We were 6 hours from home, and either our key fob, or the ignition wasn't working to start our vehicle. I called them in the morning just looking for a new key fob, and was pleased to learn that there was a recall on the ignition, and it came with 2 new key fobs. They had us come in right away, completed the job in less than an hour, and sent us on our way. Zero cost and no wait!! I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family in the area!! A+++++ service!! Thanks again!!

I got an alignment here and they essentially did nothing. My car still pulled left like it had before the alignment and after 4,000 miles my front left tire wore off twice as much tread. The new mechanic I consulted said if they did anything at Johnny Dodge it was not done correctly and with proof from the tire too I had grounds to go after them legally. I would not recommend this shop.

So my family and I are passing through on our way to Alaska, and our Tahoe's wheel bearing decided to shred apart. These guys told us that they couldn't get us in until Thursday. I guess they saw the UHaul and figured I wasn't joking about the moving to Alaska part lol. Anyway, so they were extremely nice and got us in the shop within 10 minutes. Loved these guys. I'd recommend them to anyone. Took a couple hours, but we are back on the road! Thank you for everything guys.

My experience was so horrid that if I posted all the details, people would likely not believe it. My Jeep spent 6 months in the shop for service...YES...six months. and then then service manager returned the vehicle with the same problem. He told Jeep Customer Service that there was nothing wrong after having the vehicle for 6 months. He lied to me repeatedly about waiting for parts, test driving...service techs..I took the vehicle to another Jeep dealer, they diagnosed the problem in 10 min, and my vehicle was repaired in 3 working days.
