I paid $4,500 for two interior home doors installed . I waited a whole month with no communication, left a voice mail, I called once a week for updates to my order. After physically coming into the store twice I finally talked to the ordering manager to find out she never set up scheduling for my door. The original conversation when I brought up the delay on my order she seemed dismissive and slightly confrontational like I made a mistake or I was being impatient. After calling the contractor and setting up scheduling for me on the spot she came back and apologized to me and owned up to her own mistake. Now I have to wait an additional 3 weeks for install. It’s all about communication to me, and having dropped nearly $5,000 on just two doors you’d expect the service and communication be better than Popeyes chicken drive through..

Great place unfortunately didn't have a really variety of portable generators just 2 to choose from. But the place is always spotless and very few of no negative attributes from employees which is great for everyone. Can't beat their milwaukee tools

Building a project this summer, they have mostly what we need. We recently moved to Nebraska, and the stores here do not have some hardware and other materials that we were used to getting in our last state. Significantly smaller. It has been difficult. The suppliers are really different, just moving one state east, which is really interesting. Prices are higher for plants, which I also find odd. My dad (82) typically hits Home Depot every week if not everyday... it's his thing to keep building. I wish they had a frequent buyer program for people like him. He keeps them in business!!

Unbelievably poor service at paint desk. Young lady rolls her eyes and gives one word answers to simple questions like what is difference between satin and semi-gloss. This person should be cleaning the toilets and not involved in anything that requires interacting with customers. I expect this kind of behavior from a bored 14 year old. Went to Menards next door and bought $400 worth of paint there instead

Home Depot has the worst website I've ever visited. I get the "Oops were fixing it" message 3 to 5 times every time I try to do anything on thier web page. . .Glad I have a lowes card also.

They're selection of household tools, appliances, paints and cleaners is unreal and it has it's a spectacular amount of plants that are well taken care of & if you shop online they can have it shipped to store for your convenience

The worst customer service!!!SKU# from a printout of what I needed was not matching the items SKU# on the shelf so I figured someone could show me exactly where to make sure....But after asking 5 different people & just getting told it's in isle *.....Not one of the employees asked if I would like them to show me! Trash!

****Attention General Contractors****This store won’t accept excess Materials to be returned. Caution builders when buying in bulk. Chelsea informed rather Rudely of this new policy since 2022 so you’ll’ have to keep your materials if you purchased in bulk and didn’t use. As a General Contractor I don’t recommend using this supplier.

I was there with the employee Macey today 9/9/23; she was very helpful and understood me very well. She was very respectful to the customers and payed attention and listened to them very carefully. She makes sure the customer is satisfied and happy to buy the item before she sells it to them. She puts the customer before her sales, and she made my shopping experience very very well! I recommend her!

I heard that as you get older, you develop a loyalty towards one particular hardware store and Home Depot is it. It’s the only store that seems to take care of its plants when others have their vegetable plants completely dead or on the brink of death. The employees are also incredibly friendly, always willing to strike up conversation. But this doesn’t mean that they’re not helpful. I had an employee help me look for a specific niche item (a bolt in a certain size) and he was able to quickly zone in on where he’s find it. So many props to the employees there who make it so wonderful!

Don’t get me wrong. The men and women working there are fantastic. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My issue is with the delivery people. Ordered a washer and dryer. Upon delivery, instead of putting them on the porch as they were instructed, they left both the washer and dryer in my driveway in the sun. It’s 113 degrees out here. Not ideal weather to be picking up a washer and dryer that’s made of metal. The other issue is, the porch is no more than 4 feet away from the driveway. The lease they could have done was put both units on the porch. Also noticed the two legs on the bottom of the dryer were broken off when we went to move them inside.The store itself is great don’t get me wrong. The delivery people need some work.

After initally waiting 35 minutes for help with a forklift to access and purchase 2x4s, I again searched out help. They then said, "we have some right here", pointing to teeter-totter boards. I told them those are other people's rejects, I'm not purchasing those. All this is okay, but then I found that they were servicing customers that were here after me and that's why the forklifts are unavailable. I've wasted an hour in the store waiting for 2x4s. There's a Menards next door and the service there is vastly better than this store.

Found everything I needed in the garden department. As I was checking out I went to get a bottle of water and the cashier said, oh, we have free bottled water here, would you like one? Why yes I absolutely would like a free bottle of water. Who knew? Anyway I had a great experience.

But I say about The Home Depot they are one of the better stores in town as far as hardware is concerned they always have great products and great service I always go in there and shop for sales I love their shells on their lightbulbs their appliances their paint and whatever else they might have on cell it's always a good deal the products are always top of the line

Just finished watching a group of 4-5 teenagers have the run of the store while employees did little to nothing to stop it. Had I not needed something fixed right away, I would have walked. I’m glad they didn’t get in my or my kid’s face. Don’t plan to return. I’d advise staying as far away from this place as you can for safety sake. Nothing like explaining to your 7 year old why these kids were allowed to vape at the checkout lane in front of several employees.

While home depot doe provide alot of home repair, diy things, paints etc, the home depot off of 27th has some very rude customer service workers. Alot of them were too busy in their own conversations to help me. All I needed was stucco tape. Luckily a shopper knew where to find it and was able to assist me. Very disappointed in the service, while I still may shop at home depot, it probably wont be this one again.

I could spend hours here just looking. This is my favorite store! I had paint mixed tonight. The young man was very helpful & friendly. I wish they didn't have self check out only lanes, this frustrates me. Would have been 5 stars if not for that.

I use to work fir HD in Benton Harbor Michigan and this place here in Lincoln Nebraska was a disgrace. There were 5 kids and not one offered to assist us. In BH we were instructed to always be on the look out for customers to help. These kids just played and joked around instead of helping ANYONE. That's a total shame

Really disappointed in our visit, every isle we needed had a ladder in the way, blocking what we needed and filled with boxes making it dangerous to move out of the way. As well as all the wood carts stored in 1 isle, the wood isle, except they literally closed it 3 times in the 40 minutes we were there, then they say "it's okay you can come in," and the customer has to open the gate....the customer!! So no one can get carts and they have lines of people waiting. We asked for assistance, ended up helping ourselves because no one showed. Left with our wet crooked wood and likely will not go back to this location. Shout out to the cashier though, she knew what she was doing at least. Might be easier to find employees if they chilled out on the thc paranoia.

Asked a newer staff member about a location, and he promptly knew a more experienced staff member who was able to point it out. Friendly and quick directions. Everything I needed was well stocked, and store navigation is quick with the signage all the way down to specific 5 foot sections.Not really enthused about how the management pushes the cashiers about the credit card though. Maybe for people who are remodeling but to push that on every customer? Cashier was friendly and took the no for an answer tho.
