Super Saver has always been great, with competitive affordable prices on general groceries and many items that are in high demand.My only concern as a person with food allergies is that there are hardly any alternatives to choose from at this store. 😕 It makes me sad that I would still have to make another trip elsewhere for special items, but it does allow for fairly affordable prices for larger families.I do enjoy the great deals in the produce, meat market, dairy, and bakery. Needed a new iPhone charger for the car plug in. Needless to say but will say it, the one came with the iPhone broke after just a new month and Wally World offer one around $30, and of course you can buy an extended warranty for about $3 more.No, I am not gonna buy the extended warranty!

Completely disappointed in how this tire and lube is run. I showed up at 6:30pm for an oil change and they turned me away because they close at 7. There was not a single car in the shop nor was there a single customer waiting to be serviced. The staff was just standing around talking. It takes 15-20 minutes to do a simple oil change. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me there was nothing he could do, not even an apology. Walmart what happened? You used to care about customer service. I used to love bringing my vehicles here for service.

Cleaner and more help than previously. If they would add more cashiers and ditch some of the self-checkout that would be a big improvement. I don't get paid to work while I am shopping.

The customer service here is the worst of all the Walmarts in Lincoln, I came to refund a battery that was bad and the lady in the customer service had me walk all the way to back to check the battery, then an employee from the auto department kept saying we don't have that kind of battery when I was just returning the battery not changing it, then they sent me back to the customer service in front to be told the battery's UPC was different from the one that I bought. Funny thing about all of this is it has the same sticker on it, from when I received it.

You guys really need to get your customer service game up to par this was the worst experience I've had at one of your locations seriously guys come on I understand that you guys put in self-checkouts for a reason but when somebody comes in and they need to get cash back and they explain that to you don't sit there and argue with the customer somebody who works in customer service the customers are the ones that pay your bills it's none of your business why we want to go to a kiosk where we can get cash back Don't argue with us it's our money just shut up and let us do what we want or here's an idea instead of having your customer service representatives that suck stand there and police your customers why don't you put them at registers crazy thought

Beware All Truck Drivers!!!! Worst worst worst experience ever!!!!!! There is no way around the back from the front so if you have to go shopping you can’t get back to the truck!!! The back has very little room to maneuver and the place had a million and one shoppers!!! I literally walked around both side of the building just to find out there is no way to the back of the building! It is the hottest summer on record!! SMH!! Who ever designed this buildings layout!!!

Went in early before work, 7:00, they've already been open for an hour, but what they don't tell you is the makeup area isn't open until 8:00 when the "cashier" gets there for it. Even though there was about 20 employees standing around that could have easily let me grab the 2 things I needed in there, especially when you don't even check out there anyways, the person standing there just has you take it to normal check outs, so extremely inconvenient for no point what's so ever!Also, they don't seem to restock their shelves, I bought some wetones a week ago and they still hadn't restocked them, even though there was plenty on the top storage area, all they had to do was bring them down. Very poor service!

After a 6 hour drive I finally got to Lincoln, had to buy scrubs for my contract that started the next morning and the attendant refused to let me try them on. I should have just bought them and tried them on in the bathroom and returned them if they didn’t fit but I was exhausted and went to my hotel instead.Woke up this morning and the medium is massive and now I have no way to get there to return them. Great way to treat people traveling to your community to try and deliver healthcare. Sad.

I was trying to get a money order for rent. When I walked up to Michelle and informed her I needed a money order she pushed one button on her screen and than stood there! Didn’t explain to me what she needed from me nor explained why she was just standing there staring at the cashier next to her. Than I ask her if she wants the money now and she rudely tells me “it’s 975”.. so I hand her the money because it has to be recounted by her anyways and she tells me she’s refusing me service because she has to count the money? Sorry I’m a bartender and all I get is cash it’s not my fault.. so she proceeds to call a manager over to do her job for her. The fact that she refused me service because she didn’t want to count the money is ridiculous and I hope next month I don’t have the same problem. Michelle should not be working in customer service. No heart at all.

I've learned from Youtube that Walmart has spend thousands on cameras and modern technology for their loss prevention teams to monitor shoplifters. So why does north walmart still have half a dozen non-busy associates just hovering around self checkout stations pretending not to see if I'm stealing or not?! Ironically when I actually do need them to remove an item or resolve an issue, there's no one to be found. It's insulting and has been going on for several years. Stop watching ME cuz I pay for my stuff with my hard earned money from the career I've held for many years. I'm not a thief or a leech on society, however the person checking out next to me, who looks like you, is robbing you blind.

It was very crowded and we had to check our own groceries out. I have no problem doing this but it's really inconvenient when you have a whole cart full of groceries and all of the the checkout lanes are full.

Waited over 30 minutes for them to bring out my order once it was ready for pick up. Items were missing, of course no obe at the store could help. Called customer care and was lied to several times on two occasions about the order and it being fixed. Staff are dumber than a box of useless rocks.

Went to get my oil changed this morning. The auto center people messed up my hood and it wouldn’t latch afterwards. They wouldn’t even help me figure out a way to secure it so I could take it to a real auto center. Real great “mechanics” over there.

Bought 2 broken straight talk phones from this location and the store refused to refund one of the phones because I no longer had the box. I spent a full week working with straight talk technical support for them too tell me return it to the third party vendor.They sold be a broke phone the refuse to reimburse me. That is theft in my eyes. I did not shop here often but now I will never shop at Walmart again. Worst store experience I have ever had. Walmart does not care for any of its customers and will screw you any chance they can.

It's a WalMart, if you can't find it ask. If they say the item was pulled like iTunes gift cards cuz of bad numbers!? Don't buy any other gift card, even Vanilla Visa Gift cards because you are screwed for at least 2 weeks seeking a refund & then 3-5 weeks for the check to be sent if you're lucky. Not to mention being on hold on customer service for at least 44 minutes to get a human that has such a heavy accent you can't understand them. I thought I was in America!!

Had a set of tires put on, tech scratched my rims and the frame of my car sits an inch above the tire because they also busted my suspension. Cost me $500 to fix what they broke. Walmart offered me a $40 refund, smh.

They special ordered an OTC for me and called me as soon as it came in, less than 20 hours later.But they don't have any bubble Anything until March. Like people need bubbles year round. Have you ever seen a bubble freeze? It shattered like glass when it pops.

Horrible store! Called 15 times to try to get my pick up and then had my wife check in online still-sat there for another 15 minutes. Finally asked one of the people if I could just go get my own stuff and she was at least nice enough to put mine in the top of the list. But as I called those 15 times I saw the employees, pull his phone out, look at it and put it back in his pocket if I could’ve gave this a half star, I would’ve. Maybe a quarter star. I’ll never use this store for online shopping again.

Not my fav Walmart on 27th st. I live close by but I will travel to the one on 80th street and usually do my shopping. I've watched certain employees argue with customers. A few times they've had to pull employee off the register and put in a room to calm them down. The store is always in shambles. Trying to find what you need there is complicated. When u ask for help finding an item most of the employees don't understand and communication can be a little rough on both of us. . I can say they try to be very helpful and always have a smile on their face. Now I just have to search for awhile on my own till I find something its easier that way. I personally think the store is super busy and the employees are overwhelmed a bit not sure but the bathroom are always cleaned and that's nice. Just a store that is mostly in shambles most of the time.

Got there at 4pm. Needed a valve stem replaced on my wheel. All the bay doors were open…lady stated they didn’t have any techs to do it but in fact all the techs were standing over at the used tire cafe outside. Worthless Walmart strikes once again.
