They alot of new garden stuff out..This is a great place to go especially for lawn ornaments and just fun stuff to put out on your lawn..They have a lot of Milwaukee tools and DeWalt tools.And don't forget your snacky candy stuff..They have Bing candy bars there and IF you haven't tried you haven't lived.

I been buying dewalt tools for the past 8 years and I think they have very good deals and competitive prices, the best thing is if I have a problem with a tool is always hassle free returns and exchanges

Bomgaars is an excellent business. I wasn't there to purchase anything, I was supervising a student that was helping do odd jobs and I was asked by every single employee if I could be helped or was looking for something particular. I am a colored man and I say that because of the state of things in America. At no time did I feel I was being helped for any reason other than genuinely being helped. I had a conversation with an employee named Christy and she told me anytime I come in the store and can't find something, to ask for her and she would personally help me, I couldn't ask for any better service. It was Awesome!

Plenty of employees around to stock and check, my only issue is not one even asked if I needed assistance. Cashiers were quick to greet which was appreciated. Well stocked and not too crowded.

Great shopping experience. Any tools or animal products you need, can probably be found here. Great variety of grilling items too. Their candy section is a little lacking, though.

This Chad guy is NOT manager material. Wouldn't take a return (with receipt within the allowed time period. No problem at a different bomgaars. Will not shop at the Norfolk store ever again unless they get rid of the McDonald's flunk out Chad

I dont usually like to do a bad review on a business but today was just a terrible experience for me at Bomgaars. What mostly surprised me is the fact that I was actually treated horribly and with such disrespect by the store manager. Just plain rude and humiliating. Worst customer service ever! So disappointed! Cannot say the same about the other gentleman working with him or the two guys at the cashier. They were very helpful and courteous. They even apologized for my bad experience. I truly hope they don't follow his steps to customer service and terrible leadership skills.

My husband passed away a few years ago but before that always got a veteran discount..I could just take his service connected disabled veterans card..he wasn't mobile and they were happy to give it..I still shop there because of the extra help they offer..a great variety of pet and other supplies such as squirrel peanuts..and great price and quality of birdseed..great prices on such things as a heated dog dish.. perfect for birds and other wild creatures to still get a drink during cold winters.. bought a small outdoor igloo.. really great price..they also reduce high end pet food if it got damaged..they have it on an end cap so you know where to grab some..so a long with pet supplies bought myself some old school union suit..lol..I am a chunky monkey but warm..I was rather surprised the size range..they have in stock thermo underwear up to size men's 4xl.. bought myself a top also for just around 10$.. I haven't lived on a farm for years but us city people like to stay warm..I was surprised to see bee keeping suits and supplies! Don't know a thing about it but if you are a bee keeper they probably have it.. I have raised chickens and have everything you would need.. even medication for livestock..nice looking tack.. several types of bits..many years ago...I had horses and took a look..I also go here to get garden supplies.. never had a problem..I have also asked if they could sell a ripped bag of garden fertilizer, peat moss etc and have always been told yes..some for only 1$.. I always take a look around when I go there...I would love to live in the country and have goats,cats and feed wildlife..lol.. doesn't cost to daydream!

What s great store. Nothing but the best here. Clothes, tools, paint, hardware, pet food, and snacks to grab on your way out. This is one of my favorite stores. Did I mention toys, bird food, cleaning supplies ?

That's the place to go for your all American made stuff. They don't make you wear a face mask and allow your little ones to come in the store. They also are very friendly and savvy.

I always find great deals at Bomgaars. It's so easy to shop for both gals and guys at Christmas because they have a little bit of everything for everybody. I love going through the boot department because they have all the right brands.

Bomgaars is truly a man's dream store.They have a huge selection of clothes,shoes/ boots,winter clothing.The Norfolk store has to be one of the best stores in their proximity.I will have to admit that since they've rearranged their store,I dont know where anything is,but honestly,if they don't have it,you don't need it! It really is quite a store.

Not much for being able to find help unless you walk clear up front and they know very little. You have to basically find an adult in the back somewhere. I love bomgaars just need to have someone doing customer service.

The prices were higher, however it was in stock (canning jars). The checkout person was busy watching the other checkout person instead of checkout area. I do like Bomgaars.

I had a small order. Went to check out, and only one lane was open. Three of us waited to go through the line. The customer checking out had a large order. Three employees were chatting in the lane next to us. Meanwhile the customer with the large order was taking a while. I asked one of the other employees if there was another lane to use. Talking continued. "Excuse me? Can we check out over here?" Employee roles eyes, grabs his scan gun, says nothing. Waits for us to figure out if that is a "yes" answer or not. Othere two employees continue talking. No customer interaction at all. Original cashier lady is now really busy.
