Have gone here for years. Sadly, engine prices have tripled in the last 3 or so years, no longer making it worth pulling it yourself. That said, they are great for most smaller parts. Be sure to look up prices on the website before you pull the parts as some parts end up costing near or more than new. Inventory had been pretty low lately (many empty rows) but it looks like they are working to fill the yard back up now.

Very impressed with this location! They have their very own Jaguar specialist that will personally tel you to mess up your door panels to save money. The Karen working the desk insisted that the window switches on a Jaguar Xtype could be removed from the door panel and were not plastic welded in place. She couldn’t show me how and said I could look up a video. Too bad there aren’t any… maybe because YOU CANT REMOVE THEM!

This place is about 1-1/2hr drive for me, but worth it when I need something. They've also helped check by phone before I drive there. Reasonable pricing. I also recently sold a vehicle to them. Were professional and they took care of everything!

Great place to go to get your parts and things to go with it, unless you have an F150, then the trucks are like at the far end of the lot, almost in another time zone :)

Don’t waste your time at this place with scrap metal they make you take every plastic piece off .but OmahaThey take anything that’s probably why Omaha you pull. It looks better in way bigger.

A lot of the staff is great but with my own personal experiences with that Lisa at counter and then reading reviews she must be related to owner or sleeping with him to still have a job extremely rude for no damn reason and also notice owner doesn't reply to any negative reviews I would have given 0 stars but Jackson is extremely helpful and the guy with crazy curly hair always makes me laugh

Have had multiple times set for vehicle to be picked up but they didn't come or call. When called back they acted like there wasn't already times set! I escalated to a "Supervisor" (Chad) but he was very snarky also. Save your time and call someone, anyone else.

I have actually went to this place before to get parts for my car. When you go, bring your tools because you'll be removing the parts sometimes by yourself and you will need tools to do it with. But it is a great place. If you can find the parts that you need. They don't charge you an arm and a leg for them. They're very reasonable. I'm very helpful in finding what you need. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for used car parts.

A disappointment, waste of time, and loss of an easy sale. Simply put they list their business hours as 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. 7 days a week. They had the doors locked at 6:46 p.m..There was not inclement weather or anything of that nature. Being there to purchase a set of tires I had spotted earlier in the day I was going to just buy tires and leave. I understand the idea of not letting people into the yard to look for parts after a designated time before close each day as a way to prevent stragglers that end up staying way after the closing time. However in this instance the doors were locked and no one even attempted to open them or make any contact whatsoever with essentially a guaranteed sale that should have taken only a matter of minutes to complete. The lack concern by the staff resulted in a lost sale and a frustrated very regular customer. While this isn't the first bad experience I have had it was one that stuck out to me and will have me giving strong consideration to shopping elsewhere in the future. Overall my experiences with U Pull It have been pretty good. After this last exceptionally poor experience I wont go out of my way to suggest them to someone else because the potential for the same type of bad experience is there. Customers are the lifeblood of your business so treat them with respect and understand they are essential to your existence.

It's pretty decent. Three bucks to look around, they have a bargain bin of tools, foreigns up front and domestics in the back. Sometimes you find a good deal. Most of the cars are in worse shape than whatever vehicle you have that your looking parts for. I saw two completely burnt out cars, everything melted inside them, can't those just go to the crusher...

So I'm a bit of a dingus and left my ratchet in the yard, I realize this and normally, whatever, just a ratchet, but it was my dads and its special too me. Unfortunately I had a babysitter to watch the kids the day before but not the day after, kids cant go in the yard obviously but once it slowed down a bit one of the employees ran out too check and sure enough they were still there! Big thanks to Jackson for going above and beyond to get me my tool back!

Was trying to take off a bumper guard and got asked to leave we asked why and the heavier dude got super rude and accused us of breaking windows. He then made us pay for it and the lady up front was absolutely terrible, accused us of being criminals and threatened to call the cops. These are truly terrible people and they all deserve to lose their jobs. Got banned and barred for simply defending myself and my friends. Do not go here unless you want a fight. If I could give a 0 star I would maybe even negative numbers. Terrible, awful, should be shut down. Thank you for your time, and have a good day:)

Usually have a good selection of parts depending on what you're working on. Staff is always helpful in location of vehicles you're looking for. Pretty good prices as well.

They gave me the best price for my POS car in the whole area. Fast easy and friendly. You can fill out a tow authorization and you don’t even have to be at your car when they pick it up, you can just stop by and pick up your check whenever it’s convenient.

Terrible and unprofessional staff, the lady up front was super rude and unprofessional. Treated and profiled me as a criminal for parking in a unclearly marked no parking zone before there store opened and assumed and acted like i was there to harm them. I asked for a number to reach out to her bosses or owner and was given a number I have yet to reach anyone at. Refused to give me her name and said anyone I contact will side with her so go ahead and call whom ever I please… After reading most these reviews I’d say she has had more then one complaint on her. Also before I walked out said she doesn’t care and they don’t need my business. 4.2.23 8am and I've sent a email to your customer service email as well with no reply!!

Tow truck never came to pick up my vehicle, we called to see why not- my wife in sarcastic tone said “gee thanks for all your help” to lady on the phone. The next day I called and same lady told me there will not be a pick up for your vehicle because they dropped you off the list because your wife was rude. Really u pull it?? They don’t do what they say - and apparently careful what you or your spouse says to caller because they have snowflakes working here. Do business elsewhere people- these guys need to put their feelings in a bag and realize they own a business not a “my feelings” day care- ps grow some balls lady who answered phone

Also, would not even look up from behind the counter until I asked fir help. Complete waste of my time. NEVER give them any business. God knows I never will again.

was in there today and was looking for some parts for my gas getter car. went in there and the blue hair lady was nice enough but the dude working the counter was super rude and just started rummaging through my tool bag. i didnt go in there to be accused of stealing like that. i paid for my items and left. i 100% wont be back.

I loaded the scrap cars there to go to recycling facility in Kansas City KansasMost of the people were very nice. Trevor, who apparently is the yard boss, I had a chip on his shoulder. My trailer axle is overweight, right 900 pounds and I was discussing it with the guys that were about to net the load.One of them called him to come and move one 2000 pound tail and he got in my face and told me I needed to get off his scale and stop talking to his guys.When I told him I asked for was over 900 pounds. He told me he had already moved the crane and it was tough.I told him the truck isn’t leaving 900 pounds overweight on one axle set. He reluctantly moved a bundle from the back of the trailer to the front, and I finished my business. He should know that a scale can detain me, and make me pay for a towing company to come out and move that bail, if they decide to, which would cost more than the load pays.He might serve better as a crane operator, where he doesn’t have to interact with people.
