Small town feel and service. Great prices and good selection. They walked us out and unloaded our groceries for us. Took me a minute to realize this level of service was for real. Really fun place to shop

I LOVE this store. I came to the area from a much larger city and was worried I wouldn't be able to find a grocery store that could offer what larger communities do, but I found it at Fareway. The most plesant staff and the store is so clean and well managed. This will be my new place to shop. Fareway is exactly what I was looking for and I am so glad I found it!

Great find!! We couldn't believe the low prices and great selection of everything! We've never seen so many V8 Juices, excellent! Even a Spicy low sodium variety, fantastic for Bloody Mary's! Check out the photos....

Great store you will love the old style meat counter, unless your one of those people to lazy to go pick out your own groceries. No one is so busy they can't go shopping for good quality food and if you think you are then you get what you get!

There was the 3 of us at Fareway in Nebraska city and we all rang the little bells outside of Fareway before Christmas 🎁🎁🎁 and it was kinda nice out to that day

Joshua was such a nice kid. He helped us out to the car with our groceries and took our cart back. Only then to help a elderly lady out of her car, and to the store. Even removing her walker from her car! We need more people in retail like him. Awesome service!!

I am very impressed with the meat counter. The prices are very reasonable for top grade meat. I never have to wait. I think they employ sweet mannerly people to sit and watch when they're needed at the counter. Trent is my favorite. I think it's because I've had him help me the most. The produce area is always inviting. They have lots of fresh fruit and veggies. Five stars from me! I'll be sad when we move on in a couple of weeks.

This is quite an impressive grocery store for a small town! Super clean, stocked shelves, lots of friendly employees, and packaged to order meat counter with lots of options. They also had a good selection of gluten free items such as donuts, boxed cake and muffin mixes, and even frozen buns which are hard to find sometimes in small towns. Cashier was super friendly and bagger insisted on bringing out groceries. Wouldn’t hesitate to return here.

I love my local Fareway! The produce is excellent! The meat counter is always friendly and efficient, there is rarely any waiting. The online shopping and direct to my vehicle delivery is a blessing and makes my day much less stressful. Thank you Fareway Nebraska City!

As someone who prefers to shop locally, spending at various locations, I can say without a doubt no one can hold a candle to Fareway as far as customer service. They always have in stock what I'm in need of too. Clean, genuinely friendly, and competitive pricing. A pleasant experience every time. Doesn't get any better than that.

Love their meats. Always fresh and tasty. This is a center of the road grocery store. Faraway does a good job of knowing what customers want and markets them with that in mind. Their vegetables, to my mind, have elevated to a better than 8 years ago when I moved into the area. Faraway is typically my go to place and I go to the other stores to fill in items they don't carry.

Great hometown grocery!The staff will recognize and greet you when shopping - and are always helpful .They will not allow checkouts to an excessive wait and to exceed their ability to serve in a timely manner.

I was surprised by the Fareway Grocery store. We have driven by the store many times and from the road it doesn't look very appealing. Once inside though we found that the store was larger than expected, brightly lit and well organized. The staff was the usual assortment of kids stocking shelves and manning the registers. From the road, we wondered if the store even had wine (the reason we stopped), and while not a huge selection, we found just what we were looking for. It's quite a nice store badly in need of a face lift.

raspberries were mis-marked for the second week in a row, of course they never honor their own mistakes but to add insult to injury instead of admitting a mistake was made she lied to my face and claimed there was no sign in front of the raspberries.

I was at this store on 09/29/2020 and purchase 8 pineapple bratworst 8 beer bratworst and 8 apple bratworst we had purchased bratworst from this store about a year ago and they were awesome, so I expected the same., upon returning home to Oklahoma we grilled the beer and the pineapple brats, I'm sorry to say they were the nastiest things. They had no flavor, sad to say the apple ones were the same so bad we fed them to the dogs. I will not be getting brats there ever again.

Fast, good prices, and friendly. I made the mistake of buying salt at the register instead of picking it up in the isle. Instead of getting grumpy, they had someone go get the salt and load it for me. All smiles and no hassle.

Fantastic. I came to Nebraska city for business for a month. Couldn't ask for a better grocery store. Beats walmart for quality and the butcher shop is GREAT.
