Joslene did a wonder job at customer service. I asked her if she knew where something was then looked it up for me. Not only that she went out of her way to show me where it was and if I needed anything else. She was very happy to help and made sure to make me feel like I was being taken care of. Thank you.

Very clean store!! I needed help finding curtains and the nice gentleman that I asked stopped what he was doing to show me, which was clear across the store where we were at. I greatly appreciated his help and kindness! The orange boneless wings were pretty tasty since I havent had them for awhile!! Great store!

Great store, but I wish the grocery pickup would be faster and would take more than one order out. Or put the pickup lanes closer to the doorThe female blonde greeter in the mornings is the sweetest person ever, she deserves a raise! (Not a friend or anything she’s just always very nice to me)

Customer service manager was very unhelpful and obviously did not care about customer service. Not sure why she is managing that specific area. I chalked it up to her having a bad day, then I read other one star reviews about CS at this store. Seems to be a pattern. I would recommend trying a different store if you need help.

Worst Walmart experience ever. I wanted to to buy a cologne so I kindly ask the lady if she could open the booth so she says give me a sec and walks away after 5 mins she comes back saying someone will be with you shortly. Funny thing no one came. I was standing there for 30 minutes so I go to another worker for help so then he says he’ll find the keys then after another 20 mins later he comes back saying we don’t have the keys as if the magically disappeared but what irritates me the most is him saying to me unfortunately “you” don’t have access to this booth. It seems they hated me for some reason like WOW. May it’s because I was Hispanic or something. It’s a sad world we live in. I’m never coming to this Walmart ever again.

This is a fairly typical Walmart. It is a little bit smaller than other super Walmart's so be aware of that. There are some items they may not have.It is also not open 24hrs. It closes at 11 pm.Other than that, it meets expectations. 🙂

I love Walmart, I go 2-3 times a week. I get my medications at the Walmart pharmacy. Very effective and courteous pharmacy technicians and pharmacists...and I like the people that work there.

I was denied a return for a car battery that does not work. The associate says the battery still works, my mechanic disagrees. I paid $86 for poor customer service and and ugly paperweight.

This Is my most favorite Walmart in Lincoln it just makes more sense to me and the staff is incredible props to this store for sure. I just believe it's under staffed for this time of the year.

Not very friendly workers. Had to search for help. Then when found disappeared claiming to help someone else. I also find it rude to have my bags searched as though I’m a thief. Walmarts think they can do what they want because they are a big corporation. Sad they are not what they used to be.

Leaving the store and the lady asked me to check the stuff at the bottom of my cart to make sure I paid for it after being stared out in the self check out to make sure I scanned everything. I just say no thank you politely and the lady get very angry and says “It takes 2 seconds!” and then “I’m gonna have to do 2 minutes of paperwork.” Yelling at your customers is not a good way to keep people coming.EDIT:I put in a pickup order from 9:00-10:00 and arrive at 9:40 to pick it up. I sit in my car for 30 minutes and I have to go in and ask employees to help me because all of the staff must have just decided to leave early. Or they just left because they didn’t want to deal with it near the end of their shift. Either way, disappointed

Waited in line for so long to check out it was completely ridiculous. Lines wrapped out and around all the checkouts. The line for self checkout was stretched halfway back to electronics. Good prices and selections but I'll do my best to not have to return to this store anytime soon.

This location has upgraded all checkouts to self checkout. I do not think you could get any help if you tried. Also noticed there is a huge difference in clearance isles. This store does not price things to liquidate and the isle remains full as shown in the pictures. Same items there as were there last week. And Hot Wheels restocked less often.

We would like to commend Caleb for his awesome service. My aunt and I were in the store and we were grocery shopping and out of every employee that walked by us not one person besides Caleb asked us how we were doing and if there was anything he could help us find immediately when we walked by him. And he was actually working and had his hands full. That's absolutely exceptional service and we felt he went above and beyond. And felt that was very helpful and nice of him. Thanks Caleb! 😀

Trying to understand what the managers duties are if they refuse to exchange an item until "customer service" is open. How does that task not fall under the mangers responsibility in their position. To deal with customer service when there is no other people there. Pathetic work ethics all around. negative rating.

There was a big mixup with my delivery today, I didn’t get mad but I did call cause I got someone else’s order, Dylan took time out of his day to bring me my order and correct a few other orders that were messed up!! He went above and beyond and I am so grateful to him and how awesome he handled the situation!!! Keep up the good work Dylan your a rockstar!!!!

This was my first time at this location. The employees were very helpful when I needed assistance finding something. The store was very clean and the isles were not blocked with pallets or boxes. I do not mind self checkouts, but do not appreciate having to have my receipt checked after checking myself out. Other than that, it was overall a good experience.

Whenever I’m here the staff are rude and standing around chatting. If I ask for help they seem annoyed that I’m interrupting them. Five of these employees are worth one hard working one. Everything is cheap here though and that’s nice.

I like ordering online. They do a great job filling the orders correctly. I sometimes have trouble with the final step of telling them my stall number. They say I didn’t check in when I actually did. Don’t understand that deal, but it could be my phone I guess.

Generally the store is clean and friendly. As I was leaving the checkout, I noted the locked cigarette case at 7:40 pm on 7/19/23. Finally, the greeter got the attention of the keyholder who said she'd be right there. After standing 5 minutes on my bad leg, I just had to walk away due to pain without purchase. The design of your tobacco center is a hot mess. Nobody can help you promptly and then you have to re-enter the checkout. Very bad.

I would like to write a review about the customer service woman. My friend told me about what happened to her multiple times with this woman. This has been my experience as well, as well as many others I know. As soon as you walk up to her, and greet her with a smile, she barely acknowledges you with a frown. She is in customer service where she is paid to be friendly to guests. She is very rude and blunt. When asked a question about a return she simply will tell you no, and then when you request a manager, the manager will arrive and be friendly and proceed with the request. The customer service woman is unlikeable, and is far too over paid to be having a lifeless snide attitude. Until she is handled,I and the rest of my wealthy friends will not be returning, or at least retraining her, or giving her a better job that suits her unpleasant demeanor. This Walmart has been going downhill anyhow due to the self checkout only mess, and obvious theft due to lock ups.
