Only one in the entire dining area was told I needed to go to the bar and order because it was after 12 o’clock went into the bar. It’s 1 o’clock and the person behind the bar sent me back to the counter to order act like he was totally doing me a favor by taking my order Because I wanted to hamburger from the grill I finally got my burger at 1:37 after going up and asking about it which turned out to be a mistake because then they pounded the tater tots with salt so salty I didn’t even eat them. I ate about four of them left the rest on the plate pretty disappointing considering it was $14, welcome to Biden, nomics pay 40% more and get 60% less way to go

Dear David Vredenburg and Charles Hyde,hello David and Charles, I'm sorry to inform you that your customers were extremely rude and ruined the shopping experience for everyone. I wish to condemn this place of satanism. One day you will pay. When I was shopping in the pasta isle, I saw someone using pasta noodles and sauce to make a satanism pentagram. I was shocked and vowed to one day return with my bible study group. We will force the manager into a contract of condemnation and you will be forced to relocate.Sincerely, TimTim Playz.

Was in there to day bought the ranch and dill hyvee brand dip and I don't know what in hell I found in my dip. I hope I don't get sick . Maybe check them all .

Cute little grocery store. Our checker was Jett, a nice young man. I have never heard of putting flaming cheetos on the outside of sushi but it looks interesting. I didn’t try the flaming hot Cheetos sushi. Nice store. It was clean and well lit.

Usually well stocked. Pleasant employees. Departments have fresh options. Hy-Chi is great, ready to eat Chinese food. Fried chicken and rotisserie is usually pretty good too. Love the Mac & Cheese burger from their kitchen.

Had a terrible experience recently. Had ordered a decorated cake for a reception. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the first date had to be rescheduled. Every time we communicated, it was with the same bakery employee. When we went to pick it up, somehow our order had gotten lost. No cake. 50+ guests waiting. No staff available to quickly scribble my sons name on a cake from the case. Embarrassing and frustrating. No offer for reimbursement. Just a shrug of the shoulders and an "I'm sorry..."

I used their grocery pickup service for the first time. I had issues with the site, however, when I tried to set up a pick up time. When the time came close to pick them up it would say I didn't schedule it. So I called and was advised to use the app (Hy-Vee aisles online) and it worked! I went to pick up my groceries at the scheduled time and they were quick, polite, and I didn't even have to get out of my car! Great experience overall!

I love the people at Hy-Vee East! They're helpful and friendly. The prices aren't always as low as other places, but I spend it anyway. If I have ever wished they had a product I couldn't find, they're always good at looking it up and getting it. The pharmacy people are super helpful. I've been going there for a long time, and see no reason to switch.

The weekend manager is really need to be aware of their meetings at the end of the cashier station. Today I went through the line and the cashier was distracted in the lady in front of me did not pay for her groceries. Luckily they were able to correct the problem and take the total loss of mine. But that could have been a loss of over $100. We were there in the store the other day and so many food sitting in the freezer aisle almost to the point of being completely defrosted. Not good safe food practices. Hope you guys in your staff get better.

Our neighborhood grocery store. It's good. HyVee seems to be specializing in loss leaders on a daily basis which is good. I'd give it 5 stars except for the fact that it seems a bit congested and sometimes individual items are super-hard to find. They're also getting rid of their online shopping and pickup options.

I love Hy-vee. They have amazing produce. You can get a great hot meal for you and your family. Huge selection of sliced fresh meat, salads, different breads, bakery items, and butcher shop items. It's all fresh.

Went to the restaurant in Hyvee for breakfast on Saturday. Sat an hour and finally was able to find the waitress to ask where our food was. We knew there might be a bit of a wait on game day. She then told us that she forgot to put on the order & that it would be about 30 more minutes. How in 1 hr did she never realize that out of her 4 tables 1 who had gotten there before all the others never got served?

Horrible experience was lied to by store manager ,mislead and was rudely turned away from from store associates, won't b shopping there at hyvee west anymore, and it's not the first time me or my family experienced lies , or rudeness from this store, I hope everyone goes to hyvee east where atleastbthe associates are willing to help even if it's not there area

There staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If they aren't able to answer your question they make sure they find somebody that can. They have a great variety of foods. They offer a buffet they offer delis pre-made food cakes the whole nine yards they are great store. Their prices are reasonable.

Ate at the newly updated bar and grill for the first time. Took over 30 minutes to get our food, even when the place wasn't busy. The two people with me that ordered the weekly all you can eat wings special really didn't get all you can eat. From the time I paid for the meal to the time they got their second plate of wings was 1hr and 30 minutes!!! Unfortunately this first impression will keep me from trying it again.

First off...Hy-Vee west NEVER had any of the sale items! 2nd Hy-Vee east must not have their sale prices must not be in the computer?? My Dad was charged $9.99 for something that was supposed to be 1.99??? And then they are saying you need to have a coupon for the sale items??? What good is it to load the sale items on to your fuel saver card?? Hy-Vee get your head in the game!! You're losing customers! 😕

Prices can be high but I like earning the fuel saver points. Better to go later at night or early morning when they are less busy or expect to wait in line for a while. Customer service is always great they are very willing to help you find what you need.
