Coming from Omaha this store seems to be run by nice people but the prices of basic products is well above what your average grocery store will sell at. I believe this is because of the lack of resources for things like groceries in the area, considering the closest Walmart is all the way in Gretna. Overall I give this place 3 stars because of the people working there, but as far as quality of product, price, and variety. This place is almost as good as a gas station.

Numerous good experiences here, you always get a hello walking in or a wave if they happen to be talking to a customer on the phone. Good selections for a smaller family outfit. I hear they do pretty well giving back to the community and if you don't like the pricing to help the community too, then spend more of your precious time and gas going to the other big name grocery stores miles away. Thanks Y'all! Keep up the good work!

Just needed a couple small items, I was driving from Plattsmouth to west Omaha via Louisville. Decided to go in and fully expected to pay C-store prices...was I wrong. It was the same or slightly less than a regular grocery store. And very friendly. They don't have a coffee shop or florist but I tend to go grocery shopping for...groceries! Such a pleasure and to make a great visit even better I was able to walk across the street and make a bank deposit at Pinnacle, I really felt like I accomplished something.

The local grocery store is alive and well in Louisville Nebraska. They have a local food section, and you can even pick up a precooked rotisserie chicken. It may be small, but who needs 20 linear feet of toilet paper? They have what you need. Perfect for picking up supplies for camping at the local State Parks.

The Market had such potential. It is now run by teens who are rude and unhelpful. Two Sunday mornings I went to get a large amount of groceries and though there was no one else in the store, the male teen cashier did not help me out with my groceries, or help me back in with the cart. I will no longer buy my regular groceries here and will only use it in emergencies. The owners have so many child workers, they now also resort to talking to everyone like children - including grown adults - who are older than they are! Such a disappointment. This store had potential but their heads are too big, and they opening yet another store - hours away - while they have teen workers running this one. There is another side to the owners, you can be sure.I have given them ample opportunity to make changes, but after two years, all I can say is - I miss Jeff. Their breakfast sausage used to be really good, now it's awful. It used to be something the grocery store was known for.If what you need is an emergency item, then this is the place for you. If you think you are there to build a relationship with people who will treat you and your family fairly, this is not the place for you.

The Market is my favorite store! They try to accommodate a variety of different types of diets and keep a good stock on hand. Their meat and rotisseried chicken is amazing! The people are friendly and helpful. It is so nice to shop in a small town store and find everything I need. I give them a 10 out of 10!

A small and newly refurbished market on Main St. In Louisville, NE. Carry high end groceries, organics, gluten free, fresh meats and. Plus it's .produce. We are able to find items at The Market that often aren't available at the big box stores. Love it !!! 1💟

This is a very, very, nice local hometown grocery store, good prices, limited to selection ONLY! because of its size . They took over from an older couple that retired, remodeled and brought a little upscale experience to hometown Nebraska. They are a younger couple, with kids, very cute I might add, and they are down to earth and just want to do what's best for themselves, their family, and their community, good people.Keep it family, Make it friendly, & Keep it Local!

My wife and I are staying at Platte River State Park for fun since we're from Waverly and, you know, we wanted to go far far away. Anyway, my wife was feeling kind of sick, so I went to The Market to see if I could get some Tylenol or something. I tell you what... I haven't been to a place that is as organized, with that much variety for decades. All of the shelves are stocked with the labels aligned to the front, like 1950 or something. This place is AWESOME, has everything you'd ever need, and just makes you happy going in. Next time I'm within 15 miles of Louisville, I'm going to stop and get a pencil, or some macadamias, just to repeat the experience. BTW, got the Tylenol.80)

This is a sweet little hometown grocery store with ALOT to offer! The meat and fresh produce are incredible and delicious, and there is a wide variety of products offered at this store. Cant find it? They will order it for you! Owners and staff are always accommodating and helpful and the store is clean and well stocked. Great little old school store with new school attitude!

The owner DJ is awesome. First time I went in and he was very helpful. They carry a lot of local products. He even offered to ship products to me in Beatrice if I liked them. Highly Recommend them!
