Nice little hardware store. Doesn't have everything because it is a small store. But generally they have what I need. And it's located in a good spot. So people don't have to drive way out of their way to go to other hardware stores. I like it and I go there often when I need a few things.

I was just in looking for some hardware (Sept 20th 2023 @ 6pm) when an older gentleman came in looking for some washers. The kid he asked for help was extremely snotty and short with him. Started opening bins up aggressively and snapping at the elderly man. I was going to ask for help but after that interaction I just turned around and walked out. I don’t think they had what I needed. I won’t be going back.

This store and I have a love hate relationship. One day they are on it, the next it's like why are they even there. I road my motorcycle to this store and started to leave when I started to leave I simply needed a jumpstart. I could not borrow a jumpstart box from these guys, and in addition they said if I bought one ,I could not use it this one time and just bring it back. So I simply returned my 150.00 worth of electrical supplies I bought, called a friend right around the corner to bring me a jump box, 5 minutes later he showed,we got my bikr started quickly and I was on my way to lowes.there I save over 50$ and got a few additional items. The last thing the Ace employee said was for me to politely move my bike for customers coming in.

We like it, used to love it because every employee they have is wonderful and friendly, but the manager isn't. He should be nicer and more patient with the customers.

I love this locally owned hardware store. Susan was truly helpful in assisting me find non-traditional tomato cages today. The manager Brent even helped track down a couple of cages that weren’t on the floor. This is why you will continue to have my business! Great customer service all around! Keep up the awesome work!

the lady at the cashier was super kind and helpful! the man helping me find some hardware was nice, he just over-explained quite a bit. he even explained what it means to strip a screw. i appreciate that he wanted to help me, i think he just underestimated how much i knew.

Unfortunately, I will no longer shop here. I loved shopping for craft ideas, painting materials, and was always greeted and assisted every time. Until today, I like to browse, then noticed I was being followed, so I waited for the sales person to ask me if I needed assistance, nope....nothing. There were only a few shoppers in the store, and she assisted them, but kept watching me. Not until I was about to walk out the door, did she ask if I found what i needed?

My first visit to this ACE, was truly a helpful place! Excellent, courteous, friendly and professional staff. My 2nd visit to this store, I would say, truly honored to feel like a valued customer. Best customer service. I was asked if I needed assistance by numerous employees even though I was just browsing. It's nice to know they are there to help. There is so much this store has to offer that I didn't realize hardware stores even carry.

The Mrs and I have been there several times since buying our house and we have yet to have a negative experience. I mean they're a small hardware store so you won't find all the big stuff like lumber that you'll find at places like Menards but if you have a unique project, they'll do their best to help you find what you need. Highly recommended.

I went in there to get a can of gas for my grill. I didn't have a mask on but I was able to purchase one while I was there. Everything was cool now I have a shiny new mask that cost me twelve bucks. JK it's not shiny it's matte.

Nice neighborhood store with very helpful staff. It's a smaller store so I often call ahead to ask if they have what I'm looking for in stock if it's not a commonly used item. However, that said, they are my go to for paint, yard, screws, etc. and have a great variety of other items.

I wish the associates would leave me alone, especially after I've told them several times I don't need assistance. When I walked in, a guy asked if I needed help finding anything. I told him 'no.' Another associate said 'he's a guy who likes to get lost.' They followed me around the store, asking probing questions and offering unsolicited advice.

I recently purchased a house and needed a couple different varieties of light bulbs for my new house and for the apartment I moved out of. I brought the burnt out versions so I could compare products. The only thing I regret about my visit today is that I didnt catch the gentleman's name. I found the light bulbs on my own and began to look around (I know nothing about light bulbs, I'm basically a dummy and that is why I brought the burnt out bulbs with me). Within seconds a young man walked up and asked if he could help me so I showed him the light bulbs. This young man was great! He looked at each light bulb and found me the equivalent for what I was looking for. The light bulb I presented for my ceiling fan at the new house is no longer being produced and he was knowledgeable enough to recognize this and provide me with information about it. I guess it had something to do with mercury.

Went here for charcoal. Had a worker pick me out a bag and be told me they were buy one get one free. So I said ok cool load them up. Come to find out he was wrong and the management lady. Came up and said sorry he was wrong and told the worker what the sign actually ment.So someone tell me, should I have got what the worker told me I was getting? Or no?I personally felt I should have. But because of it, I will just take my business someplace else where they take care of customers 100% especially if they make a mess up and own up to it.

Nice place to go shopping for whatever you may need from a hardware store. It's a smaller store, but it's still got a very good variety of stuff. The staff here are awful friendly and will help you out if you need it. Walk into this store. You can bet your bottom dollar that if an employee sees you, you will get asked if you need help with anything.

The staff is helpful; I had two different people ask if I need help when I was in the store for 10 minutes. The prices and the selection of products are great and they offer a bunch of different services too.
