I have been going to Precious Pets for a couple of years and absolutely love them. They let the dogs roam around between grooms and always do a fantastic job of grooming my datsaund. They recently made my day by taking this sweet little picture after they groomed my dog. Highly recommend!

This is where we take our Golden doodle to get trimmed. He really seems to enjoy the employees and the other dogs. We drop him off in the morning and when we pick him up he's all trimmed up and wagging his tail. Every time I call to make an appointment I get right in. I would recommend Your Precious Pets to anyone who needs a wash or cut.

I was called while at work, I work in health care and was getting ready to see a patient meaning I did not have much time for details. I feel we have made it very clear everytime and explain what we want when she is taken in we want it as long as possible. I came to pick her up and I was shown photos of them shaving her because she was matted. All I was told was it would be shorter than normal and I said yes but we have made it clear both times we do not want her to have a poodle cut. See photo (specifically her tail) very nice people but have not been satisfied the last two times we’ve taken her in. There was no apology for the first review made about Loki, just an excuse. My sister has a doodle and my boss actually has two and they groom them the same amount we do and I’ve never seen them cut this short.I truly mean it when I say merry Christmas to you all.

I took my Mini Aussie here to get a bath, get trimmed up & a sanitary cut, and nails trimmed. Caira did a fantastic job, and it was very affordable!

To whomever reads this. This place deserves an award. A participation trophy for last place. Screwed up dog’s haircut again when we asked them to NOT do what they did the last time, it’s winter, they did it anyway. 30 degrees outside and our dog got shaved to the skin.To the owner of this establishment, you fooled me twice. Today was my first experience with Your Precious Pets and I couldn't be more happy. I called just yesterday to make the appointment. When I arrived, I was happy to see about 5 other dogs that had been dropped off to be groomed today. They weren't in kennels, but were all very well behaved, just checking out the place. My Maltese fit right in. I talked to the groomer, told her what I wanted and left. She called me a few hours later because she was going to have to trim her more than I had asked (my bad as I've not done a good job of brushing her). I showed up and my baby looked awesome! (She was also NOT in a kennel at this time either. That bothers me when some groomers kennel dogs.) Everyone I talked to, two groomers as well as the owner, were all very pleasant. I will certainly bring both my dogs here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend others to do the same. Great place!!

Gave this place a try. NEVER AGAIN. Our dogs look horrible. Their fur was cut uneven, they're nails are jagged and cut at wildly different lengths. My aussie doodle looks like she was groomed by a five year old with safety scissors. They didn't even finish the job because they decided to leave a horribly ugly tuft of hair right on top of her head so they could put on an ugly bow we were never asked about and certainly never requested. Our german shepard's coat was still wet when my fiance brought them home. And when my fiance went to pick them up, there were dogs freely running around the grooming area while work was being done with no separation or safe guards to keep them from running into the workers using shears and electric razors. Thats probably why our dogs look so bad now, I suppose we should consider ourselves lucky they weren't accidentally stabbed by a groomer. And the dogs that weren't running around the groomers were locked in the bathroom.

Our dog loves it there! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great hands-on owner. Free play with other dogs once grooming is finished. Walk in available for nail trims. Fair prices. We've been going here 6 yrs and never had any problems.

A lot going on there for sure. Minimal customer interaction, when I was there. Just getting as many through as they could I suppose. Maybe that's the name of the game in today's day and age. Not exactly sure what my expectations are of my wife's dog getting a haircut, but they differed from my thoughts.

We have been taking our Bernedoodle and Labradoodle here and they always do a fantastic job. Just took our 9 yr. old St. Bernard to them who was in need of a major grooming, was worried she may be a little timid because the last place we took her to put her in a kennel until it was her turn. I didn’t like that and neither did she. At Your Precious Pets the dogs are not kenneled up all day they enjoy getting to play with the other dogs. I think she absolutely enjoyed it, as she didn’t come sprinting out to get away when I picked her up. Not to mention, I am amazed at how well they groomed her. I don’t know how many times I’ve heard that she wouldn’t let them do whatever and show up and see is halfway groomed. They are miracle workers not a thing they couldn’t do, Truly the best anyone has ever done on her and it is hard to find groomers for large breeds. I cannot thank them enough, we love this place!

The team at Precious Pets did a wonderful grooming job on our dog. They even gave 10% off since it was his first visit! He was very over due for a grooming session, and they brought him back to his good looking self again. Also, they let me bring him in 1.5 hours early for his appointment and kept him all day while I was at work, and this was no extra charge!

I have tried Your Precious Pets several times in the past year. After three tries of the groomers ignoring whatever I had requested for grooming, I stopped using them for grooming. There are much better groomers in town who will actually listen to your directions. But the dogs were always happily socialized and well supervised when boarded, so I kept occasionally using this facility for boarding.Never again! I just picked up our two dogs and discovered that the space had been reconfigured (my partner had dropped off the dogs, so I didn't see it when dropping off), so the dogs were mostly unsupervised while running around with the other grooming/daycare dogs. And unlike on previous visits, our dogs were clearly very stressed when I arrived. They were dirty, because there was urine in several places on the floor that they had been running through (and fyi, so had the other dogs, which probably included some just-groomed ones!). And the carefully measured-out, prescription food portions we had left for the weekend had been ripped open and eaten by another dog, so we have no idea if our dogs were even fed their food, and our containers were ruined -- not a huge expense, but pretty irresponsible. We weren't refunded for the containers, and I am just hoping we don't have to deal with a medical crisis in the next few days if our dogs were fed other food (no one contacted us and they didn't tell me when I picked up the dogs, so I just have no idea what they ate).In principle, I really like the idea of supervised playtime at a grooming facility. I have used groomers elsewhere that will let the dogs run free with daycare dogs, and it was great. But without proper supervision and some basic sanitation, it's just not safe or healthy. And any dog care facility that can't protect one dog's food from another is not to be trusted with their well-being. We will no longer use this facility, and I cannot recommend it anymore.

Terrible customer service! With so many options, go elsewhere. We had been taking our two dogs to this company for years, we had always dealt with the owner, he is very nice. Usually my husband drops them off between 7-830am and we pick them up when they’re done. I had made an appt for our 6 pound shih-tzu on a Saturday, the female who scheduled us told me to plan on leaving her for 4 hours and they would call me when she was done, we scheduled the drop off for noon. On our way in (we live almost an hour away) we hit bad traffic and an accident. As we were pulling in, same female calls and informs us that we are 20 minutes late and they don’t accept any pets after 15, first we had ever heard of this. My husband explained we were pulling in and that we had incurred a large amount of traffic, she said she would not accept our pet and we would have to reschedule. So a 4 hour window wasn’t enough time to bathe and cut a 6 pound dog? A regular customer for years? Maybe let people know you have new rules, better yet find someone else to make calls to your customers. I wouldn’t want someone like her near my pet any way, very rude! We switched to Baileys deluxe pet care just down the street.

Please do not take your dog to this place. When I walked in the workers were yelling at the dogs. That should have been my first warning and I should of trusted my gut feeling. I left my pup there with them. She is a sweet dog who is large and long haired. She deserves every bit of kindness and good treatment, like your dog does. I just took my pup to the vet because she was licking her paws constantly. She had to have part of her paw shaved off and is now on antibiotics. They burnt her paw with the clippers. She had a huge blister on the bottom of her foot. That same paw was cut and super sore. I am not sure if they sliced her paw while trimming her nails. I also noticed she had cuts and scabs all over her body. I don't feel as though this was good treatment. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY PUP THERE AGAIN AND I HOPE YOU THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING YOURS.

Wren, our Labradoodle has come to this place for the last 6 months we have had him. They always do a great job of grooming him, especially around his eyes and his sanitary areas and always come home smelling great! I will continue using them as there is no reason to go anywhere else!

You don't know a good thing until its gone!! We recently moved to Ralston (omaha), and got our dog groomed here in town. Well lets just say I miss taking my dog to Precious Pets. My dog was groomed there for about 2 1/2 years and he always came back looking above and beyond what I expected & NEVER have they cut my dog on accident. I think anyone who owns a dog is worried about grooming & the expenses. Trust this review when I say that this establishment is very reasonable priced and the people there know what they're doing! I will be making trips back to Lincoln JUST FOR PRECIOUS PETS! :)

All the dogs were walking around in the building freely. The employees were screaming at the dogs to be quiet. They didn't cut my dogs hair properly because "he wouldn't hold still." What do you expect with a bunch of dogs running around?! They cut one of my dogs toenails too short but didn't tell me, I only found out after I found blood all over. They will never receive my business again.

I wish I had the experience everyone else did here. Unfortunately my little Yorkie had cuts all over her! From what I have been told she is very easy to trim so not quite sure why she was so cut up. She actually had a notch cut out of her ear!
