Went with the family, had a coupon for two bowls all u can fill. Got two bowls, after deciding what to get we got to the counter and the lady told us she can't take our coupon cause it was for May 1. So we decided to leave they would rather throw product away then to make 10 dollars. Also why supply multiple coupons in the same ad all with different dates on them? Will not return already too expensive for what it is and now I know why. Edit: Owner's response shows exactly what kind of business this is..... a poor managed one, the girls behind the counter were terrified they would loose there job because of the owner, they stated that the owner would rather throw product away then to accept a coupon. To the owner, bounce back couponing is a strategic strategy when properly used, usually within a few weeks. Separating coupons by almost two months is not strategic as most will not return with in a long time frame. If u need help with marketing I would be more than happy to help you. Also its not illegal if no product was consumed. Do your research. This owner is the reason places like this are closing daily.

Had not come in awhile. Decided on this as meal rather than dessert. Choices have expanded with cookie dough. Hard to choose among flavors to avoid overdoing it, but toppings all good together. The only glitch was a marshmallow topping bottle a bit sticky from being placed upside down...maybe put arrow on bottles? I will be back soon.

Wow!! Creamy and delicious!! So many flavors and toppings to choose from!! The ladies that were working were a delight! They were kind to help us out and for us to sample. My daughter loved it!! And also the toppings of popping bubbles!! We will be back!! Yum!

Awesome selection of flavors and toppings, with new flavors of froyo almost every other week. Very nice local establishment. COVID kinda made things not quite as fun here, but it's completely understandable and appreciated. Definitely one of my favorite places in Lincoln!

Oh man, This place is awesome. The frozen yogurt is so good and many different flavors. Then when you get to the toppings grandkids eyes pop. There is so so many. Price goes by weight. But it's a great place to go for a treat. Don't go after you eat. One of those places just cuz. The smiles tell it all.

For the most part, the frozen yogurt is pretty good. But the only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because of one of the employees. Imma spill some tea rn. Ok so, my mom and I were going to celebrate my half birthday. She said that there was so sort of coupon that would put the price as half off in total. As we are finishing up making our yogurts, we get to the register and my mom shows the coupon. Buttt, the employee said that it was “only available at another Yogurtini” he said it in a very rude way where my mom asked if he could still scan the coupon. He said no. He was very rude about it, so we left our FILLED yogurt cups at the register and drove off without any yummy frozen yogurt. I was pretty upset and surprised. Till this day we haven’t gone there.

I love how they have promotions to help with the price point from time to time! I love frozen yogurt and if it is HALF the price that's a double win! Staff are awesome and friendly. Didn't even have to ask for the sample cups she had them ready and waiting.

Usually LOVE this establishment, but their covid changes have ruined it. Making the toppings individualized makes sense I guess. The real problem is not having the disposable sample cups anymore! Paying $6 plus for froyo that sounds yummy but you end up not liking, sad face. Seriously, only the gloved employee and the patron touch them and then they are discarded in the waste can. How is that a covid concern? It's no different than touching my paper container and setting it on the scale. I can take my 3 sample cups to my personal table before removing my mask and trying them.

Great selection of frozen yogurt. Friendly staff that gave us sample cups as we entered the door. The extra topping bar was amazing. It was also very busy, nearly packed by the time we left. Yet the place was kept very clean.

I love Yogurtini and am writing this review to provide constructive feedback. During this pandemic, I was surprised that not all employees wore masks, particularly the employee at the cash register. Additionally, they are still self-service, meaning all customers are touching the dispensing handles and serving spoons. Whether employees with gloves dispense or add toppings or have employees wipe down handles and spoons after every touch, that would be better than current practice. I would highly suggest new processes be implemented for the safety of the public.

Many flavors to choose from, all sorts of varieties for topping from bobba to cookie dough, sprinkles etc. Only negative is the person who checked out my order eyeballed me the whole time and barely spoke like I wasn't welcomed or out of place.🤷🏽‍♂️ other than that it's a great place to try

The new Yogurtini is just like the old. When staff aren't serving they are cleaning. And the yogurt is delicious. It's hard to decide on a flavor.
