The store is clean and well kept. Employees are helpful and friendly. I can always find good deals, and sometimes, brand new items. From home decor to clothing, stationary and everything in between.

I love this Goodwill!!! They had so many things to look at! They have a lot of good clothing and so many knick knacks to look at. I was shocked to find so many different brands of shirts and reasonably priced, too. They have pretty much anything and everything one would find at a thrift store. There are several dressing rooms that seemed pretty clean. In fact, everything in the store was neat and clean. I have been to all sorts of thrift stores that were so messy and gross (this one time I came across a cute little birdhouse that someone donated with actual dead insects inside 🤢). Parking is plentiful. I donated a bag of random items as well (on a different visit) and this guy came out with a bin for me to place my donations inside. He was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this Goodwill, you'll never know what you might find! 😉

The prices seem high here, and they mostly offer clothing, very little of anything else. Very small area for household items. Just curious what happens to the other items that are donated, because you know they get a little bit of everything. Store seems clean. Employees are not always real friendly. Plenty of parking. Usually not overcrowded.

I love thrift stores. Good selection, good set up (there is a flow to the order of things), great organization (even sorted generally by sizes). On the negative side: they tend to overprice some items, I've had a few 'not so great' experiences with staff, and they treat every customer like a suspected shoplifter (keep a tight lock on fitting room keys).

I love coming here but lately the prices have risen. They raised their prices on everything AGAIN!Workers are always nice by the way! Rating is for the prices.

This store promises that if you take a tag off a piece of furniture they won't sell it to any one else. They did. I reminded them twice I wanted that piece of furniture. They took tag and sold it to somebody else. When I asked where item was they was like oh well we sold that. I was fit to be tied!!!!

I like they have started having daily clothing discounts by tag color. This store seems to price their items high, compared to other thrift/consignment stores.

very unorganized. Don't have clothes arranged in sizes. Charge alot for name brand stuff. I am going to drive to yankton weekly in stead of norfolk. YAnkton has a very nice and well organized and friendlier place.

Compared to most other Goodwills that I've been in this one is rather small with a limited selection and the prices seem higher however the one staff member I dealt with was very very nice my visit was on the evening of June 23rd 2017 at about 8:30 p.m.
