I give them a 0 rating. Twice now I've been there to get propane. BOTH times I was told that their pump was frozen! I called another Tractor Supply a few miles away. Even in the snow storm, they filled my tank. So there's that!

Wish I could give less than one star… I ordered puppy food online and had it sent over to the North location. I got a notification that my food was being shipped, and then a week and a half later I had heard nothing. I called the North store just hoping to get some information and I was handed off to the rudest guy I had ever talked to. First, I simply asked how long it usually takes for an order to be delivered because I genuinely didn’t know and hadn’t been told anything, and he responded with “it’s anybody’s guess” and then remained quiet on the line. I then asked if he could check to see if they had any of at least the same brand in store since we were almost completely out of food for our pup. This was clearly putting him out. Obviously annoyed with my questions. After talking in circles with this man, I received no helpful information, no estimation of delivery, and no recommendations on what to do for my dog. Long story short, this associate, manager, or whoever I was handed to was so unhelpful and rude that I hung up and called the south location. To be honest, I would rather just switch dog food brands all together than have to deal with going through Tractor supply again.

Used to be a loyal customer. Reached out to corporate with a few questions on there website, which says you will contacted back with in a few business days. That was 3 months ago. Thankfully I have been able to purchase everything I needed from there competitors.

The employees were great, but I had received notification via email that the items I ordered were in. They were not. In all fairness, this was not this particular store's fault. I did, however, end up having to make another trip back when the items arrived. I thought perhaps an offer should have been made to have then shipped directly to me.

This store is usually much better. Stopped by to get propane asked for help 2 times. The store was empty maybe 3 customers. Went back inside to ask for help again. Employees were just standing by front registers talking. Waited 30 minutes nobody ever came…finally left…Very poor service!

Tried to do a review of a single product, but the review was denied for some reason. I guess they didn't like me pointing out exactly how terribly built this product is. Anyway, bought a dog kennel at this store. The staff is friendly. However, this kennel looks like it was welded together by Stevie Wonder. The latch was very bent and has a crack so I can't even try to straighten it out as I think it will break off. For $400+ I expected better workmanship.

Be careful of this store and of lee the manager will rip you off I bought two horse stall mats from them and found both of the other two stores in the area at a much lower price! He told me it was a manager special that started on Monday now it is Friday but he still had the higher price on them in front of the store !! just lost a loyal customer

This is one of my favorite stores. The staff always have answers on any questions I may have about chickens or other farm related stuff. It is a neat and clean store, easy to find what I am looking for. If they do not have what I need they can usually order I for me.

I have shopped here many times always walk out with more then what i came for an have not had any prob with anything i have bought from them. Staff is awesome. An the store is clean an organized.

It would be helpful to update your hours to reflect some level of accuracy. I drove out to the store to pick up some necessities, heading out before work, because the online opening time was 6 am. Only after getting to the store did I learn that you open, in fact, at 8. Not 6. Frustrated to have driven all the way out here just to find out the online information was wrong.

They had exactly what I was looking for, after going to, two different stores. They had awesome children's toys, that were on sale! I saw they had huge bags of dog food. Boots, clothes, Just one of those places that have it all. Will shop here again as soon as needed. Got a TON and awesome varity of LARGE dog chews, for a lower mrkt price. Quick check out @ register.

I needed a bed liner for my truck, but the liners they had were out of my price range. I ended up getting a stall matt to lay in the bed it's worked great so far. They're helpful and kind.

Employees not helpful at all. Went in looking for an item and found they were out on the shelf. The guy scanned the tag and told me they just got 2 in on a shipment in the back. He then went to look and quickly came back saying that it's probably somewhere in the bottom of the box. Then tells me they have it at the south store location and I could get it there. Because he was to lazy to get it I had to drive 25 minutes out of my way to get it. Thanks guy, you are one hell of an employee!! So much for customer satisfaction!

I'm a huge fan of Tractor Supply Co. You can get anything from animal feed to Montana Silversmiths jewelry! I would suggest that you visit it at least once! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable as well!
