First & last time being in your store after living in Havelock for 6 years. I went in to grab white wood putty. I had to interrupt a conversation to get location and then after standing there trying to find it, as it’s a small selection buried between stain and caulking, Brent came over. I asked for white wood putty, he then points and circles the word natural on a container with the absolute most degrading tone. I WORK in a hardware store and do my own projects on my home. I know what I’m looking for and know how to do it. I suppose that came as a shock to Brent as I have a VAGINA. Thankfully the big box store not far had what I needed. Oh and they actually stopped their conversation to ask if I needed help.

If you're not in the northeast Lincoln / Havelock area, Wolfe Ace Hardware is worth the extra drive. If I can't find what I need at the other Ace Hardware stores within the city (which sadly has increasingly become the case), Wolfe will definitely have it. It seems that Wolfe Ace knows what the local people need, so they'll stock it, which is very nice. Very kind staff and almost old fashioned service, which I totally love (and nothing like it!) -- especially since they're locally owned. As an added bonus - to my surprise, around the holiday season, they have free treats in the back for their customers -- nice!... so Wolfe Ace is the place for your "quick run to the hardware store" needs. I go -- highly recommended!!!

This is a great hardware store. Jason and his staff are well versed in everything hardware. They have a lot of the things that the big box stores don't have. and the number one thing that they have that put some above everybody else? They know your name. And they are extremely friendly and go out of their way to serve you.

Upon entering the store to do a return, I was greeted by a employee. The employee was first hand to meet my needs as a customer. I had also inquired about a specific Dremel, although they didn't have it, the employee informed me they could order it for me. Great experience and wonderful spot just to look around in awe of the wide variety of inventory!

Great local family hardware store. It's associated with ace but it's a family run place. Reminded me of the way a local hardware store should be like. Not a huge floor plan but the staff can find you anything you can ask for in a jiffy. They also offer all of the services oc a ACE store. Keep up the good work.

This is the best hardware store around. They call you by name, they have items you couldn't fathom they would have. They are knowledgeable about all of those projects you have. When your tired of the big box store reps running from you in the their aisles. Come down to the local hardware store where you don't have to walk three miles between picking up different items.

This is the best hardware store I've ever been to. They have almost everything you could imagine. Stuff is stacked up to the ceiling, and it's probably a good idea to ask where things are, unless you're a regular.

There is just something about being able to walk in this location, be greeted by name and always have friendly caring staff to help with all my needs. Even though I’m no longer in Havelock I still drive out of the way just because here I feel at home!

Best there is. I have been frequenting this hardware store for years and the customer service is second to none. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store also has a great selection of about anything you would need.

Hands down the best hardware store in town (maybe the state) Huge inventory of the stuff you actually need, backed up with friendly, helpful knowledgeable staff. And you can usually park right in front of the store.
