Be careful here. Someone was able to use my debit card 9 minutes after I paid and checked out, and charged almost $100 on it. Thank goodness I caught it, but now I have to get a whole new one and a dispute of the charges. So just watch out!

Their ground turkey went bad 8 days before the best by date because these idiots leave their produce out before selling it. I hate it here. I hate that I have to shop here. All three of the 1 lb. containers I bought went bad over one week early. I have to go back and return things pretty much every single time I shop here. I hate the employees here. They don’t care about anything. I hate the management for not paying them enough to care. I hate that there are huge empty sections among the produce because of constant supply issues. I hate that I can’t take my child here to shop because the people are so weird and I don’t want them to have a bad influence on her. I’m furious.

Absolutely do not recommend use of pickup or delivery services. For delivery: It’s unlikely that it will be timely (or show up at all). You will also probably end up calling and requesting refunds for all of your missing items. Then you’ll be needing to go shopping anyway to get those items. Because they won’t replace them for you, or deliver them to you.As for pickup: you’re liable to receive a “delay” text message at any point. They don’t even bother to notify you before the pickup window. So you might get that “2hr delay” message as you’re sitting in the parking lot waiting for your items.These services were great at this location until a few months ago. But clearly they haven’t lost enough money quite yet for anyone at corporate to look into who is causing the issues.

I am going here to Walmart 3400 N 85th St, Lincoln, NE 68507 because I do not know where to file a complaint. There is a customer service person who is an older woman with a robust complexion, medium-sized gray hair, who on Sunday, April 31, mistreated My husband, I bought a money order for 930 dollars, he didn't bother anyone and she told him how she could help him. He was far away and he told her that he was coming with me. She told him that if he wasn't going to need something, he should move on. place they can check the cameras and he was not in the way of anyone. This is not the only time this person mistreats us and we are already fed up. We are not going to beg from anyone, much less are we going to steal. We are there two or three times a week and the treatment It should be worthy. I only put one star because it won't let me comment if I don't. We are already tired of this person being too racist towards us and the truth is I don't know where they can hear me but we are already tired of being mistreated by this lady.

One of the few Wal-Mart stores that actually still have a jewelry department with Real Diamond Jewelry! So refreshing to see. The prices were pretty great too!

I went to the Walmart Super Center on 85th St in Lincoln, Ne to see about tires for my car. I found some that I wanted to have mounted. Went through the process of getting the price for everything. I would have had to wait 2-3 hours to get them mounted so I made an appointment for the next day so I wouldn't have to wait. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment. There was a gentleman in front of me that checked in. I got checked in expecting my car to taken to the stall right away. I went in to the store for a few minutes and came back to check on the progress and my car was still in the parking area. I went back into the store for another half an hour and still my car was in the parking area. I said something to the associate and was told there was another person that had a ten o'clock appointment. So they had double booked. I told her that was the whole reason I booked an appointment so I didn't have to wait forever. She said I would have to wait forever. Well 2 hours later my car was done. So if you think because you make an appointment you will get taken care of right away you are mistaken . They shouldn't be double booking so people have to wait forever when they have an appointment.

Had a good experience this time around just couldn't get enough of the shoes and can't wait till they hit clearance these two pairs were very interesting to me lol oh and who doesnt like queen bed set on clearance? 15 bucks, yes plz!! Edit in March2022 walked in circles and I'm not Gonna lie, not all clearance is pointed out with big Yellow signs anymore... Some are just on the tags... Hidden within. The prices continue to rise but this Walmart seems to be my go to choice in Wally worlds cuz most of the staff seem to be friendly in person... Over the phone is another story but still my choice outta the four Wally worlds we Have here in town. Cleanliness of bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff, swift and easily maneuverable shopping plus stocked shelves... These are usually the main things that will keep you going in good stars from me. Update: November 2022 store has rearranged drastically, evert department is different in some way, plus the store now has a new computer system and it seems to be very touchy when scanning, it double scans stuff quite often and I have even triple scanned a few things a few times 🤦♀️

I was visiting from California and delt with a young lady named Claudia. What a sweetheart she was. She is an amazing artist! The cake I picked up definitely was gorgeous!!!! I never ever thought I would like a cake from Walmart but if this is what you guys produce then I won't be going anywhere else from now on! Thank you Claudia for a job well done on what will be a forever memory for our family.

Everyone was extremely polite and friendly. For a smaller store they have a lot of things you can't always find at other super centers. It is always clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. I enjoy going here because it usually is less packed except for the first of the month which I believe every store is busier then.

Still the best overall prices. I purchased rotisserie chicken "hot" and sometimes cold. 3 times bought the chicken there was blood in the middle. Please have the deli personal check thigh temp for doneness.

They have great food here you can shop get money orders bank and do mostly anything you need done around the house I think it's a nice place to visit

Pickup service is a joke. Cars that pulled in and checked in after me were getting their orders before me. After 30 min i called and checked to see if they were showing that my order was checked in on their end (making sure it wasn't a system error) Lady on the phone said that it was checked in and they'd get it out to me as soon as they could. Another 30 min goes by and i ask the lady who is delivering the orders to the cars (as she's walking past my truck again) what order they go in. She told me in order of check in, I tell her that about 10 cars that have pulled up after i checked in have gotten their orders and left. She said she was the only one working and then told me "i don't know, sorry" After about hour of waiting, no answers and incompetent customer service i just left. I'll be spending my money at target and hyvee from now on. Don't place orders here, they will waste your valuable time and not care about it.

Cashier named Jill decided to chastise us about items we couldn’t get. Gave us a huge lecture on consumer prices and so on. Manager on duty was Devori. Jill made us feel belittled and ashamed that we couldn’t afford a few items. Very disrespectful and I no longer am shopping at ANY Walmart ever again left a VERY bad taste in our mouths. If that is the customer service we are going to get I will take my money and business elsewhere! Unprofessional and overall very disdainful customer service! Your store, management, and clerks all need to be fired or retrained!

I would love to give this Walmart a five star. Yet when I'm in an emergency situation and Walmart's the only place that's open post covid till 11:00 p.m. after be accustomed to the 24 hours that it used to be is a shame.my experience was; Got there 7 minutes till 11:00 needed a plunger; emergency situation. The guy at the door almost didn't let me in. I squeezed in and then wouldn't let my husband in behind me. my husband had to tell him that I could purchase it without him so he finally let him in . we got what we needed with a minor delay at register. It was 2 minutes till 11 when we were exiting the door with receipt in hand. I made a comment that cracked a joke , the guy didn't even smile or anything . So i say very poor customer service!

Eliminate the online pickup call-in number; it's pointless. Waited 20 minutes after checking in with no acknowledgment. Checked in online, waited 15 more minutes, and when I called a second time 35 minutes in I got Austin, who claimed it was the first he heard of my check-in and that he had the phone the entire time. Complete incompetence by several employees causing me to waste 40 minutes with no apology. You'd think the employees that walked by my vehicle 10 times loading other vehicles would notice and say something, but nope. Absolute joke.

Items on clearance rack not honored as clearance. 2 pair of boots in clearance, one marked down, the other not. However, both same kind of boot, different sizes. They were both on the same clearance rack.

All I needed was for them to put air in my tire because my psi said I was at 19 on my right side and I was heading back home to Texas. Tell me why I had to wait 30 minutes jus for some air!? Getting help at Walmart is like pulling teeth

I prefer this Walmart over the 27th St. one as this one is better laid out and less busy. The employees are very helpful and nice Everytime we visit.I always feel very claustrophobic @ the 27th St. one, but the employees there are great. Due to it's location, it is always extremely crowded/busy.The 85th St. Walmart is my go to for everything always.

Fortunately, they seem to have most of the stuff they sell in stock. Unfortunately, they are reorganizing the floor, and things are a little bit weird for them. This is not reflect badly on them in general, just on this particular visit. I'm sure it will be better as soon as they are done.231216 update. Most of their inventory reflects the changes in the store layout, so that's good. I've heard that their foray into self checkout hasn't panned out as well as hoped, but that seems to be a common problem in retail now, so hopefully they can get all that sorted out.

Went to get tires mounted and balance off some carry in wheels. Was told any issues, or when they were finished they'll call. Never got a call went back took the dude over 20 mins to get an answer where my work order went and my tires.. The tech there even approved the tires to be mounted. I got zero call, zero nothing. All because someone said otherwise afterwards wasted 24hours of my time because someone else wanted to change there minds and not notify anyone.

Edit: needed groceries and worms and the car wasn't working so to the oh so convenient Wal-Mart I walked.It was an average trip but the pathetic green onion selection deserved an update I felt.Sadly this is typical of Wal-Mart produce. Most of the time there are some half decent ones thrown in but these were bouquets of decay and rot.I'm surprised they werent labeled mushrooms given how NOT green onion they were.---orignal:A Wal-Mart will always be a Wal-Mart. The people it attracts will do anything to get there.Any Wal-Mart will rate a maximum of 3 due to this fact.This particular Wal-Mart has been dreadfully average, and on this particular occasion it gets the honor of a one star rating for its negligence on getting carts out.while front end employees sat idle and talked, one solitary employee seemed to be tasked with providing carts for the north side of the store.This had been going on for a whipe it seemed as there weren't any baskets either.

Love this location, less busy than others and everyone is so kind. I've gone for groceries, makeup, clothes, and oil changes, and I'm never disappointed. :)
