I would give this Walgreens a 0 if I could!!! I have been using this location since it opened over 20 years ago. I’m done with their incompetence. I went to pick up a prescription for my wife. They wanted to see an id. It had been expired for two days. I renewed it online but the new one hasn’t arrived in the mail yet. So they refused to give me her prescription. She was home in bed. They were only looking at through the window. They didn’t have to scan it in. If you like Walgreens so be it but don’t help this location stay open.

The manager, Missy, and her team were so helpful when i called the store with an issue from an online purchase awhile back --- she went out of her way to give great customer service by being attentive to all my questions and concerns, as well as speedy with a resolution and had excelllent follow-through to make sure my experience was positive! This location is sure lucky to have her!

Photo was horrible…stood there for 10 min after I got an email saying my cards were ready. “We’re guessing it started to process but our printer is down now so you’ll need to send it to another location”

I’ve used Walgreens all my life THIS LOCATION is the worst. Lazy, doesn’t answer phone calls, not personable. Will definitely be changing pharmacies, after using Walgreens for 20 years.

My wife, & I have been going to this Walgreens for approximately half a dozen years. We used to go to the one on 71st street, but switched to this location at first primarily due to convenience, but soon discovered it was as good as the other location, & so we made it our new Walgreen base location to do business at. They have a good card section for sending to friends & family, a helpful photo department, & you can get passport photo's done there. My wife, & I have had numerous prescriptions filled there, & never had any major issues, & more often then not get it right. Other pharmacies, including a few other Walgreen locations leave a little bit to be desired. For us getting a proper prescription right is important, as not could have drastic consequences & we always appreciate when it's done right. Overall this location has had a few up's & down's usually due to temporary short periods of time when good help is in short supply, but when the right people are in place in good numbers to place does well. We're happy with it, & we'll likely continue to patronize it for years to come.

Printing out posters at the photo center that were supposed to be ready at 4. When I got there at 6, the cashier had no idea how to print posters and when he asked his manager to help, the manager made a huge deal about how awful it is to print posters and told us to wait until it’s ready while we were standing there with no communication. When I asked how long it would be, he rolled his eyes and said “10. 15. 20. 30. I don’t know.” Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

I would’ve used to give them 5 stars because they actually used to be good, but this rating I’m giving now is applied to ALL Walgreens, not just this one. but here’s a little background before I go into this, I am on Vyvanse (and for a little insight for those who don’t know, that’s a medication that I can’t just stop taking). While this is far from the first time I’ve ran into problems getting this particular medication through Walgreens, this recent one is absolutely aggravating. The prescribing doctor put in for an early fill override because I was going to be going on vacation and would run out while I was gone. That was never run through and I had to find that out that via the app because I never heard from Walgreens itself, so I wasn’t able to fill it before my vacation, then I get back to find out that they “put it back” and that the medication is now on back order. I was told this very coldly by the pharmacy tech who just said “and that applies to all Walgreens since we all share a warehouse”. You’d think that maybe one of the others might have some in stock in the pharmacy still, but that wasn’t an option for her to look. You’d think that it would be important for people to get notified when a situation like this happens, but no, you won’t ever hear from them when this happens. Luckily my friend is on Vyvanse and have a bit left over from the previous dosage they were on (albeit it’s a lower dosage) so I have some to get me by until I can get the prescription filled AT A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. Needless to say, I am beyond fed up with this happening to me and will be using a different pharmacy from here on out

Wish I could give less stars to the pharmacy, they do not even deserve one. They were openly rude about the customers in front of the customers. Lied about the medicine they had on hand in an attempt to not do their job (and leave my baby sick)It's crazy that all of these negative reviews are about the pharmacy and yet it seems that nothing is being done.That speaks to the management staff and whoever is running that place that they completely ignore the customer feedback about an openly rude and dangerous staff.

As another person recently posted (and I regret not seeing previously), the pharmacy staff is reason enough for me to avoid this location permanently.When I made my COVID booster appointment I had apparently missed the final "BOOK APPOINTMENT" button. So I showed up, no appointment. Completely on me. When I asked about rebooking, it was as if I was asking for a key to the location's lockbox. I was answered with "we don't like to do walk-ins." Which I understand. But instead of being helpful and simply booking me a time in the system for later, you're treating customers with disinterest bordering on contempt. I walked ten feet away and rebooked at a different Walgreens.I understand the challenges in the pharmacy industry today. It's very challenging and there's a ton of burnout. But if you're going to act as if doing basic things like helping to book a vaccine (not even at the moment, but later when it works for the employees) is putting you or your staff out, something is very wrong.This review will likely mean very little to Walgreens, but my hope is that others simply find a better pharmacy with people who treat basic elements like customer service as a fundamental rather than an annoyance.

I would give less if I could. It’s amazing how incompetent Walgreens can be. Go AI I'm certain the an automated machine can do a better job!!! They text a medication is ready you stand in line for ever and then say it’s not ready.

5 people working in the pharmacy but only one is helping customers. The cashier just told the customer in front of me she couldn't help her and would some day likely be replaced by a robot.

I do NOT recommend this drive-thru pharmacy at all. The last 4 times I've been there I've had to wait almost 15-25 minutes. Today, I waited for almost 15 minutes in the drive-thru...only for them to tell me it's not ready. Even though I called hours before and they said it would be ready. I was given a choice. Either go back around (which by this time there was 9 cars waiting) or go inside and wait. I went inside and waited 10 more minutes. My suggestion to this Walgreens is to get more people on drive thru! You had at least 6 people in the back. Some people do not want to go inside.

Total chaos and disorganization with my couple of very simple prescriptions. I’m on day 5 now of missing my meds because of their complete dysfunction. Every other pharmacy I’ve used is wonderful through Walgreens—this one is awful. I’ve never written a one star review for anything before, but I cannot warn you enough to get your prescriptions at a different location. They are unapologetic, unhelpful, and have created way more headaches and stress than I need in my life.

Don't use this Walgreens on 27th and Pine Lake ! Not only do theyh not know what they are doing but they don't understand how to receive several doctor pre authorization on certain meds and fill them! My doctor had to fax over a pre authorization several times for 3 medications and it took 2 weeks just to get 2 of them ( never received the 3rd one) ! Not only that but suddenly you have a prescription closed on you!! Also they gave my 6 year old grandchild someone elses medication! This place is not origanized and they are not helpful or professional.

I came here on last minute notice very close to closing time because my normal pharmacy location closed early. Mason was very friendly and made the changes quickly to fill my prescription at this location. Highly recommend this location and kudos to Mason, he is phenomenal.

We used to really like this pharmacy, but the last few times I have been misinformed and made to wait repeatedly. When I went to pick up my sons rx yesterday (and it wasn't ready) I specifically asked to be informed by a phone call if they were unable to fill it. I went back 3 times today, each time being told it would be a little longer and given a different reason. I still don't have his rx. We will be taking all future business elsewhere.

Won’t be back. They don’t enforce the mask mandate. While in the store today another customer was in the store not wearing a mask. I asked a staff member why they don’t enforce the mask mandate. I was told they aren’t allowed to say anything. There are signs when you go in stating masks are required for entry and I heard announcements on the in store P.A. system several times during the short time I was there. A pharmacy of all places, not enforcing the mask mandate. I don’t even know what to say.

Worst pharmacy ever. We can get a certain drug at another pharmacy in the same town the same day. They said they needed 24 hours. Not good for a cancer patient that lives out of town. If I could give a "0" I would.

Because of the overcharging of meds I will not shop in Walgreens anymore. I am spreading the word! My heart doctor even said to pull my RX from you. $56 a month for BP med. get 3 months elsewhere for $24. Walgreens is a rip off.

The manager was awesome She listened to my problem and helped me problem solve. Very good customer service. Glad we have a good manager right close to my house as l always pop in and out of Walgreens on 27th and PinelakeThanks for being down to earth!!!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy. I have never waited LESS THAN 20 minutes for prescriptions that I have given hours for them to fill. When you complain they blame the doctors office which is just not the case. I have even had to wait on refills that we called or ordered online. They have take no responsibility. I am glad there are other options.

By far the worst pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. They never have you rx ready on time and they are rude on the phone after you are on put on hold for at least 30 minutes every time. They should all be fired.

I have always had to wait too long here. The wait times are intense. I’ve been waiting for 35 minutes in the drive through so far. I still have 2 cars in front of me. I need this prescription and it is unprofessional to make people wait like this long.

This is by far the worst pharmacy ever. Can't remember what they tell you from one day to the next or even within 10 minutes. Never have all your prescriptions ready at the same time and received more partial fills than willing to deal with anymore.

I've been going here for a while and the other day they had messed up my medication. It was bad and I wasn't happy about it but they gave great customer service and fixed the issue. Mess up's happen and they did a great job at fixing the situation.

Do NOT use this pharmacy. We had a persciption filled for our 1yo and they did not give us the correct amount. After refusing to admit that they made a mistake or the manufacturer made a mistake, they then blamed us for not giving the proper dose and we now have to pay for a second persciption. I refuse to shop anywhere that thinks it's ok to call a customer stupid. We followed the instructions as printed on the bottle.

Incompetent - said they mailed a Rx out the Wednesday 11/27/19 before Thanksgiving - had to pay $12 per pill to get thru the holiday weekend and ended up not getting it until December 1. Horrible service every single time -- do not use this pharmacy.
