Very expensive for minimal service!! The groomer (I) asked if she checked my doggies ears! She said very Nasty, yes, but I don't believe she did that! My one dog stinks like crazy after I brought them home and she's itching like she's never itched before!! VERY UN SATISFIED WITH THIS GROOMER AND WILL NEVER GO BACK!! VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE!!

We did a self wash and grooming. They trimmed Jax's nails for an additional fee but was really good with him. They provide soap, conditioner, towels and a drying machine. Also have combs and brushes with the grooming table. Pretty awesome.

No stars. My wife tried to take our daughter and couldnt even get out to go in. She parked in the van accessable spot, which is in the middle of the street, and couldnt even get our daughter out of the van in her wheelchair. I had to put at least one star just to post

We took out Golden here for the first time today and LOVED the way he was trimmed. Our last experience at PAMPERED PAWS( on Wilson ave across from the Middle school) was nothing less than a NIGHTMARE. He was cut so uneven a child could have done a better job. Not to mention, after my Husband and I showed how unhappy we were with the way he looked, we were only given $20 back out of the $60 that we paid. Thank you Healthy paws for finally putting our minds as ease when dropping our dog off for a grooming.

The hair cut was terrible, but I did not want to return . I signed a clause that I would not hold them responsible if he was nicked or injured during the hair cut so I definitely did not want to chance the injury by returning a second time .

Every time I call them they say they can get me in then ask what kind of dog I have and when I tell them I have a large dog they say they won’t have time for over a month for a “large breed dog”.
