Today when I called 10:40 I gave the prescription number and the person on the phone Krista kept on telling me the phone was cutting out but then started raising her voice at me for the phone cutting which wasn’t my problem and when I asked for a different person to help she said that she was the only person that will be on the phone. When I asked for supervisor then I actually finally got help. This also happened to me with the same person at the drive through very disrespectful and unprofessional .

Waited for over 15 mins and multiple call buttons as I was being honked at by other cars to be told the script they emailed me was ready, it wasn't. Completely ignoring the man in the other lane, they needed another 20 minutes. After waiting ANOTHER 20 minutes the Geico Caveman turned the lights off, put signs in the window and told me I'd have to go in. Unprofessional, rude, and bonus deduductions for incompetence since apparently the idea of duel insurances was inconceivable and only ran it through 1 of my 2.Transferring all mine out as soon as possible. Hyvee is cheaper anyways.

Just called the pharmacy to put in a few refills and the girl on the phone, Krista I believe, was EXTREMELY RUDE. My mother who is an immigrant called to refill her prescriptions. She has an accent but is still a fluent english speaker. She asked Krista if she could refill all (3 total )of the prescriptions under a specific doctor. She got all of them together and is running low now. Krista refused to refill them without identification codes from the bottle. She said she did not "feel comfortable" refilling 3 prescriptions aimed for anxiety and stress and depression and told my mom she was not going to refill anything for her unless she had the names and number codes. She was very rude to my mother over the phone and made it seem like my mother was stupid for asking for a refill of medication she needed. I found her response and tone to my mother uphauling and had to interject on the phone call. I informed her we have never had a problem refilling all of our prescriptions at once and she told me that was not a thing and went to go consolidate with her superiors... someone else came back and was extremely helpful and did exactly as we asked the first time with no hesitation. Krista lied and I know this because they always do it for us. She clearly just did not want to do it for my mother based on her accent. Her demeanor changed when I, an American native took over and questioned her for her attitude towards my mom and the refill process. She got real quiet and passed the phone to someone who did just as we asked initially. Ma'am you were on speaker and I heard how you spoke to my mother before I stepped in and it was absolutely disgusting. We've used this pharmacy for over 13 years and have never had an issue until Krista today. Extremely disappointed.

The pharmacy personnel are very rude and incompetent. When calling to troubleshoot the continous delay on my medication i was requesting they call my doctor office as the medication had been renewed and cleared on my patient portal the supervisor hung up on me

The pharmacy technicians are extremely apathetic and incompetent. They can’t even process a savings card for prescriptions, and won’t even admit when they’re over their head. The lines are always long whether it’s inside or the drive thru.

Horrible experience today. Staff does not pay attention to detail or act like they know what is going on. More training needs to be had for the pharmacy staff. Will never fill here again.

I have been on a medication for 20 years that you cannot just go off of, otherwise you will have seizures. Suddenly one month, they said it was delayed because it was out of stock. I asked when they would get it in, and they were not concerned about me running out, like it was just my tough luck and no big deal. They were out of stock with 3 of my medications. Poor planning ahead of what they needed for inventory.

pharmacy is way too slow and understaffed. If you have a vaccination appointment you still wait through the normal line to check in. you then wait through another line to get the vaccine. it takes them 15 minutes to service one customer.

The worst Healthcare system in the world even 3rd world countries have better healthcare.Staff have a lot attitude not enough medicine every time medicine is short you can’t get fist attempt you have to go again and again.your sickness will give you less pain but they will give you more so better don’t go to doctor if you sick just stay at home because you are in United States in 5 month I visited doctor 3 times very bad experience.As my experience to live in different countries this system is the worst and expensive

My aunt is not well and couldn’t pick up her medicine, my brother was out of town, so he called them and asked if I could pick it up.They said they would hold two more days before they put it back.I drove an hour and a half to pick it up and the girl at the window was real snarky and told me there were no prescriptions for her.I told her my brother had spoken to them this morning and I read the text message that Walgreens had sent to him.Then she admitted there was a prescription but they had put it back… after they agreed to leave it for two days.When I went to pick it up later after & sat in line for a second time, I was told according to the guy at the window it was never put back.So I think you have a “mean girl” pharmacist who just likes to bother people and make their life difficult.August 2023 - I was waiting in the drive-through patiently pulled up behind the car closest to the window, it was before 10 o’clock.That car pulled off and when I pulled up all the signs were covering the windows.I sat there for a minute waiting and they yelled at me that they were closed.When I look down at my phone it was just turning 10 o’clock.I guess it’s OK for me to sit and wait for no reason.Their customer service is marginal at best.

Horrific customer service. Arrived 3 hours after a Rx was called in and waited 40 min only to be told it wasn’t ready. Came back 2 hours later, waited another 60 min and was told it wasn’t ready. I would have expected at least an apology at that point, but the employee working was incredibly rude. My family member was very sick and we ended up without the Rx she really needed. I don’t understand what is going on? But I have encouraged her to change pharmacies to a local owned business who may care about her more. Dismal customer service. Employees must be overworked and overwhelmed to be this rude and uncaring.

My son has been using this pharmacy for over a year! Every month he has some kind of trouble getting his meds. They are constantly wanting the doctor or insurance to call. My son has the authorization code and all the info needed. Why do they make getting meds so difficult!!! Terrible service.

People in the drive thru whose prescriptions aren't already called in and ready, should be told to come back when they are. My scripts are always ready and takes 2 minutes. People who have it together should have their own lane-sick of it

Absolutely the worse people ever that work here, they are not only extremely rude but are extremely judgmental and could careless about their customers!! they will do what ever THEY want rather than listen to their customers. You are better off going to CVS to fill any RX!!! this trip should have been as simple as 1 + 1 = 2!!! but nope waited over 2 hours just to be told i had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be filled, than when i asked for my RX paper back they gave me even a harder time than says well i can fill it right now than for you!! ahhaha yeah im good!!

I deal with Walgreens pharmacy 14& superior for the last year. And glad I went to a different pharmacy. I am a retired nurse. They have screw up my meds so many time. Example I had an order for Nitro with 1 refilled. They filled it 3 different time. Because I didn’t look in my sack to see what they filled I ended up with 3 refills I probably will never use. Wal mart let them know the first of January I switch over to them. Walgreens continue to fill prescriptions that I did not call in. I called them today that I switch and I know they know that because they told Wal mart they just fill that prescription when they did not. I loss all trust in Walgreen 13& superior

Love the photo department! I have made many personalized gifts through the store and online departments.Had a recent issue with UPS shipping my product, and Misty, as well as her staff, went above and beyond to help me investigate the issue.Misty was very friendly and hands-on in solving my problem, and allowed me to get my anniversary present for my wife on time!Wonderful experience with great customer service!

If I could give negative review I would. I have had issues with this pharmacy every month for a year. They either somehow don’t receive the script sent from the Dr. (sometimes 3 times), are out of the medication, or the medication isn’t ready even after a notification that it was. Sometimes having to wait 30-40 min for them to fill. On top of this, every time we go to pick up there is another 20-30 min wait in both the drive thru and in store. The pharmacy staff is beyond rude and has an attitude when asked a simple question. I will be switching pharmacies permanently.

Wait time for meds are horrible takes a while to get filled sometimes days then when you get there to pick em up you wait 30+ minutes innthe dirve through. Only one lane open when they have two available. For the prices walgreens has on EVERYTHING i think service should be alot better.

Wait times are ridiculous and the staff in pharmacy are always on they're a$$e$. Would be nice if they took their jobs seriously considering they deal with people's medications. Don't bother calling, they won't answer before you give up and drive there. Literally. Stayed on hold till I got there. 🤨 would understand if they were busy but COME ON. Sadly my fiance says the CVS is the exact same way. 🙄

I think most reviews is negative and people complaining. But you also have go see it on the employees point of view because they come to work knowing that people are going to be angry because they are backed up on people and filling prescriptions. if you notice they never lash at you. And then look at how you lash at them because it's their fault for not filling a prescription on time ? people be reasonable.

I just wasted my whole entire day trying to get prescription for my daughter calling Walgreens all around town for it since the all “didn’t have it in stock” DROVE across town 3 different times because these specific Walgreens pointed fingers at other Walgreens that supposedly had what I needed. On my way to this certain location I even called and they told me that they got it a 2:45 pm and then get to Walgreens that said they had it and got there to find out they in fact did NOT have it. So I now have to try and keep my daughter comfortable without the medicine she needs. PATHETIC business.

Only 4 stars for an employee on nights on Sunday named Seth. He was such a big help and very polite compared to a certain employee I have dealt with during the day..she needs to find another job. Very disrespectful. Half the time meds are out of stock

Terrible customer service. The lines are long and slow. They used to have two employees at the drive thru window and now they barely have anyone for the drive thru. You can be at the window waiting and nobody will come to the window to help you. I'm currently on the phone to refill a prescription and I'm on hold for 30 mins now and there was only 1 person in front of me. This is ridiculous. They used to be quick and they used to have people at the window. They used to be 24hrs. That's all gone after covid. I'm sure it's a combination of things and it's not just the staff but something has got to change or improve.

I had seen some rough reviews, so here's mine. I got to the drive through at 353pm. I was 7th in the line of cars. I was through the drive through at 404pm. My order was complete and accurate, and the person operating the window was pleasant, professional and efficient. I was very relieved after the negative reviews!
