We have boarded Daisy and River 3 times at Banks Boarding. The first time they just stared at us like what is going on and please don't leave me. The second and third times they walked right into there kennel and ignored us completely. They also loved all over Sadie when she told them good bye. We feel very comfortable leaving them, knowing they are well taken care of and more interested in there friends than us.

We absolutely love Banks Boarding!!! We have been using them for 5+ years. We drive from Norfolk to board our dog here and we won't go anywhere else! The staff is awesome and the facility is very nice! Last time, we added a bath on before we picked up our dog and it was so nice to pick up a sparkly clean pup!

Great place to board. The self serve was new to me but pretty easy once I called about what exactly I needed to do. It took less than minutes to get my 3 dogs in and settled. If you haven't done a self service boarding before I suggest you call a day or two ahead and it should be pretty easy and quick from there.

This was our first time ever boarding our dogs so we were very nervous about picking the right place. I'm so glad we chose here! She was very attentive to our texts and even sent pics to us while we were on vacation. I love the fact that the dog runs have an inside and outside part accessible to them at all times. And they get out door time with the other dogs there too during the day. The drop of was extremely smooth especially since we weren't able to drop them off until 8pm. We have already booked them for our next trip 6 months away!

Never have to worry my dog ended up needing medication for a UTI right before our vacation it was no worry they were able to give him his medication! Always nice to be able to relax on vacation without any worries

This was our first time using Banks Boarding and we are very happy with how well cared for our dogs were. The kennels were clean and the dogs appeared happy and unstressed. I appreciate being able to pick up our pack after what most places would consider normal business hours!

Great Great Place!!! This was our first experience with boarding and Banks Boarding came highly recommended from a friend!! They did not disappoint. Very smooth drop off and pick up and very organized!!! Nice and clean kennels. Our pup was very happy to see us when we got home, but you could tell she was very well treated while we were gone!!!!!

Banks Boarding was great and took good care of our young lab while we were away on vacation. He was scared when we dropped him off, but they sent us pictures and texts to reassure us he was doing well and playing while we were away, which was appreciated! They were also very timely to respond to any questions we had about boarding as it was our first experience.

We thought we had reserved a spot with them but they gave it away since I didn’t fill out the paperwork immediately. I didn’t have my dogs shot record in front of me so I couldn’t finish the paperwork at that time. I filled it out the next day when I had his shot records and she tells me that they gave our spot to someone else. They then tell me that I didn’t need to fill that out on the link, which was not told to me when I initially reserved with them. This put us in a very hard position because we were leaving on vacation and had to find a whole different place to board. Very poor communication to potential clients.

We love Banks Boarding. We know our furbaby will be taken care of and have a great time while there. The cost is reasonable. We love the pictures we receive or see on Facebook of her stay. Highly recommend.

I love dropping my lab puppy Poppy off at Banks! It’s super easy drop off and pick up. It’s so fun being able to see them playing in the pool or taking them on walks, they care for all of the dogs so well. And they go above and beyond by grooming them before pick-up which makes it my go-to place to board.
