Great place to board your pet, owners really care about your furry friends. Boarded our dog for a week while we went on vacation. Kennels give pets plenty of freedom to go in and out of ac kennels in the summer and heated in the winter. Will definitely be back.

Sharon is so wonderful! We have used her twice in the last month for boarding. My dog has never come back to us injured or stressed. She looks and smells so clean after her bath

Thus was honestly the Worst experience ever! Do not recommend! My dog went in furry & cute and when I came back for him he looked like a rat dog or those hairless cats. I was so super upset. Only reason I could tell it was mine is because I called his name and he answered back. Won't be going back great waste of money...his nails weren't even trimmed after poor thing had everything else trimmed.

Don't come here and expect honesty. My bill for 4 nights was to be $80 but when the hidden charges were added my bill was $125. When I asked why I was not told of this she said why didn't I ask. Of course they charge $5 for a debit card purchase. .my dog went in fairly clean and came out muddy. I will not use these people again!!!!

I will always take my dogs here when I visit norfolk!? I have a hard time getting off work, and have 2 kids and leaving on time when I need to. They have always worked with me being late!! Plus my dogs love it there. Definitely recommend
