets, gluten free items being one of them.

Love the drive up feature. It's so helpful when you have a car full of kids and don't/can't go in the store to get what you want / need. They are fast and friendly and got everything correct.

It was pretty busy when I went in to pick up my order, due to it being the day after Black Friday. The line went at a very nice speed and the lady who grabbed my order for me was very sweet and kind. I could tell the two other gals up there seemed just as nice and willing to help!

A pretty decent location with a broad spectrum of items to browse. The mens clothing however is lacking in diversity. I would really love to see more options towards taller people, so I don't have to spend more time finding other places that sell longer pants. Business casual and graphic tees galore, however.

Everything was very organized, employees would come up to us and ask if we needed help for anything. We love that it has a starbucks inside where I can redeem my rewards. Love the variety of options from clothes, to groceries, to toys.

There was only one checker and the person ahead of me had a BOATLOAD of stuff. When I ask the gal cleaning the self check counters she said nope we only have one checker. My cart was also full of big items which is why I didn't want to self checkout because I needed a large sack and one item needed to be taken off the wedding registry and I wasn't sure I knew how to do that. After standing there 10 minutes and watching no on acknowledge me I finally went to the customer service counter and requested to be checked out, I know she saw me standing there but whatever, she was very nice when she checked me out. Seriously I wanted to get in and out and this was totally unacceptable. BTW the lady that was ahead of me was still checking out after I left and I had alot of stuff too!!

A nice Target but it seems sometimes they are out of stock on a lot of items and the isles can be messy. Some brands I don't really see in other stores are here. The staff is friendly with a good selection of face/body care items.

I got checked out by a person!! So many stores are going to self checkout! I do not want to shop at a store with self checkout only!! I came to shop at your store-you check me out! Self checkout is SO stressful especially when you have a huge order like I did today. If it's just a couple items, it is not so bad.

I have never had a problem. I always get my items I ordered. The online selection is correct with what is in the store. I am able to make changes and add to my order. It's always same day order and pick up.

Target is my go-to store. If I need anything the workers are so polite. Also, if you are thirsty or hungry there is a Starbucks you could stop at. I would say Target should have more produce but otherwise it is a super fun store that you can always go to!

I like all the people that work there and I LOVE that it is a dependable recycling center. Most plastic, ink cartridges and all glass would go to the landfill if it were not for Target's dedication.

Love that there is a Target in this area! Employees are engaged and make eye contact when interacting with you. I've been a Target shopped for years and consistently find better deals than Wally or anywhere else. It has a limited footprint and selection in some departments compared to the Super Targets I've grown accustomed to, but with the ship-to-store option and planning ahead you can still get most items offered in every other location. My request would be to add an expanded grocery section with more food offerings. Please!!

No one spoke to me. I felt like I was being followed. People were just rude. They'd make weird faces at me. It was just awkward. If I even wanted to ask a question I feel as if I couldn't because people would stare and me and look at me like why are you here. I tried to be polite and even say hello and acknowledge people. They could care less if I shopped there again. Why must people act like they are gods gift to this earth and everyone must worship their feet.

The large doors that lead into the mall from target have been closed. It WOULD BE GREAT if a person COULD out to the mall INSTEAD of going outside especially in the cild

Returned a gift item without a receipt. Lady took my ID and then needed to swipe adebit/credit card. She then proceeded to tell me hat I had to go pick out an item worth the value of the merchandise I was returning. So I came back with my 1 item and it was .99 short, she then told me I had to pick out something worth a $1. A pack of gum later and I'm shelling out money of my pocket. Wouldn't it been easier to just give a gift card? I'm a little confused as to why they needed my debit/ credit card info. It was just not an enjoyable trip to Target and I don't really think I'll be back anytime soon!

Great store, I just wish they had more variety in food options. Being used to the options of Target stores in Minneapolis, I was so disappointed at the selection; only a few aisles and almost a complete lack of vegetarian and ethnic foods.

We love Target. We got spoiled living in a larger city with a super Target. Norfolk''s Target does provide great clothing selections, book/movies and electronics. Toys also. However it is very limited when it comes to grocery items.
