My dogs required their rabies vaccinations and the ladies were able to schedule the visit within 1 hour. The service was outstanding. If I lived in Nebraska, this would be my new veterinarian clinic. Thank you so much.. Marina, Remi and Oskar.

Started going here with our new puppy they were great got me in fast and took our rescue doverman they were great with him and very understanding. Very gentle gave me great tips to get him to be a happy dog now. Also the vet was great with our old lab and got his toe nails cut, with out being mussel on him.

Very nice and friendly staff. I travel with work along with my dogs, I first used them as a Groomer and he did a wonderful job. Then 2 weeks later, my dog was attacked by another dog, and they took us in immediately and then saw my dog a few days later as a follow-up. Dr. Jim is very nice and explains thing to you well. I would Definitely recommend this vet clinic.

I was nervous going to a new vet but the Dr & staff are great. They really cared for our animals, you could tell it wasn't just a "job" to them. Our little one came from what was a puppy mill and was rescued. They were so gentle with him and our new 2yr old dog who was scared because he was abused before we got him. I say if your pets trust them so should you!!! I highly recommend them :)

I went here because our own Vet Clinic in Auburn is a joke. They are sooo overpriced. Arbor Valley is professional, friendly, and very affordable. The vet is amazing with animals. I have been taking my pets here for 4 years now and will not go anywhere else.

Got 2 of my doberman Pinschers puppies ears cropped their at the same time, the doctor never listened to what I said I wanted. He told me what he was going to do and Butchered the girls ears by no means do not bring your dog here to get cropped. I physically cryed for three hours after taking bandages off. No wonder they made me pay before I seen what he had done. Would never recommend this place nor would I ever go back but I already paid for after care. So Damn dissatisfied customer

Tammie has been grooming my two poodles since they were puppies. I couldn’t be more pleased with they way she trims them and how happy they are when I pick them up. I know she takes great care of them. Thanks Tammie!

I called to try to get my sick dog in for an appointment. I don't have the money til the next Friday. They said they need the money apon appointment and asked if I still wanted to request the appointment and I said, "No, since I won't have the money." The lady said, "Sorry." In a very rude way. And hung up. I've gotten all my dogs shots there and had been nice. But if you don't have money when something unexpected pops up they don't care about you. Just your money.And now they are 1. Calling me a liar. And 2 lied to me cause there was no mention on the phone of any any of the financial help places. Just a heads up.

I made an appointment for my dog based on a recommendation from a neighbor since I had just moved to the area and had not found a vet clinic yet. By far the best clinic I have dealt with!!! Staff are awesome, the doctor was amazing! I would highly HIGHLY recommend this clinic to anyone!

I don't know how they can call themselves a vet clinic! First, close to 15 years ago, our elderly dog all of a sudden became completely paralyzed and in a massive amount of pain. Of course it was a Saturday. We called arbor valley vet clinic and called their emergency line, no one answered, we tried the other clinic in town and no one answered, we had to let our dog suffer for 2 days till Gigstad could put her to sleep. Then about 5 years ago our pregnant poodle went into labor and couldn't get the babies out. It was at night. We called the emergency number, again no answer, we called his home number, no answer, so we called Plattsmouths emergency number, they picked up right away and they met us at the clinic. They said our dog would have died if we would have waited longer. Then a few months ago all of a sudden my cat couldn't walk. I was freaking out and called arbor valley, it was the morning. She said sorry Dr. Jim is out today, you can make an appointment for tomorrow? I was crying and said this is an emergency! And she just said, sorry there's nothing I can do! So I rushed her up to Plattsmouth Then today! We had an emergency with one if our dogs and again, sorry Dr. Gigstad isn't in the office today! So we again went to Plattsmouth! How can you call yourself a vet when you are never there to actually help animals!!!! Plattsmouth is more expensive but you get what you pay for, they actually care about small animals, not just live stock, and will go out if their way to help you.

Place was very good but the groomer quit and I call to make an appointment but the groomer Tammy its racist, a lot of discrimination how can people like that can work with animals and the refer me to another place because they are racist .
