The only bad thing is that all the good restaurants are 1 miles away. Wish there was some kind of fare other than dropping the trailer to go get good food. Hardee's sucks.

Very clean and easy to get in and out of with a automobile or truck. Food from the shop was good and convenient. We did not eat at IHOP as we were in a hurry to move on. Gas itself was priced comparatively to the other dealers around Norfolk.Our main issue is pulling a trailer and trying to refuel. You need to refuel at either outside ends of the pumps. It may require a tight turn to get out of there. It would be nice if they were to complete the parking lot around the backside of the the shops towards the truck fills.

This is a nice place but. The manager don’t pay attention about how is extremely dangerous to exposure the plastic bottle of water outside the building under the sun. Everyone know that this act produce to damage for people that will drink this bottle of water and could take cancer with this higher temperature.

The slowest diesel pumps around I went to fill up my dually it took me 15 minutes to pump $40 worth of diesel oh my gosh if they had that on the semi side nobody would ever come here and on top of it I went to go have a propane tank exchange and the guy at the front counter said nobody was on shift to be able to do that I mean it's one key and exchange the cylinders you have to be qualified to unlock a lock and exchange of propane cylinder definitely won't be coming back here again

I can't understand why Loves removed IHOP and replaced with yet ANOTHER burger place. We had great experiences at IHOP. Ate there frequently.I've NEVER eaten at Hardee's since.

One of my all time favorite gas station/convenience store/truck stop to stop at, they even have a Hardees connected on the side. Their stock of different items is expansive. Everything you need is here. The soda, water, candy, beef jerky, chips, fruit, and a lot of other different consumables. As well as consumables, they have stuffed animals, different electronics for the road or home, and many others. Their hot dogs are amazing, with your choice of adding chili or cheese, with different condiments, and the bun is kept in an area where it stays hot and fresh. The gas price is competitive to the surrounding area and the staff is very nice. The bathrooms are always kept clean, as well as the rest of the establishment. The place just seems modern and a place I love to stop by when I have the time.

You know. What can I say about Love's? They have become my preferred stop for fuel and service while traveling.The staff are always friendly.I appreciate their partnership with Subway in many of their locations. Lets me eat a little healthier.

This is one of my favorite truck stops. If for no other reason than the amount of sheer selection is almost mind boggling. I mean I bet they have every type of drink, candy, gum, chips, hot drinks, souvenirs, electronics, blankets, mugs, jewelry, knives and pretty much the kitchen sink. I just love it!

Clean, but out of a lot of things. I got my food from Hardee's because the roller grill was practically empty, no salads, no snack packs, and nothing appealed to me...Can we start looking into getting the snack packs with the peanut butter back, or maybe a portion cup of cream cheese to go with celery and apple slices, grapes. Or get some different veggies in the cups, sure am tired of broccoli, cherry tomatoes and carrots. Maybe some cauliflower, green peppers, radishes. Can we get soup pots, or tuna salad, chicken salad or egg salad with crackers and grapes or apple slices.

Smaller station but nice enough and clean. 91 was the highest grade they offered for premium. Shelves were mostly stocked.

We stopped here to get fuel when passing though Norfolk the morning of Friday, October 15th, 2021. My boyfriend decided to purchase a beverage also. There were 2 clerks and two cash registers open at the checkout counter and one person waiting to pay at the register ahead of my boyfriend. One clerk was playing on her phone so obviously much too busy to do her job and ring up my boyfriends beverage so he waited in line behind the other person in line to pay for his purchase with the clerk who was actually working. When the purchase was rung up it came up on the register as $2.89 and the shelf price had been $1.69. My boyfriend pointed this out to the clerk helping him and she said absolutely nothing and proceeded ringing it up without checking the shelf price. We had a schedule to keep so my boyfriend paid the inflated price instead of the correct one and we left but next time we come through Norfolk we won't be stopping at Love's. There's lots of other gas stations to pick from and we will go to one of Love's competitors. I hope the two clerks working at Love's that morning like their jobs because with their ethics and people skills they will probably be working a similar low entry job for the rest of their lives with very little chance for advancement in their work career.

I spend a lot of time through Norfolk doing what I do so, I fuel, shower and eat here...a lot! And, it never fails night shift in both Hardee's and the store are awful! My advice, go, anywhere else!

The store is usually very clean, including the restrooms and showers. The employees are generally not the most enthusiastic people which is a bit of a bummer. They're nice, it just seems like they all have a disinterest in their job. I would guess it's a managerial problem.

Still no restaurant here, roller Grill is all you got for food. There are other options if you want to walk down the street across the bridge and traverse a busy highway intersection. It would be nice if somebody could build a real truck stop here, like maybe a lounge… With a laundry room and a real restaurant.

Normally I like going to loves for diesel for my pickup but pump card reader would not read my card so had to go in and basically guess how much to fill my truck, cashier was rude with me because I didn't know how much to put in, I'm sorry it's not a 12 gallon car tank it's going to take a more. I was on 1/4 tank so I guessed out of frustration

Poor service at the Ihop express. They don;t understand their own menu and told me I was not allowed to get pancakes as the side for my Philly Cheese steak meal. The cook started yelling from the kitchen saying NO. There was no apology, just said no.

Gas bays were clean as was the store and restroom. The crew at Hardee's could use some training and be held more accountable -- staff were wearing studio headphones, blaring loud hip-hop music including counter person. Staff on the Love's side were professional.

For the love of God don't fill up here especially when it's cold! Pumps are slower than molasses! I learned my lesson thinking they got it fixed! Nope!

It's the loves friendly staff but don't love one around every corner which in fact is a pretty good thing cuz I know where to build a love that they know that right location out the middle of nowhere where you need one my son loves them so I got to stop at a lot of them I guess that's where their name derives from people love their loves4 bathroom rank-ometter
