The absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Multiple occasions I left both East and West pharmacies crying because they couldn’t get the correct medicine for my baby in a timely manner. I always called a day in advance (as I was told this would help speed up their slow time) yet it did nothing. I also called at 8am shortly after they opened to ask to start my prescription to refill and it would still be 1:30pm or later that I could pick it up (sometimes still wrong without the dye free flavoring). I am switching to USave as I have never heard bad reviews or care yet all I hear are complaints about hyvee. I’m very disappointed as I’ve bought all my prescriptions here for the past 10 years but this year it’s awful with a total lack of care
