My girlfriend brought her dog to see Dr. Lubben a few days a go for a recheck. One of Dr. Lubbens staff sent my girlfriend an email stating that there would be NO COST for this recheck. Come to find out, my girlfriend had to pay the recheck fee and when she brought it to the attention of Dr. Lubben, he basically brushed her off like a piece of trash. This guy might care about animals but how he treats people is underwhelming and bad business practice. Do Better.

We really appreciate the service that Lubben Veterinary Service provides to the local community. They are really fairly priced and straight forward about treatments and services. It's also nice that Dr. Lubben is the one providing the service every time, so even after just a year of seeing him, it feels like he knows our dogs well. Medically, I feel like our dogs are well cared for.They offer nail clipping as well, but based off our experiencd, I don't think it's their focus. I think we'll stick with our usual place for that.Overall, we're happy to have LVS as our vet so close to home.

I found lost dog and they were very helpful scanning her for a microchip. Even though she didn't have one and they didn't recognize her, they were very helpful with suggestions and I found her home. Nala is now home safe with her family. Thanks Lubben Veterinary Services for your help.

Would give zero stars if I could. Scheduled a titre test (blood draw) for exporting my pet (Dr. Lubben was recommended to me). Showed up for my appointment and Dr. Lubben informed me he was going to think about a timeline of what I needed done to meet export obligations (this could of been told to me over the phone). Charged me $50 for the visit and did not draw blood. I called twice over the next 6 weeks as I never heard back from him. Was finally told to go somewhere else as he didn’t have time for me (through his receptionists as he never talked to me after the appointment). Wasted 6 weeks of my time and money. I asked for a refund for my initial visit, which I doubt I’ll get (will update if I actually do). If I am unable to get the titre test done in the next six weeks then I will not be able to export my pet before I leave. I would have had no problem with being told he didn’t have time for me when I called asking for the initial appointment. Talk about frustrating.

Great hometown vet. Very busy, but tries to be accommodating and has pretty good hours. Dr. Lubben has a wonderful bedside manner with the animals and their owners. Only drawback, is he does not send out reminders for yearly shots, so it's up to the owner to remember, otherwise, I highly recommend him.

We took in an ill pet. Unfortunately she passed with no fault of the Doctor or Clinic. The Doctor and Staff were very sympathetic of our feelings and understood our hurt. They were all so empathic, it made the whole ordeal so much easier. Thank you to Doc Lubben and Candy his tech.

I would not recommend Dr. Lubben to anyone.My first initial visit was mediocre and not too horrible, but this last meeting was astonishingly horrible!We took our sick puppy there, but two weeks later he died so I had called Dr. Lubben's office, He was out on a farm call so his son was in charge that day. His son had told me that we could bring our pup to the office and the Paws to remember would pick him up on Monday morning. I SPECIFICALLY asked if there was a charge & his son very clearly said NO, so we took our pup there because it was way closer. We had also specifically ordered a private cremation with a ceramic paw print so that our son had something to remember his dog by. Upon picking up our dogs remains today we noticed we were Charged $192 instead of the $123.50 we were told it would cost AND there was no paw print.I called Paws to remember and they stated the papers Dr Lubben had sent over were for a cremation ONLY, no paw print. They told me that only $123 was charged by them, and the rest by Dr Lubben.I called Dr. Lubben and he told me that there was in fact a charge for bringing our dog there. I told him that his son (which he told me was in charge as a fill in for him) had told me it was free. his response was "well that's just absolutely not true, my son would not tell you that without confirming with me first" but he did, so we argued for a bit. he then called me a liar and said "I'll ask my son if he said that, but I can absolutely promise you that what you're saying is not true!" and if you think he had a calm demeanor, you're wrong. I was in tears bc at this point we're yelling, and i'm offended.I am absolutely livid, heartbroken, and shocked. His demeanor was in no way professional or respectful. His assistant/front desk worker was very kind and gentle, but not Dr. Lubben. If I could give him a 0 star for professionalism, I would. and I would not recommend any friend, family, or even strangers go to him for services.

My dog Mickey seems to like Dr.Lubben. I can tell Mickey likes him by the way he acts when he's being handled. He's been Mickeys Dr. for 5 yrs now. When Mickey had surgery, they were terrific. Reasonable costs,and always willing to answer questions.

Fantastic place with great people. My dog loves her Dr and all the ladies who greet her. Dr lubben also does our horses and they stand still and let him do pretty much anything. No other vet can get them to do that. He is an animal whisper

My Pomeranian had a severe eye infection. Dr Lubben got her medicated and setup with a specialist immediately. The specialist credited his quick response for being the reason the vision was able to be restored.
