I cannot begin to tell you how much I love this store and the staff! I have been going there for years and have always been impressed with the quality of their products (both birdseed and bird feeders). I have bought half a dozen bird feeders there over the years and they are all top quality and last forever. I have had only one problem with a product and they willingly went above and beyond the call of duty to compensate me and make sure I was happy.(Thank you Katie!) How often does that happen?! This is a local store that is completely dedicated to their customers and to selling the highest quality products. They are so knowledgeable about what to feed for the birds you have and the birds you want to attract. They can answer any question you have and they are always willing to chat about birds - which I love! I can’t say enough good things about Wild Bird Habitat Store!!

Absolutely love this place! Have everything and more that a bird nerd could need! ;)The staff is AMAZING! Coolest people in town.Been going here for years for my bird supplies and I can honestly say I get the best birds all year round, from Orioles and hummingbirds in the spring/summer, to dozens of cardinals and many more in the winter... I try not to hate the hawks.

Recently became customers here due to its convenient location to where I live, but I have to say no matter where we end up in Lincoln in the future we will always return here. The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable to the point where my introvert self almost wishes for the anonymity and general indifference that other garden-type stores offer ;).Not only is it satisfying to support a local business, they also offer higher quality products and good pricing for what you get. Currently I live in an apartment, but we're saving for a house and looking forward to the day that we can deck out our own yard to create a bird-friendly environment with everything that this store has to offer.

BEWARE. Their hulled sunflower seeds have pantry moth eggs/larvae in them. Set a container in my entry closet one summer 3 years ago for 2 months, and I'm STILL fighting them. I opened the container after letting it set and it was crawling with them. They've spread, and gotten in my closet and ruined hundreds of dollars of linen clothing now. When I told them at the store, they acted like I just should've known, and said I needed to keep the container outdoors. Then they offered to SELL ME TRAPS. UGH. Bought traps somewhere else and have 100% sealed everything for years, but they are still here and I'm still finding damaged clothing, antique household linens, drapes, etc ruined.

The Wild Bird Habitat Store is a fantastic place where you can find everything you need to feed and care for wildlife. Including a variety of bird foods, feeders, bird baths, baffles, poles, etc. We love the great customer service. Katie, the manager, is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. It's very refreshing to be able to walk in to a establishment and to be greeted with such friendliness and knowledge. Such a wonderful selection of feed, all kinds of feeders, and so many things in between. It's one of my favorite places to visit now. Even if it's just to refill my feed bucket!

Everyone there was so very helpful and nice!! They helped me pick out some great seed for the birds in my backyard and we discussed feeder options. I purchased some fresh looking seed and plan to make that my only stop for bird supplied!!

There is a HUGE selection of different types of seed, suet, corn, nectar, as well as feeders for a wide variety of birds, and even squirrels. I believe they have bird and butterfly houses too. There are also books, gifts, and more. The employees are very knowledgeable and are a great help if you have questions. Highly recommend to anyone who loves birds, butterflies, and squirrels!

Best place to buy quality dog foods and cool bird stuff too. I recommend the Fromm Classic with the purple and silver bag. It's what I feed my borzois.Staff is knowledgable and friendly.

I rarely write reviews, but this store is THE store in Lincoln for seed and other bird supplies. Friendly owner and staff, affordable prices, and a variety of items and seed mixes that just aren't available in other places in town. Great business.

The most knowledgeable staff in town when it comes to your pets. I get my dog food and my cat food from there and a lot of times I'll pick up a dog toy. I don't have any birds but that's okay because the selection is ginormous. They just opened up a new section and expanded.
