Had a very pleasant shopping experience. Found what I was looking for. Did some browsing & then checked out. The store was very clean & organized. The best part of shopping was there were no kids screaming, hollering, & running through the isles knocking merchandize onto the floor like the Wal-mart on north 27th street. I refuse to shop @ the Wal-mart on N 27thh street for it's SO noisy with children screaming, hollering, & crying, knocking merchandise off the shelves because guardians are to lazy to make their children behave. There's a BIG difference between the Wal-marts in Lincoln & North 27th street Wal-mart definitely is the worst one to shop at! ! ❤😊❤

Checking out lanes were shut down long lines. Bad enough you have to self check out, but then close down the lanes? If you don't have enough ppl to watch check out managers pitch in !

Attention Fellow Truckers and Drivers of America! Delivered a load here today. There were 2 docks and a couple of different entrances. The staff was quick though which was nice considering it was after hours.

The wait time for pickup is outrageous. I do the pickup to save time but not at this Walmart. You be better off getting it yourself. Speed it up people!!!!

The manager, "Gabby" I believe is what she said her name is, was very rude to both me and her employees. She verbally abused her employees at customer service and at the registers. Many of which were teenagers. She waddled around the store watching me after I called her out on her treatment of her employees. Walmart needs to start having higher standards for their managers that they hire. This woman should be fired, it's no surprise there is super high turnover at this store.

Tony in online/pickup orders and Jason in customer service are why this Walmart is still flourishing. Please give these guys a raise. They went above and beyond for me when the Walmart app was on the fritz. Beyond impressed and EXTREMELY appreciative. Make sure they stay employed there. Give the guys a raise or something. They exceded my expectations for a Walmart store. If either of you see this post, Thank you again!

Tayven, Yousif, Mustafa and Brady10 ⭐️ ‘sThese fine young men saw me struggling to get it out of a parking stall due to the snow while they were all helping get carts in for the night so one of them grabbed a shovel to help get me out.Then they all got in front of my vehicle and pushed me out. I think I would’ve sat there all night otherwise.😆🤦‍♀️ as my husband was watching the Husker basketball game 😆Thank you so much guys!

Walmart has very low quality clothes, and vegetables are dirty.Be careful what you buy. I do not shop there at all. I support the local markets like Leon's 👍 grocery store.

Bought tires here and within a month there was a bubble on the side wall. I told customer service what happened and they buckled down saying they were not at fault for manufacturer defects, along with a very rude staff member. Not a great experience.

WARNING: HEALTH HAZARD!!!!!!! This Walmart rarely has cashiers and when they do it’s the oldest slowest people they’ve got working for them. On 2/3/22 at 2:30pm an elderly cashier was LICKING HIS FINGERS AND TOUCHING EVERY BAG!!!!! I even have it on VIDEO! We had to ask him to stop. That’s disgusting especially during a pandemic. We told the management at customer service about our complaints and they didn’t seem to care. They also admitted that Walmart was forcing people to use the self checkout by not providing enough cashiers and putting the old slow people as cashiers. This is disgusting. I feel that it’s elder abuse as well as customer abuse.

Very clean parking lot. Very clean store, especially for a Walmart.I went in without a mask, they did not ask me if I wanted to wear a mask or demand that I should wear a mask.I wandered the store. I was literally the only person without a mask but no one looked at me with disdain or concern.

Only went in for a couple of items. I am thankful that the aisles were well marked because that saved time. There's self check out available, but I prefer a person to interact with during check out....thanks Becky!

Terrible service, filthy bathrooms (think 1960 truck stop), shelves not stocked. Par for the course it seems for Wal-Mart since the father died...sad. Pics speak for themselves really.

Had great service in electronics from Brandon, who helped us pick out the right phone, then activated it for us. Really appreciated his time and patience, as our old phone had completely died. Everyone we met there was very friendly and helpful.

End my appointment when It wasn't didn't finish. They told me they other customers there like 2 other customers at the moment (I said so you throwing for the day.) (Them you can comeback next week. ) I would have understand if there busy but there barely people there. Blonde lady works thereshe made a comment made me more upset then ever long story. As far as walmarts go, it is above average, and being in the nicer part of town has something to do with this. The customer base here seems to actually give a damn so they leave the store in nice condition instead of wrecking it for the meme. The overall store staff is always helpful and friendly, and the optical department is surprisingly very good and is better than the optometrist I used to go to. So nice job, optical staff. Often the place is packed during peak hours, yet there are hardly any line which is my freaking favorite part.

Do not buy tires from Walmart! I bought my tires from there with the road hazard. I had a tire leaking called to get it fixed and was told they can't make appointments to fix tires, but I could wait 3 hours if I wanted it fixed! Great customer service Walmart! I will never buy tires here again!
