Nice and helpful staff, I love how they decorate for holidays with things you can purchase. A lot of things you need from lightbulbs to toilet seats. The sales they have are spectacular, especially the frozen pizzas. I recommend stopping here for your minimal grocery needs and all the housing appliances/requirements.

Be very careful when you are checking out, (Menards Norfolk)watch everything as it is being scanned. I made a big purchase ( over $ 3,000) there were multiple boxes of the same size and shape . (tile) During my project I decided not to use the two inch tiles, when.I went to return them I noticed I was charged for two boxes, $95 dollars each. They reviewed the video and said I bought two boxes, I did not, I only got one but there is nothing I can do about it now. I know they are a very wealthy company and don’t care but from now on I will take a lot of extra time checking out. They will not screw me again. Yes I will shop their again out of convenience but big purchases will be done at Lowes Or Home Depot in Sioux City or Omaha.

We shop here often and after reading some of the negative reviews, I will say the majority are super-friendly and always willing to advise.With regards to masks last year, it was mandated. We appreciated that it was respectful to protect each other. Yes, it would be nice to have a little competition, but.. we do not have any complaints.The staff overall is super-friendly and we do appreciate them. So, Thanks again! As always we will continue to shop at our local Menard's.

It really kind of sucks that they moved everything around now you can't find Jack sh√t or anybody that works there. There was one lady in gardening that was very nice very helpful I should have gotten her name because it seemed like when I find somebody they would turn around and walk the other way. Guess we just got to get used to the store again.

As busy as Menards are or is Monday through Saturday and especially on Sundays I went up there Saturday and saw the Menards had a great selection of flowers that came in those flowers didn't weather through the storm cuz they were still beautiful not broken a torn over don't look like any damage was ever done to any of the flowers so I suggest that they flowers either came in after the storm or that morning I got there they had a beautiful selection of blooming flowers Vines nice color selection that you can mix and make a yard flower bed a garden look even more beautiful price wise they're great I just wish Norfolk had a nurse nurseries around here to have a nice selection of colors and different types of flowers it seems like every nursery around here carries the same things I know it's the zoning for planning and growing flowers and trees and shrubs but who's to say what will go around here if you never try I just went through a winter in Norfolk Nebraska that I never really saw snow come down I'm pretty sure most people's butted flowers came back even sooner and beautiful and Fuller so who's to say next year we'll get any snow so I wish norfolks nurseries and garden centers and places will come up with a better selection and colors for summer spring and fall seem like everyone carries the same selections some are bigger some are Fuller summer buddy summer flowering and all ends they all look the same price wise they're different but I'm willing to pay a few dollars more to see a flower flowering or a bud growing better than the last damn it's nursery I was in but Menards I give you four stars because I can walk into your facility and come out with more than what I went in for your little pricey but when I walk into your facility it's clean it's organized and it's roomy you have a nice selection and your staff the customer service is all what I care for when I go into a business so Menards I gave you before Stars keep up the good works the selections and you'll keep continuing having my business I am a home Depot store Lowe's type of guy but since none of that is in this town and I don't believe in traveling outside of city limits to where I live to spend my money Menards thanks for staying around and thanks for giving this community a place to shop at and spend their money you have a nice selection in building materials from plumbing to electrician to roofing to gardening flower beds I'm pretty sure Menards there's not one thing I can find inside your place that I could find anywhere else that would take me two and three and four stores to find it at and the one time I went there to get flowers and your selection was picked over I could say maybe because it's the wrong time but I give you this you didn't disappoint me the next time I went there looking for flowers you have a nice selection and vegetables herds trees shrubs buds annuals and perennials and a nice selection and rocks bricks blocks pots potting soil mulch with your facility you can care for any line in any way possible any garden any home thanks for having me a part in this community and doing your part as a company and franchise to stick around and these hard times keep up the good work keep on hiring those great people you hire there cuz your service is friendly and their attitudes are kind

A delicious, decadent experience. I found exactly what I was looking for in just a few minutes. Then, as I was pondering the assortment of screws, a mysterious man in a green coat asked me if I needed some help. By golly, he narrowed things down and honed my decision to a rapid one. I then took my purchases to the front register and paid for it. Wow, what a great time! Highly recommended!

I am astonished how nice and helpful everyone is in this store. Lynda and Eric at the building supply counter were exceptional. I didn't even get out of my vehicle to pick up my supplies in the lumber yard; Craig approached me and wanted to help. This quality of service was amazing!!!!!!!!!!

Always a clean environment to shop in. The staff is helpful though sometimes difficult to find *** changed from 4 to 5 because of all the people complaining about wearing masks. It's the store's right and liberty to require one! You can choose to take your business elsewhere if you don't agree, that is your right. Stop contributing to a self entitled society!

The quality of material is something you always have to watch closely. I just purchased some cheap insulation bats, and the quality of the rolls was less than stellar. It is going in a shed, so not a huge deal, but I wouldn't put that in my house.

I product was mispriced and the customer service person refused to give me the advertised price. She acknowledged it was the wrong price with the same name of the product I bought, but she told me I should have checked the SKU. She state she would follow up, but I didn't believe she would, so I called the department directly to make sure they fixed the incorrect price. It was only a 31 cent difference, but legally they owed me the difference.

It's nice when when the bars and restaurants go to full capacity and they do not half to wear a mask or at any other business in town. But not menards. You have a mask on or buy one from them to do business with them. I think it's just another way to make a buck to sell you a mask that should be supplied for free to shop in the store.

First thing I want to say is that, my family and I shop at this Menards a lot. I'm there at least once a week. Before I have always loved this store, it is (well was) my favorite store in all of Norfolk. Tonight my husband and I went in to buy a new vanity and supplies as we are re-doing our bathroom. Anyway, I looked for a while the first time (not terribly long) for someone to come help us. We got one lady and she was honest and told us that the bathroom and plumbing department wasnt her area of knowledge and she would get us someone who works particularly in that department. Thanked her as she went on her way after she radioed for someone to come us. The gentleman that came to help acted like from the get go that we werent worth his time. We found the vanity that we wanted and he showed us where the vanity tops and the specific faucet that we needed was. As soon as we started looking he walked off. Okay no big deal, we figured he'd come back. As we told him we'd go right back to the display to pick up what we wanted! So we picked out our stuff and I went back to the display while my husband went to get his stuff that he needed. I waited and waited, after about 10 minutes i went to the front desk and asked the lady behind to have someone help me by the vanity display. She said okay and that she would send someone over. Another 10 minutes go by and at this point I'm getting irritated. I went to ask again, she said okay again. This time i only waited 6 minutes. I went one more time and this time another lady was speaking to the same lady I had previously asked for to have someone help me. So i asked the other lady if she could send someone to help us. She said she would. Another 5 minutes went by and my husband came back to me as he finished getting what he needed. At that point i had him put back all of our bathroom stuff that we planned on purchasing. We also plan on remodeling our bathroom and kitchen now with Carhart Kitchen and Bathroom in norfolk.

If I could rate a 0 I would. The store policies on returns are a joke. Paid full price for items over $100 and went to return a couple of items that would not work for me less than 2 hours later, and would only give me in store credit at sale price. Screw you Menards.

I asked for help finding the canvas wood carrying totes. The two young employees displayed their too busy to help me attitude. I than asked a third woman who tried to help me and she went to an older man in the hardware dept who also was too busy to bother helping us. His reply was , I have never seen these totes in our store. I personally have gotten these totes yearly from Menards. My daughter and I looked one last time and found three of them tucked away on the shelf. I know people are busy, it has been a challenging year. The small business stores will get my business, they know what customer service is. Big chain stores only care about selling quantities without service period.

As soon as I got to the door, an employee approached and told me that I was not allowed into the store without a mask. So, I left.People, wearing a mask is optional.I did not see ANYONE , including the employees wearing any type of mask that would prevent the transmission of a virus.A cloth mask is as effective, at stopping a virus, as a chain link fence is for stopping mosquitoes.If you do not understand these basic facts......I am not interested in your medical advice....you don't get my money.

Yesterday had big mistake on order but the yardguys got it corrected and save me $15! They even assisted in me cutting boards to lengths as I needed them. Wonderful to have such wonderful help.

My family and I have gone to Menard for big projects and little projects from yard, electric plumbing, remodeling, and building. They have always been helpful. Always someone around to help or even give advice. Never really had a bad experience there.

Generally, employees are helpful but sometimes lack the knowledge to help in their particular departments. Menards is currently forcing customers to wear masks which is a questionable policy as they "provide" masks which you can buy at the counter for $1.I'm aware of several people in the community that refuse to give their business to Menards because of it.

We have spent literally thousands of dollars with this store but never again. Their attitude about masks, with no regard whatsoever for individual health conditions, has taken them to an unredeemable low with my entire family.

This place has pretty much everything just like Wal-Mart does with great prices on quality tools. Everything is clearly marked and the layout of the store is easy to navigate. I enjoy shopping here.

It's a joke. I live in America freedom of choice wether to wear a mask are not to wear one. Not to be forced to. That's when I need major products I drive a 100 miles and go to Lowe's are Home depot.

this place has everything in one store. i love going here for birthday cards and pistachios...... while I shop for deck supplies. Where else can you do that?
