Norfolk, NE. Extremely slow filling prescriptions. Using the online reorder is terrible. You never know when the prescription will be filled.One month later and I think it is worse. Store closed for lack of employees and can't locate prescriptions. I wouldn't go here if is weren't for our prescription insurance.

Even though this store is short staffed, the pharmacy staff always go out of their way to make getting my prescription effortless. I just got a call from them asking if I'd like my prescription renewals to sync up so there are less trips for me. They didn't have to do that. So, I appreciate the time and consideration they make for me. Keep being amazing. <3

They will sell you expired medication and then tell you its not their problem when you bring it to their attention. The prescription tag says its good until August and yet the medication expired in February. If i could give them no stars i would

They staff is always polite and asks if you need help with anything, the pharmacist and the techs are friendly and knowledge. The only downside is they only have one drive up. It would be so nice to have a drop off Lane so you don't have to wait 20 minutes behind 2 vehicles that I am sure were asked to drive around but won't and I don't blame them as I have done this and ended up behind a couple more people and waited way too long as my stuff was going to take 5 minutes and I was such behind someone that made me wait 15 minutes behind them. I would just go in but it's super inconvenient with 4 kids.The pharmacist even recognizes me and calls me by name when I am only picking to my son's meds. Very nice guy!

With the grocery shopping experience at this establishment being ok, the pharmaceutical part of CVS is either good or bad, depending on the day. At CVS one day the service could be fantastic, while the next day it will waste much time out of your day. In the end it is alright.

The worst place to get your prescriptions. Never had a good experience. It took over THREE HOURS for ONE prescription. When I went to pick it up they were rude and snippy. They messed it up and I had to wait for a new prescription all over again. Not the first time this has happened.

I usually have issues when trying to get prescriptions filled through the VA at pharmacies but they did a really good job and had it ready for me to grab and go. I appreciated the fast service.

Norfolk NE Pharmacy has gone down so far since they took over Lloyd's Pharmacy. Customer service is not a priority, waited almost an hour after left the doctor and prescription was finally ready. It was zpack, no pills had to be counted, label created, run through insurance. Should not have taken that long. Been doing business with since opened in town, thinking of switching.

Are not open during their advertised hours. They close at 10pm but were not open at 6pm on a random Wednesday..?! Trying to call to get ahold of anyone in the store or pharmacy is a very aggravating process, mostly because they don’t answer. Very frustrating!

Diane at the pharmacy window is the most rude and unprofessional individual I have ever encountered every time I drive up to the window and she is working I just can’t get away from the window fast enough. She needs to have an in service on customer service.
